For the past few weeks my American Express card has been repeatedly declined after several customer service inquiries, it not only restrict my use of Alipay, but Alipay restricted me of using other cards to pay or transfer money to my family. The unresolved issue is unprofessional and unacceptable. I’ve inquired more than a few times about the same issue and I still get “we recommend using a different card” on the phone call.

The app is taking up 1.2 GB after using it just once. That’s more than social media apps I use hundreds of times a week. I’ve wiped every cache available in the app, but it’s still massive. Offloading doesn’t help. It’s either just bad programming or it’s harvesting data to send to China.

Keep asking for ID
It keeps asking for my ID. I’ve uploaded it but the verification was unsuccessful. I wasn’t able to log in again because the ID page keeps coming up and keeps getting error. I want to delete my account but now I couldn’t do it because it doesn’t let me log in. Very disappointed!!

This app ruined my trip
You need it for everything and absolutely nothing on it works. I was lucky enough to be able to use it to pay unlike many, but when using it for anything else like having food delivered or getting a cab it only gives error codes, even with no VPN on. The translate function is also unusable, I had to screenshot every page and manually translate it in a different app. This app legitimately made my trip to China far less enjoyable.

这个软件会恶意冻结余额，而且要求绑定中国的信息证件，国外的人要求绑定中国信息等于是冻结了账号了，避免损失建议不要投入资金，我是受害者他们也是诈骗

I’m an international user, recently I wanted to buy some stuff from pinduoduo, but it requested for my passport chips verification . After loading successfully it keeps saying server busy. I have been trying for 3 weeks now and it very frustrating. My money is still in the account but I can’t use it.
