Terrible Experience in payment
I spent 5 minutes in going through the payment process, neither Apple Pay nor credit card worked in 5 minutes! Glad it went through in my last try, otherwise…goodbye!

Alo’s customer service is very poor. It took a little over an hour for communication. Their responsiveness is extremely poor. Alo is for the influencers, not normal people.
The rewards are always sold out.
What’s the point of being a top tier shopper when all the rewards are always sold out and there is nothing usually worth wanting anyway. Pretty sure you guys make enough money that you could spare a hoodie or tank top as a rewards every now and then. Would be nice. We spend thousands and the rewards are a head band at best and not even a color anyone wants. -__-

Customer service is a joke
For the pricing of their clothes you would think they would have better customer service like Nordstrom. They are incredibly unaccommodating. I had to sign into a friends iPhone to get the discount bc I’m not an iPhone user and they don’t have the app for android. They also don’t honor the discount on the website if you’re not an iPhone user.

ALO APP only available for Apple Users. They don’t care enough about Loyalty customers to have the App available to all so they can take advantage of the 30% off

How does Alo only have an app for apple??? This store should be universal and have an app for all varieties of phones!! I’m super disappointed!! It’s 2026 pr team!!

Took forever got wrong item
I ordered a track pullover and it was supposed to come on the 27th and I received it on fine, but when I opened it, it was a dress you would think with the quality of clothing they would at least send the right thing and have quality control, but it wasn’t even close
Wasn’t allowed to exchange in store
Store wouldn’t let me exchange a gift set. Very disappointed since I shop online all the time but the in person experience was just so bad!
