Do not trust seller or alibaba
I’ve used this app for years, but in my opinion it is absolutely not worth using for high-value purchases. Please be very careful before trusting large orders here.
I purchased around $45,000 worth of container products, and the products were completely different from what was promised. The seller stopped responding to Alibaba and cut communication completely. Alibaba keeps telling me they cannot process the refund without seller confirmation, so my money is basically stuck.
Because the shipment was delayed so much, I also missed the timeframe for a credit card dispute. If you paid by bank transfer, the risk is even higher.

Trade assurance- a joke!
Been waiting for 3 months for a refund for something the seller shipped but put in fake shipping info stating its shipped. What Alibaba is doing? Stating the seller is on a “ business trip” from last 3 months and need more time to provide evidence, while i have provided proof/ evidence that seller told me alibaba trade assurance is a joke! When scammer sellers have this much confidence after conning you, the platform must be a joke!
Defective Dress
I received a defective dress and they wanted me to pay the shipping to return it. That was unfair. They didn’t collaborate with me and kept almost 30.00 of my money. I feel robbed. They entertained me back and forth and not even offer me a credit for merchandise or a reduced refund amount. I had heard about this practice from them, but wanted to give them a try. Very disappointed. I will never buy from them and will tell everybody how they treated me and kept my money. Apparently they need the money more than me. Never again. -0. If they would have a minus zero I would give them that rate.

I was scammed by a seller on Alibaba and their support was extremely unhelpful. I submitted all the evidence and they refused to mediate a refund with the seller 3 months after not receiving my order. The seller was Yiwu Xinyao Trading Company Inc. please avoid this seller

They make it hard to get refund
Honestly it’s not worth the fee the high amount they charge for shipping and how difficult it is to even apply for a refund they really took almost 2k from me and when I issues refund it took them weeks to reply. I do fee scammed and I will definitely be warning everyone I know and writing comments and reviews whenever I see them advertise their scams. Not worth the stress or long wait the seller will send you different invoices not even matching what you ordered and they still won’t let you get your refund.

Bad Review
This service is trash. No phone number to talk to actual people about orders, and have bots chat with you about the issue and have the nerve to take all day to respond. This app not only says you order has been delivered but the order either wasnt actually delivered, or delivered to the wrong address. Its been over 3 days since the delivery date, and its still pending they say.
Seller took $440
I have been trying to get a refund for a month now, a seller took money from me off of the platform and expected me to pay clearance or customs fee to get goods delivered, knowing full well I made sure that the money I had was to pay as a final bill of sale, now I’m out of $440. They communicated through telegram extensively and I have many photos of the conversation and Alibaba is still processing this issue and in fact didn’t process until I finally was able to go into the app and officially file a complaint on the 6th of April, but all the time the higher team was not going to do anything until I did that…I’ll update the review as time goes along.
Be careful
They are scammers. I ordered Nancy dolls & the sellers deleted my order now they can’t find my order. They don’t want to give me a refund. It doesn’t tell me when my order is coming. Avoid buying from here.

Alibaba is a garbage app it’s hacked easily people steal your money. I’ve recorded this happening many times people stealing my money, hacking my accounts does not care. The government does not care. Then the government sends me information saying that my identity has been stolen and then they do not care. All of my personal information has been hacked and stolen and then nobody cares and And there’s nothing I can do my police my police in my town.

The developers for some reason thought it was a great idea to have an annoying pop-up window that completely locked you out of the account until you are forced to “upgrade“ the app, which is really just updating it. Good luck if you are on the road and have limited connection and can’t update it immediately! You’ll be completely locked out!
Suggestion: have an option where people can “update later.” Stop forcing us users to update an app!

Fix the BUGS!
The app use to work great now they are not displaying pictures and videos on the reviews. It doesn’t work in the app or on their website. I’ve reinstalled the app and it’s updated but the pictures and videos will not show.

It’s pretty sketchy that your online shopping app has required weekly updates. Hire an actual programmer to fix your app once and be done.
