Timeout is BROKEN! CarPlay unsafe!
Timeout feature is very broken. It often gets stuck timing out after every single song. Hitting play only plays one song.
It’s supposed to be 1-hour, which is short in my opinion. But as it’s works today nearly unusable.
CarPlay “stations” move around, making blind tuning impossible. Taking your eyes off the road news clips use different pictures every day. Meaning you have to read the small text to find the right station. Unsafe for CarPlay!!!

I am really frustrated that the Amazon Alexa feature rarely works. I constantly have to search for my own selections, which isn’t a problem but why use the app when I have Apple Music and Pandora?

Constant issues involving playback, playlist, liked songs, cache, and much more. Terrible app for streaming music, go to Spotify or Apple Music instead.

Amazon, I will never in a million years subscribe to Amazon music simply because you make me close out your garbage ad twice every time I open it. You have no respect for your customers. I am probably going to cancel Prime as well, I'm over it.

This app makes it nearly impossible to find and play my purchased music. And when I finally find what I want to listen to the app cuts off songs in the middle or skips to music I don’t have in the queue. Don’t even get me started on downloading music….Really Amazon, you can do better.

Not happy
Music through Amazon is not good. If you don't have enough storage on your phone, it doesn't let you play the music when you get bad weather the music is bad doesn't play. I'm not happy with this.
Can't tell what music I purchased
This app conflates what they want me to listen to with a subscription I don't want with my purchases. I'm definitely not going to use this app any longer and just make my how usb drives with playlists. Amazon can do without my new music purchases. Make it clear, uncluttered or get lost.
What happened
Where is the music that i purchased? I play an album and after the first song YOU select an other artist that YOU think i want to listen to. I am therefore not able to complete the originally paid for album since YOU’VE decided i want to listen to YOUR selection. This is just not right on so many levels.
Not CarPlay friendly
Lots of issues using with CarPlay. It doesn’t start up when I return to the car. Many times it has a failure to load in CarPlay and I have to start the app on my phone to clear the error. If I’m using the app on my phone, there’s no issue starting CarPlay. If I’m not using the app on my phone, it can take minutes to start on the car if it starts at all. All the controls should be available in CarPlay.
The playlists are not very dynamic. It seems like the same songs are on each playlist and play in the same order. Not all lists let you shuffle the order.
There is no way to prevent songs I don’t like from playing except to skip. I can’t remove them from lists.
Whoever is in charge should be required to use this with CarPlay to see what the issues are.

You have no way to block explicit content for your kids. My child is literally recommended porn and explicit sex podcasts. MY CHILD. How they get around states laws is ridiculous. But whatever. After many years of being a customer, I have canceled my music account. If you plan to use this for a FAMILY plan, don’t. Its family plan is not family friendly at all. Porn for all ages.

Works fine until you try using another music app
I used this quite a bit, the other day I downloaded Spotify, now Amazon is requiring an authentication but not telling me how to authenticate it
