There is not one thing you can actually view unless you pay the $79.99 yearly subscription. They should at least give you brief insights into your day or be able to view your birth chart. For myself I will not purchase or get the 3 day free trial because I have no idea what I’m walking into. Please consider offering some insights on the free version. I think you would get more actual subscribers if you did so.
Misleading, Scam
I signed up for the free 3 day trial and deleted and unsubscribed from the app before the 3 day trial was up because the app was inaccurate and confusing to use. And they still charged me!
Just use a Vedic astrologer.

Scammy
This app is about milking users for money and not providing a quality service. Like other apps from this developer, you pay a high priced subscription for “all features” just to be surrounded by more paywalls after subscribing. There are development costs for calculations, factoring location, using apis (all necessary for Vedic astrology timing calculations on a phone), but I am horrified by people selling spiritual services/information through deceptive business practices and antagonizing users in review responses. As another reviewer mentioned, you have to pay for access to prayers, which require no ongoing costs for the developer. Cosmic Insights (parent company) continues to show lack of integrity and respect for people.
Update based on developer response: My original review validated your need to charge because astrology apps have ongoing costs. My criticism is how you respond to customers (not a great look for a spiritual app) and that you say everything is included in the subscription when it is not. It’s important to me to get spiritual guidance from honest, kind, service-based people, and this company is unfortunately not that (as good as the features may be).

Subscription Issues
What is the actual price of the monthly subscription? And what is included in each subscription tier? Why do I have access to everything on the app when I use my MacBook but the access on my phone is extremely limited? Same account, monthly subscription, completely different levels of access to information. Someone please explain.
Planets are different locations in other apps
I have my birth chart in many different apps. This one puts my Venus in Scorpio. When all others say Sagittarius. I am not sure what they are doing. No one to question on the app
Aggressive paywalls, incorrect mapping
Really wanted to like this app, the raving reviews, the aesthetic, the purpose all sounded great. Two major things that led me to delete it: it is impossible to get a a feel for the app and what it can offer without slamming into a paywall in any direction, and most importantly the natal chart it calculated for me was wildly incorrect (I checked it against another Vedic chart just in case) which ultimately makes it useless. And a bonus: it’s quite pricey, you could hire an astrologer a few times a year for less than what this app charges.

They show you everything with the three day subscription after that absolutely everything on the site does not work. You can’t read anything. You can’t see anything with the free trial at all not worth the money feels like a giant ad. All you do is pay pay pay. You might as well go on Astro seek and get all your information.

This app offered a free 3 day subscription if you subscribe for their yearly Subscription. DO NOT do it, it will instantly charge your account. On top of that it randomly charged me $10 dollars when I never bought any in-app purchases. Suspicious and fraudulent activity, might be stealing information. Beware!
Not easy to get logged in
If you have a login and sign in it always takes you to enter the time and date then tells you the email address is taken even after selecting to login first the only way to start over is to delete app and reinstall super frustrating

said i was a capricorn sun, virgo moon, and taurus rising on my birth chart. i am none of those things. aquarius sun, libra moon, gemini rising here. you also have to pay for most of the features. can you really trust an app that literally gets all of your big three wrong? i highly doubt it.

What scam!! I downloaded the Align app, signed up for $9.99 monthly but can not see anything, no reports, no insights, no planner, (literally a blank screen) without paying more money?? You’ve got to be kidding me!! God I’m so tired of being scammed!! I would give it negative stars if I could!!!! 🤬
Paid for it and can’t access anything
I paid for the yearly subscription & got a new phone, but used the same Apple ID I used to initially sign up with it. I get an error message saying email already exist, despite clicking log in. I tried to request a refund from the App Store and was denied so basically I paid all this money for nothing?
Birth Chart Info Incorrect
Was going to sign up but after reviewing my birth chart information it had all 3 of my main signs incorrect. I am Taurus sun, Taurus rising and cancer sun. The app said Sun in Aries, moon in Aries and Rising in Gemini. I double checked I entered correctly and I did. Wouldn’t trust this app to be correct after that. It’s a shame.

The app is alot of bells and whistles but is very inaccurate and no prediction comes true.

Very single thing is paywalled. Even if you buy their membership plan. Same with cosmic insights. This company has good knowledge but they scam users. Wouldn’t recommend

There are other ways to get the same information without paying a fortune. Location usage is of a concern. The app is only for paid users; others should instantly delete this app from all devices.

