Stop updating stuff that doesn’t need an update. The interface when you scan an item is trash now. Nothing was wrong with it. Also the revenue checker part is awful & has been for years now

It was good, better than seller central online in terms of aggregating useful data all in one digestible place. They just released an update to make it look ‘sleeker’ lol tech people can’t leave well enough alone. Now it’s almost useless but it looks modern! Glitches as you scroll only shows 4 campaigns before it ‘loading’ which ends with you forced back to the top of the page again. Won’t flip vertically so what used to be viewable as a couple tables columns at a time in the new sleek version is a single column and you have to scroll forever to see them all and it seems like each data point is disjointed from the others now. Those are just the issues I’ve noticed in the first 24 hours. I’m sure there will be more. Bring back the old UX!

Guys, what are you doing? The changes suck. Put the advertising pages back to what they used to be. These don’t work.

It is painful to try and manage lead times from the app. This should be a simple feature yet there’s no way to do it.

I started selling on amazon recently and i have been extremely optimistic because this supposed to be the most effective and seemless way to sell online. I have received a surge of orders since i started running ads earlier in June and i have been getting products delivered to customers quickly. For example a customer ordered an item on June 8th and before 1pm on June 9th the customer got their order and i have picture proof of this. Today is currently June 23, 2026 and i haven’t received the payout for that as yet. This is the kind of company that small business owners should stay away from because you will always be at a disadvantage because of amazon ridiculous policy where it takes over 2 weeks for you to get your money even if the customer received their order in less than 24 hours. And even then after waiting all that time I was informed by a customer service agent at amazon seller that if the system “thinks” that there is a sudden change in your order volume it will hold on to your money longer. My advice is to use Shopify instead they run circles around amazon any day and it won’t take longer than 2-3 business days for you to get your money. #Boycottamazonsellerpolicies

Impossible to talk to customers. The app is just sucks! The customer send an image? You cannot see it in the app 🤡
The devs are a bunch of clowns who cannot make a good experience for sellers.
As a buyer yes, I’m satisfied. But as a seller the whole experience with managing my store is a complete joke.

Can’t find a brand to do arbitrage none is available they ask for sds for productos not an easy plataforma to sell

It is so hard to edit items, find information, and to fiz suppress items

When I downloaded the app it load. I log in and then it does nothing. Just keeps loading but never works😔😔

What’s up? The barcode scanner works only half the time. No indication of paperback vs hardback vs audio. Several clicks to get to the info we need vs only one in the previous version. Why?? And I’ve just submitted this review and the pop keeps asking me to rate the app again! Stop!!

I’ve been having problems with my Amazon Seller app for a long time. Whenever I open my inventory, the Active and Inactive listings are always mixed together. Every time, I have to manually select the Active filter again.
In addition, I receive alerts about books that are no longer active in my inventory and that I sold years ago. Because of these incorrect alerts, my Account Health score has become very low.
Overall, the app is not working properly at all.

I’ve been a seller for over a year, I’ve paid my money every month I’ve spent thousands on inventory and trademark registration. I’ve had my brand name approved and it’s also registered with Amazon brand name but I still can’t list anything and I’m getting the run around every time I

Amazon took down two of my listings and I’ve been having to call customer service multiple times and their only answer is to “wait 24/48/72 hours” to see if it gets relisted. Been dealing with this issue for weeks and i can’t get a hold of anyone who can answer the question of how to get things taken care of!

Terrible customer service for those of us who helped grow Amazon.

Shut down my used book selling account claiming I was selling counterfeit copy’s, without providing any evidence of that. Then have proceeded to hold thousands of dollars of my funds now 5 months since they deactivated my account. Impossible to get support, and when you do get support they’re entirely clueless with how anything works. Straight up theft.

I’ve been having issues with my debit card connecting. Nobody helps me. I’ve had two payments that were submitted that we’re supposed to be paid out to me and I never received them and then they don’t even respond when I ask where my funds are

They keep updating it and it gets worse after every update.

Amazon has placed so many barriers to list products for sale these days. Amazon only wants big companies to sell instead of individual sellers.

Ungating is full of bots that send you in a loop and give you different reasons to why your invoices are not valid when you are sure they are, also the support agents is like talking to a brick wall.

Out of nowhere, Amazon is charging me $70 even though they’ve said that I’m making quite a bit in profit, but they are charging me money and stop taking out of my imaginary profit that they’re not giving me. According to the transactions, the app is saying that I am more than covered for all expenses, but now they are charging me for these expenses instead of taking it out of the money that I’ve made and now they’re saying, I don’t get the money. What kind of selling app is this?

Every experience with Seller Central is frustrating. Any simple task is exceedingly more complicated than it needs to be and Amazon is so sloowwww to restock that I end up running out of inventory because they are taking months to process a shipment.

Everything about this app is bad. It's amazing that when you make a simple change to a listing like price or change one pic or something simple, it's not immediate, but rather takes 15 minutes so if you are changing a bunch of listings you can easily loose track of which ones you edited because it's not showing the edit for 15 minutes. That is so bad for the user.

Works about the same as the web and them. Sucks

I’ve tried to include handmade but this system is so hard to use. I’ve sold on Etsy and Shopify for years. This is very complicated. I try following the help forums right on Amazon seller but even the steps to follow or not the same as what I see on my end.

The app has no purpose because I always have to use the website to list or see my data due to the fact that this application always is crashing and doesn’t track everything like the website

Why did you guys change the app?
Possibly the worst update I’ve ever seen on an app.
The new graph is far worse. And in the last two weeks, I don’t even get a graph.
Can’t even see yesterday’s sales.

I’m very disappointed that I am being treated like a thief or a new seller on Amazon after I have been doing this for 10 years without issues. I feel like I’m being punished for all my hard work. It’s sad.

I can not see the data

Amazon makes closing a seller’s account extremely challenging. I canceled my account 4 months ago. When I closed the account they stated I had to wait 3 months. Within that timeframe. They deactivated my account. So after this timeframe I still can’t close my account!

This has been broken for over a year. Do the developers not use this app?

Ya casi no se puede vender nada pero siempre modificando el software y Custumer service cada día más lejos ahora están en la India.

This is so complicated. I have a sellers account to which I can’t log in many times. So I have to go through many hoops to figure out how to log in. This is very annoying and irritating since on the phone I can log in but many times I can’t see or print addresses to sent items to my customers but in the computer I can’t login in and without getting into my account on the computer I am paralyzed and my business suffers.

For several years now every time Amazon makes new requirements my sales decline. Adding new products is a time consuming project with little to no returns.

Disappointed. The same pictures approved for Facebook were rejected here and I really need to sell this jewelry for my Mom. Also, put so much time into making a burn relief product but 7 of my first units were destroyed in route and I only received $10 in compensation when I’m paying like $40 sometimes $60 a month for my product to just be sitting. The app is useless so I can’t boost sales with any promotion. Then I get penalized also for not putting a specific barcode on everyone on my bottles when that message was never relayed at all. I know which barcode too, I thought I was just supposed to print one and leave it in the box. None of this process was easy or has been successful and I don’t want to be apart of Amazon selling anymore. If I could just get my remaining product sent back to me , that would be great. Thank you
