Update ruined it for me
The latest update made the app unnecessarily clunky and hard to use. What was once simple and valuable now feels frustrating. I’m canceling as a result.
Update is not helpful
Wish I didn’t update. I am sure it will all be fixed, but where are the tips and it says “Tip of the Days” with nothing. Just my 2 cents that it is not better than it was before. It was so clear and easy to navigate!
No features on free version anymore
You used to be able to see your bodygraph with the free version but now you can’t see ANYthing on the free version. Yeah you need to make money but it made sense that you could access that before, and then your daily tips, etc would be paid. Now I just will find another app instead of upgrade.
Glitching

I’m a huge fan of Jenna Zoe. I’ve bought her books and gifted her books and was using the app regularly. I purchased the subscription and had it for 3 days before being unable to access the app any longer. My PW didn’t save and the error to get back in for last 4 hours is TSL error. I’ve tried on phone and laptop and nothing. Can’t get the email to reset PW and try again that way. All data indicating deleted when attempted to resolve the app glitch but deleting and redownloading from App Store

Can’t screenshot???
I’ve had this app for a while now and I’ve always been able to screenshot in the past. I just went to put something into ChatGpt for it to analyze a comparison for me and my screenshots are blank and it won’t let me screen record for my own personal use. How very lame for an app I pay for. I won’t be any longer.
Worse with time
This used to be my favorite HD app. Over time it’s gotten so slow to the point of being unusable. It focuses more on adding narration over improving usability, which I do like, just not enough to justify the slow loading times between every interaction.

This especially annoying when you’re trying to do someone else’s chart and share information with them. Please fix this!
Not free
This app was recommended when I did an online search for a HD app. The layout and colors are nice. I think the information would be great but you need the premium subscription to access almost everything. There is very little free content. I deleted my account and the app.
App closes out when tapping on it
Really love this app over the years but the bugs keep happening.
Log in issue
It’s a nice app, but when you can’t log in, it’s worthless. I lost my phone, got a new one and was required to log into many apps again. This app was the only one I was unable to log into. “Failed. Wrong credentials” or “selected email is invalid” were the prompts. Connecting with a person to assist me was elusive. I’m out.
Great app, terrible UI
Jenna explains human design in my absolute favorite way possible. It’s relatable and wonderful. Unfortunately the backgrounds are light and have white text on them, which makes the excellent content nearly impossible to read. At least have the option to just have white on black or black on white!
I want the old version back!
The audio with script is really poorly presented. Apparently no one has gone through and actually checked to be sure that the transcript actually makes sense and matches the audio. I have found numerous errors between transcript and audio in mine. I also don’t like that the font is too light to read, and that I have no options on how fast or slow the audio plays. I’d actually prefer to turn it off completely, but there’s no option for that. I don’t feel that the recent updates have improved the app. In fact, I’m probably going to search for a new one because I dislike the changes so much.
No trial. No information.
Most apps give you a trial to see if it’s worth the $, but not this app. The free version gives nothing. I don’t mind paying for an app that’s giving me valuable information, but I literally can’t tell if this app will provide that because it’s so limited. Wish they offered a trial.
