Constantly getting rid of good products
Why are you always doing away with perfectly good products that I buy regularly. Yet there are about 200 different kinds of rijstwafels??? No more strong roots but a million rijstwafels. Make it make sense. Variety is a good thing! Uhhhhghhh

Frustrating
After the last update, it doesn’t load anything.
Do not order delivery from AH
I ordered delivery after many times of doing so. The delivery person did not come, but said they did . I was home the whole time in front of the bell. They called me from an anonymous number which my phone automatically blocked as spam. AH then charged me 50euros for the missed delivery and refuses to waive it

Can we at least have the app menu in English?

It would really very kind of Albert Heijn, the king of supermarkets in NL to please add english as a language in their app.
Terrible user interface for ordering
We’ve decided to pay for a year of free delivery (€150) which includes “personalized delivery moments”. Well, that essentially means you can order once a week, which is not flexible enough with a family.
However the real terrible part is that the app doesn’t allow you to differentiate a grocery list from an order. Once you decide to order to look at the delivery options, it’s very easy to lose your ordering spot, and have to wait 2 weeks for the next moment.
The only way to get back to your grocery list and its filtering system is to “cancel your order”, which by itself is dumb enough, but then without any communication drops the delivery moment, rendering your €150 cost useless.
The other weird part of this app is that their services are still designed to be used by one person. For families this is really annoying; why can’t my spouse login under the same account as another user, and add or remove grocery items? Why is “sharing grocery list” limited to sending a text/email, instead of inviting additional users?
Albert Heijn is clearly behind on providing a modern experience and in fact its app completely ruined a very expensive annual subscription for us.

App has False Pricing
This has happened to me multiple times and that is why I have decided ronkende a review. I believe this app is false advertising prices.
I need something and find that it is is “on sale” at Albert Heijn. I make a purchase, specifically wanting this item but ordering other things to meet the minimum order requirement. Then upon delivery, I see that the discounted item isn’t there. When I contact Albert Heijn customer service, they told me that the low price item is “out of stock” and therefore can’t be delivered. Yet, it is still able to be put into my cart for a second order at the low price to be delivered later this week. I asked if they could remove the minimum order requirement so I can reorder the original item that I wanted in my first order and they will not! So in order to get the sale priced item, I need to place another 70€ order (meanwhile I already stocked up in my last 70€ order..... not getting the item that I needed).
This exact situation has happened to me three times now. It is false advertising and a scam.

Deze app is gebruiksonvriendelijk en werkt bijna nooit.
Bijv op dit moment kan ik geen bestelling plaatsen. Er wordt me in een loop gevraagd om in te loggen. Als ik inlog, wordt het me weer gevraagd.
Verder zou ik graag alle biologische producten op een rij hebben per productgroep, bijv "fruit" en niet eindeloos te hoeven doorklikken totdat ik een biologisch product kan selecteren via een nutteloze filter, bijv pas bij "kiwi".
Bijv op dit moment kan ik geen bestelling plaatsen. Er wordt me in een loop gevraagd om in te loggen. Als ik inlog, wordt het me weer gevraagd.

Store Receipts no longer available
I liked the app because I could access my store receipts, but no longer. It says there is a technical issue.
