The most important feature, that’s for some reason only available for iPhones, “save preset” is non existent on iPad? Why is that? It makes everything so much easier and is an extremely huge dealbreaker for me and most likely a wide variety of other editors who consistently use alight motion

What ever u do don’t update the app. I’ve been trying to put a specific clip of video in and it won’t let me now that I’ve updated and the glitches and crashes are awful
LAGGIEST APP EVER!
When you doing an edit with alot of layers it starts too lag for no reason and it has so many bugs that has to be fixed ngl capcut is better cuz theres no lag like alight motion fix this now

WHEN I EXPORTED AN 8 SECOND LONG ANIMATION, IT WENT INTO MY GALLERY AS 17 SECONDS AND WEIRDLY FROZE THE VIDEO??? WHEN I TRIED TO EDIT IT TO CROP IT OUT IT SHOWED AS THE ORIGINAL 8 SECONDS. FIX YOUR GARBAGE APP BEFORE EVERYONE ENDS UP MOVING TO SOME OTHER APP AND YOULL HAVE TO SHUT DOWN. FIX YOUR TERRIBLE APP.

this app genuinely so laggy and it won’t let me export a single thing, as soon as you get more than just 17mb it becomes difficult to animate and it keeps kicking me out every time it reaches the half way point of being exported, and I redownloaded it and it is still very much laggy and kicks me out everytime, even when making my first animation sfter redownloading it. better option yet, im going to switch to toonsquid or flipa clip which actually allow you to animate better unlike this app; thay cares more about effect updates TYAN actually fixing the lag

I really do not recommend this app because you have to pay money for EVERYTHING. There are problems with shapes moving on preview and the tutorial does not even work. As a person who recommends apps, you probably have to buy something else instead of this expensive but problematic app.

Now, I don't know why, but when I'm editing and I lower the audio of the original video to use another one, it goes back up! This didn't happen before. I can't use QR codes anymore, even though I used to! ALight Motion has become tedious to use! PLEASE FIX THESE PROBLEMS! I NEED TO EDIT MY BTS VIDEOS!!! I'm paying for a year's subscription! PLEASE.

It just keeps on loading even if I have good Internet so I never got to use the app, but I’m pretty sure it might be good

The whole app glitches constantly. I can't turn down the volume of some clips.. Nvm all clips. It's annoying.
Great animations but super hard
There was only a few tutorials that the app gives you, and they’re hard to follow. It looks kind of like it had been rushed to be completed. Many of the animation effects re only for people who paid for extra stuff, or you can unlock it with an ad, which doesn’t work for me when I click to watch the ad. Instead, I have to ‘try it’ to see how it looks, and I can’t even use it. It’s really hard to track where your animations are and are going, since the side bar is always getting in my way of seeing my progress, and I either have to zoom out to see the whole process or swipe to the side an exhausting amount of times to get to where I’m trying to be. Great app otherwise, but it needs some improvements. Thank you

Please fix your program
After years of using the same program and even paying the 80$ a year for premium there really hasn’t been any visible improvement in the app, it still crashes and the cloud feature i’m paying for doesn’t even work on ios, it’s like tossing my work into a empty hole, and now I can’t even go through the projects because there’s a “Upload XML file from your device” taking up half my of my screen (Including the buttons below it) I just wish the app could actually have some visual improvements especially with the issues i’ve had since starting 5 years ago
Bro fix your GLITCHES
I have to use this as a animation app since toonsquid is comfusing and every other mobile animation app its greedy but please make animating easier. When i group stuff the game crashes and everything turns into white squares, and if i have multiple videos at once somehow the videos glitch into each other
I think you guys need to reset my software
So why am saying this is because when I joined the app ( i heard it was great for tweening/ another form of animation) so as myself I thought “ how great!” Until when I wanted to upload a file it didn’t let me open the file and I looked a tutorials and asked ChatGPT nothing worked! So if possible I would need a restart on the app ( if you can ) or really good way to show me how to upload files. Really hope you can help me soon enough.
