Slow and unreliable
Takes forever to login. Can’t use it while at the hotel. Waste of time.
Booking doesn’t show up
My upcoming booking wasn’t listed so I went to add it manually. It said it was already added but when I went to check it still didn’t show up. I repeated this process 5 times but it still isn’t showing. So basically, the app is useless.

Trust me, don't use this platform.Customer service can't be reached, so you can't make any changes to your reservation. Your points and your status mean absolutely nothing. This platform is just a waste of your time

Frustrating App on iOS
The app asks for my email address but when I log in from the web, my member number is required. I updated password with my email address to access the app on my phone but it won’t recognize and locks me out. This has been happening for the past two weeks and I completely am frustrated! I can only view my account and upcoming reservations through website only. What is going on with the mobile app???
Frustrating
It’s so frustrating on the app that when you do a search for a specific date the price is always 10/15€ lower than the actual price when you click on see the rooms 🤯😣 that could be updated to reflect the actual price of the room
Never Populated
The app continued to err and never allowed to complete registration, after it registered email, name, password. Absurdly wasted time!
Needs a lot of work
This app has great potential, but it is far from good. Current active reservations are not listed. Sometimes they appear on your list of current bookings and then they disappear.
Update?
Says there’s an update and the app just sits. Not updating. Not loading. Just sitting. Blank. Tried a dozen times. Turned phone on/off. Nothing. Ugh

我找了很久无法切换语言到英语。我在海外需要切换成英语和当地酒店员工交流。另外我没有找到酒店评价的地方。如果通过app预订,对于酒店的不满和好评都无法表达。
Too many issues with the app
By far the worst hotel loyalty program and the app is also very bad compared to others
No longer able to pay - a week later it was solved
Until a week ago it was possible to pay for stays, now I added and removed twice two different credits cards and I only see “Something went wrong with your payment” instead of the 3D secure portal for confirming it. And I cannot login with AppleID on the web page to try there.
Update: A week later it was solved, fortunately my travel was two months away and the price was the same, but if it was closer, I would have been forced to choose another hotel.

Clunky app
The app is very clunky and when you need customer service help there is no method to get it. No chat, email, or phone number to get help from an actual person. Very disappointing from a brand supposedly built on customer service. There is even a spot on the app where you are supposed to be able to leave feedback on the app. When you tap it nothing happens. What a joke.