I already knew my natal chart before using this app. I logged in all my correct info and the app has my chart completely wrong. Maybe they have based it on sidereal astrology instead of tropical? Anyway, this could be misleading to people who have not yet fully understood astrology or at least the basics of astrology.
False advertisement. Bait and switch. No full access
The policy states whether you have a yearly or monthly membership, you have full access to all features. You do NOT receive full access if you have a monthly membership. The only Add on you’re supposed to pay for is Panchapaksi. Everything else should be accessible. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND BREACH OF CONTRACT TO FORCE ME TO UPGRADE TO A YEARLY MEMBERSHIP IN ORDER TO HAVE FULL ACCESS TO THE APP AS THE AGREEMENT STATES.
Over the past couple months, I’ve learned that most of this is a pattern, you’re not getting any information on the deities to learn how to do the chants, pronounce mantras properly and a lot of the mantras can’t be found unless you download and pay for another one of their sister apps which again, doesn’t give you any information on pronunciation nor do you get to listen to chants. They only have a chant counter which does nothing for beginners and those utilizing the apps to enhance their spirituality.
All together, the app is not worth it unless you are already deep into Hinduism and Vedic Astrology.

Paid version isn’t worth it, personalized weekly forecast is not personalized
Personalized weekly forecast and transits are the same for everyone if you add more profiles. Nothing is really personalized to you except for the . The pattern app does a better job. This is good app for learning aspects of your personality and rituals but as far as what’s going on in the now with you? No good. Also anything God related like mantras should be free. Profiting is fine but not when it’s from prayers.

This app decides it controls your music or any other playthrough on your phone before there’s ever any content on the screen (log in page).
I can’t stand anti-consumer design so I deleted immediately. I’m sure the content is great but it’s so weird to me that companies think they can hijack a device however they want when they don’t own the device or explicitly seek consent so I’ll seek one of the plethora of alternatives that still leaves *me* in control of the device I paid a bunch of money for

Wrong placements
I keep on inputting my information but it doesn’t give me accurate placements help??
Has good features but not worth it.
I ended up paying for a yearly subscription without a notice. Even after I got access to the yearly subscription that I did not want, you still have to pay for many things and services within the app, and they charge a hefty fee, which I think is ridiculous, and inadequate to what they are trying to provide and service. I am not happy with the app and I want my money back.
Feels Like Scam
Extremely disappointed. Questions on this app go unanswered for days, and even when I do get a response, it's often nonsensical and unhelpful. It seems like there's a lack of expertise behind the answers.

I really, really want to love this app
The UI is fantastic, but the information is generic/vague.
I also struggle with the Premium subscription's value. I've been Premium for a few months to try it, but I can't justify the price any longer-especially since you don't get everything for free. Nor do you get discounted rates for paid services, such as questions.
I paid for the 2024 horoscope but was incredibly disappointed by its generalities; the same goes for a question I paid to ask an astrologer-and it wasn’t cheap!

Love the interface and seamless design, but we’re off to a bad start when the app is unable to calculate my sun or rising sign correctly. Perhaps a glitch they still need to work out?

Repetitive Daily Horoscope
App is overall OK, but because it’s so expensive… I feel like it should include more for the paying customers. The horoscopes repeat all the time and there are so many features that you have to play $75+ for. Considered cancelling so many times, but things like golden hours are so helpful, it keeps me here 😒

Great app! I have been using it since Feb 2019 - so that bears testimony of my liking of this app. But, but, but... As I have mentioned in feedbacks a few times, please write the mantras in Sanskrit or Hindi (along with English). It is easier to pronounce that way. Let me give some examples: The app uses “dh”, “th”, ā, et cetera. Now is this ध, or द, or ड?? I earnestly urge you to give the mantras in the original language, along with the English Language. I know that for many few you have already done that. Looking forward to see this change in all the mantras. Thank you so much for enlightening our lives. 😃 Another example of confusion: Om Tamasadharaya Namah Here, is this pronounced as Tamas + Adharaya, or, Taam+Saa+Dhaaraaye This is the only reason I have been appealing for writing the mantras in Sanskrit as well as English! I hope you understand.

Fun app but Predatory Subscription model
Giving this app 2 stars only because the overall design of the app is very clean and pleasant to look at.
However I’m extremely upset at their subscription set because not only is it absurdly expensive but it isn’t “technically” free! Even if you cancel a day before the trial expiration date(which they even tell you) they still immediately put your account under a yearly subscription. This is unbelievably frustrating and bizarrely greedy for an app that prides itself for being so spiritual. Please fix that immediately instead of scamming people

Needs Bug Fixes
The last 2 months the app will default saying it’s the free version when I pay for subscription. Checked my card information each time and it’s entered properly.
Good idea execution needs work
Good idea, something wrong with dates every different profile has the same lucky data = tried 5 different profiles could be an easy fix but could also be a trusting the app issue
