AllTrails: Hike, Bike & Run

Don’t do it. Been trying to cancel this membership for over a year now. They get you in this loop and it cycles between your email, Apple account and AllTrails account whenever you try to cancel. Bad business. Needed to download one map and I’ve been paying for it for two years now.

Not working

Leaving this review specifically because I used to have app and liked it. No room on phone currently for it so tried using website. Website has a pop up every 3 seconds over and over and over asking if you want to use the app. If I wanted to use the app I’d have clicked on it the first 47 times. Website has been made unusable solely to push the app. I’d leave negative 10 stars if I could and I hope this app suffers the worst fate that an app can suffer.

the price is outrageous especially in this economy. sad this company doesn’t actually care about getting people out and enjoying nature… sad days

If I try to look at my downloads, it is just hanging. This is dangerous because if I am on a trail and need to switch without service, I could be screwed!

The downloads page is broken after the latest update. The app freezes and becomes unusable.

While the app is very helpful in finding out trails, it has so many bugs. I'm not sure if it's just me but other's activities (photos) do not load for me. I don't get any option to add my trail photos while reviewing and so many more issues.

This is frustrating. Restarted phone. Updated the app. The Saved screen is completely nonresponsive. Do better AllTrails. Or I'll switch my money to Gaia like the rest of my friends.
