Coupon clipping (which must be done on the app, or face the wrath of the check out clerk) must be done individually, a customer first app would allow you to clip all coupons at one-or better yet not set up a system where you can miss discounts by not clicking the in the app.

I had to shop through Walmart’s app instead. Why is it when you search for something for pick up or delivery, it brings up every item but what you’re looking for?! I searched for “bacon”and the top results were SOUP. I don’t have time to scroll through 259 products to find what I’m looking for.
Crashes WAY too often after updates
It doesn’t let you log in when there’s an unaccounted update (any update); it just keeps crashing. It doesn’t tell you that’s the issue. Even after you update it, it takes days to start working again and let you log on. May need to delete the app and redownload EVERY UPDATE. This chronic inaccessibility prevents people from accessing coupons to use but most importantly, accessing any pharmacy information!
Always out of stock
Consistency is key and this app and its inventory aren’t ever correct so it sells you a product that is not in stock and this is constant with these people don’t even bother thinking you’ll get what you ordered
Terrible App
The app was bad before the AI update. Now search disappears. AI presents a list of what you previously searched for but doesn’t allow a new search. You go to home and sometimes search appears. When the items appear on screen and you scroll down the app jumps. You have to scroll back to see all the items that were jumped over. I’ve given up on the app and just go to the website now.
Never have sale items
They never have the sale it but don’t tell you until your order is ready and it is too last to cancel. Cannot recommend Albertsons.
Associate Deals Not loading in my app
Associate deals the last two weeks are not loading into my app and I am an active employee.. when I called customer support they said there’s nothing they can do to help fix this situation…
New health habits
Habits will no longer finish. Mine have been active since May 7th. I’ve completed everyday since then and they still say ending tomorrow

Please add the categories back to make these easier to find!!! With this version you have to scroll through them all to find the ones you want!!!

App on iPad is barely useable. Graphics overlap buttons. Search feature not visible when typing,and when you get something to pull up the screen freezes and nothing works.

I consider myself text Savvy and yet this app continually frustrates me over and over again it always disappoints different sections with different coupons. Different types of coupon. Coupons to clip. Just make the app with a list to show what’s on sale and if you put your phone number in, you should get a discount when you’re checking out how simple is that. This app makes this so much harder than it has to be. Get a new App designer and start over.
Convenient but anything fresh..
That you’re hoping for will not be. Bread, milk, eggs…you know, the basics. My experience is they’re more always almost about to expire. May be my local store managed by a myopic store manager, but I’ve learned to only order if I’m desperate.
Aisle!
Why can’t I see aisle numbers for my app? When. I search for something it shows as available in my store but if i want to pick it up myself It wont tell me if its at my location or if I have to drive out somewhere else to buy the item.
Takes to long
Pick up time takes too long. Can’t be that hard to put it together.
Muted ads pause music
The app is fine for the most part, I cant think of any complaints except it pauses my music when there are video ads that are muted. That is such a big pet peeve of mine.
No sale product available
Since there is a sale on fried chicken every Monday, I made a trip to Albertsons to get some arriving at 8 PM when I arrived. I saw all of the chicken area was being cleaned and there was no product left. I think if you’re gonna have something on sale you oughta have it available very dissatisfied.
Why do we have to do this?
Checking an app in the store is very frustrating and it stops other people a long time, often leaving their children to run a muck while they try to figure out the app to be able to get the discount. It’s really quite ridiculous.
Cannot add items to schedule and save - option frozen.
Newest update of app now prevents from adding items in schedule and save. A new glitch in the app - on iPhone and iPad.
App freezes often
The app has constant issues with freezing. For instance, it doesn’t process actions when I interact with it. For example, the integration with Apple Pay doesn’t work. I’ve tried clearing the cache, closing the app completely, and relaunching it, but the problem persists. When I try to use Apple Pay as a payment method, the app stalls and never processes the action. Trying to troubleshoot the issue caused me to miss the pickup window, which delayed the order by about an hour. The integration with Apple Pay should be more seamless. Additionally, the general navigation through the app sometimes freezes
Terrible update
App was perfectly fine before this latest update. Now it won’t even load when you search for a product. We also lost the feature where you can click on an item in the weekly ad and it would open up all eligible products for that sale.
