Olvidaron colocar el botón para hacer el login con el SSO de Google
En la pagina creas tu cuenta via tu correo Gmail, es decir, con integración single-sign on (SSO). Todo bien hasta ahí. Y cuando quieres hacer el login en el app, oh sorpresa, olvidaron colocar el botón para hacer login vía Google, por lo tanto no hay forma de entrar. Brillante!
User Interface Lacking
I hope this gets improved upon. The English version is only partly in English. The terms for a ticket refund, etc. are not, so I can’t tell what I’m buying. It’s useless as is, unfortunately.
Stupid System
Even if you pay for a specific time you don’t get the time you paid for. You have to wait in a huge queue and it could be hours before you can actually board a bus.

I’ve been living in Spain for about 4 years, I’ve used this app literally hundreds of times. I wish this company would die. Think about it, the most favorable review is a decade old and talks about how fun it is that it can take your data. Go to a station in person and you can straight up make up info. Should the data be used for logging transport data, probably, is that all, not it is not. My current gripe is after the update I can’t use the service web or app without registering. And the UI is still garbage. Alsa, you don’t deserve the monopoly you’re trying to pull. Puñetas cabrones son los desarrolladores de esa app
No funciona
Solo pude comprar un ticket la primera vez que la instalé, de ahí en adelante no abre la página principal, se queda congelada y no hay forma de acceder. Al parecer es normal que en España las aplicaciones no funcionen bien? Porque esta no es la única.
Crashes on Search
App crashes when performing a journey search. Unusable.
Do not use Alsa
Tech glitch when trying to make a reservation resulted in duplicate bookings. When I tried to cancel the duplicate the “free cancellation” was actually going to charge me a fee. I sent a message to Alsa and they didn’t reply so I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges.
Doesn’t work properly
App doesn’t let you buy round trip ticket for the same day. You have to do it on the website or in person. Also when you want to change the time of your ticket, it only shows you the last two buses for the day. You have to make the change in person. App crashes when I try to view past tickets. Also Apple Pay payment fails.
“Travel to/from” needs improvement
I’m trying to book a ride from Granada to Granada’s airport and it will not show me the stations I’m searching for to get on the bus nor the airport option.

Can’t buy a ticket.. will delete.
App is great. The bus is a 3rd world disaster.
Never have I seen greater discrepancy between reservation and service. Don’t be fooled by the fancy app. The bus service is right out of the 3rd world. Or maybe that’s what Europe is nowadays. Avoid at all costs.
Doesn’t work
Managed to create an account and search for bus trips, but the second I click on one it says “session expired” and takes me back to the home page.
Credit card charged but there is no ticket
My credit card was charged but the ticket was not issued. It’s very hard to resolve the problem - so far I was unsuccessful.

La última página del pago requiere un número DNI, el cual no tengo por ser extranjero así que la aplicación no me sirve para nada.

No es compatible con Wallet!!!
Por favor, debéis arreglar la compatibilidad con Wallet. Es mucho más práctico andar con los tickets en el móvil que en andar liado con papel.
