The Worst
This app has the worst customer support services ive ever seen on any application comparable to GOVX, finding the article youre looking for or trying to find a phone number to a customer service representative is an exhausting and unproductive nightmare and their ai chat support is the worst ive ever seen in 2026. The sellers are also anonymous and are almost all advertised as being associated with the brand theyre selling and the prices are getting higher its a shame amazon has devolved into this 3rd rate service.

Login is the worst. Unable to manage my subscription. Unable to use prime video. Very frustrating.
Crashes
App does not work. Gets stuck on Amazon logo then crashes. Never opens all the way. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times with no luck.

6 phone calls (each 30-60 minutes) and talking to at least 6 supervisors can not fix the issue, someone keeps resetting things to open 24 hours and it can no longer be changes in the app.
The products can all be found at the manufacturing companies and even places like Walmart & Home depot.
Moving to companies that care about customer service.

An item get delayed (lost?) for 1-2 weeks, could not cancel the replacement despite no longer being near that locker to receive it. Took a month and me calling several time to get the refund.
Item are delivered to a business outside of the hours statement in the instructions, left at front door or thrown over fence into the work yard (nobody looks for package there) sotting there for days to be stolen or destroyed be weather.
Getting a problem resolved takes a lot of effort - many chat/phone calls while any ticket support writes just results in the situation getting worse and worse.
Time to show directly with the product manufacturer or a store that has deliveries made according to customer directions (other stores ship the same items just as fast for the same price).

App laggy
App is super slow to open and load any page or item takes a whole 2-4 seconds. Crazy that a large company can’t make a fast app
You have to buy too many items for delivery
I always added some food item to things I wanted. But now you want me to buy a half of dozen items so you can deliver. This will be the last year I have prime. I will be going to my financial institution and making sure you don’t steal my money anymore.

Lately I notice ads for the exact products I buy from them on other apps and websites. Absolutely no privacy whatsoever, so if you don’t mind seeing ads for your previously purchased items when you are playing Wordle or on Facebook, etc, enjoy.
Bad customer service
No any message support in the customer service it just a page that bring you back and forth can’t find any service number for help and even a message.

Constant crashing
For the past several months the app won’t last 3 clicks without crashing. I’ve done troubleshooting with the bots, sent reports, deleted the app and reinstalled, offloaded, restarted, force closed the app, cleared the cache, logged out repeated steps, to no avail. the app is constantly crashing (literally constant. 3 clicks on different items and it seems to glitch and ultimately crashes)

The “ Amazon Prime” delivery system is just not worth it, sure you’ll get one or two small items in time. BUT THE MAJORITY OF YOUR ORDERS YOU PAY EXTRA FOR WILL NOT COME ON TIME! ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIVE IN A RURAL OR SEMI-RURAL ARE.It’s basically a scam where you are paying to finance Bezos compensator yacht and his wife’s bad plastic surgery.

Terrible Customer Service
Amazon customer service has been declining for years, just keeps getting worse. Stopped paying for prime years ago because of it, that turned out to be a smart move.
Late delivery
I am extremely disappointed with Amazon now. You pay for prime and it’s supposed to be delivered the next day but the last couple of orders that I have placed they have been delivered late. Why pay for prime when they can’t do what the say.
Never shop here
My packages always get delayed. I ordered a part for my bike and I thought it was coming today because that’s what they advertised but, with Amazon, nothing is ever on time. I waited through school all day for nothing. Temu shipping is faster that Amazon and it has cheaper prices. I hate this with all my life because I got to go through more school days not even knowing if it’s ever going to come. Save yourself the hassle and don’t download or even think about buying. If it ends up coming today I don’t care because it’s the most horrible experience with a delivery app. Please Amazon hang up the boots and quit lying to your customers. False advertising too. Amazon on average just lies about delivery. The prime membership hasn’t been effective at getting my products to me in the 2 days. Walmart and other companies should sue them for false advertising. They steal customers away with their claims of fast delivery. In reality it’s a week or more. When it’s finally delivered it’s to the wrong house. Support will tell you to canvas the neighborhood knocking on doors to ask if they have your package. It’s a joke! My favorite is the picture showing my packages were delivered but it’s the wrong house. They can’t even include the address in their proof photo.

I purchased a new item, It took more than five days past the promised date to receive the item. It was a return that the person didn’t put the items back into the protective bubble bags. The parts were dumped out of the the box. Then when it tried to find out if it was working properly. The previous person didn’t put the instructions back into the box. I had several days wasted by the late delivery. Then wasted a couple hours just trying to get a live customer service rep. The robot rep simply told me he could not get the instructions for me. Then told me to go back to start over with the step to get a live agent. Did. not get any option to get a live rep on the line. So wasted all that time again. Amazon needs to make it easier to get a person on the line to resolve the issue and stop wasting our time. So O still don’t know if the product works. Then they say I can retire the item which was alta easy a week behind. Then i am disabled and it takes a bunch of effort for me to go to a package drop. If I want them to come to my house to pick the damaged product. I have to pay $7.99 for them to pick up the item that should not have been relieved incomplete at my home. The options with their bot could not do a simple correction to this issue. Again more

Sellers conduct incomplete orders on this app(Buyers beware)
Amazon allows for sellers to conduct incomplete orders on the Amazon App. This causes customers inconvenience of their time, money, energy and effort of having to contact customer support as well as returning the items. Customer service upholds this type of negligence even when the customer prove in writing of what the customer is suppose to receive! Buyers be beware.
Drains battery
This app makes my phone hot and drains the battery. It also sends tons of useless and annoying notifications. You can’t select what kind of notifications you get.
Reviews Gotta Be fake
I have been trying to get in touch with support over an item that does not work. There is an option to request a call. When you request a call it says “connected” but you don’t receive a phone call and there is no voice coming through the speakers. They try to make it as hard as possible to receive any type of help with a faulty product that they sold you. It feels like laughing in your face when it tells you you’re on the phone with a “Professional” but there is no one on the line. The line isn’t even connected to anything.

Unwelcome changes to app.
Amazon seems to be no longer interested in customer feedback. With each delivery, there was an opportunity to rate my delivery experience and give feedback on what went well and what could be better. There used to be a simple thumbs-up or thumbs-down image to choose from. That’s no longer there. Thus when the app reported that my most recent delivery had arrived but it hadn’t, there used to be a photo posted with the order showing that the packages were left on my porch. There was no photo posted. When I reported it, I was told to wait until the end of the next day to see if it arrives. The next day it did. But when I went to provide feedback that the delivery experience was good except it was late, the option to provide that feedback is no longer there. I’m curious as to why Amazon no longer wants to hear how their deliveries are doing.

The fact you can’t contact customer service now is a joke . The app does everything in its power to not get you actual help! My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday at 5 pm , with no update since 4 pm yesterday , no way of getting a hold of customer service. Absolutely ridiculous
Membership not worth it
I’ve been using Amazon for a while now and as time as gone on. The prime membership that I pay for doesn’t deliver goods on time. I do live in a major city where it is easier to get goods which makes it odd to delay by a week to deliver small items that said it is a prime item. Also, the lack of human customer service and it being all Ai is terrible. It sends you in a constant loop on not being able to talk with a person when clearly the Ai just prompts me in a loop. It’s good for some things but honestly it’s gone downhill. Along with their “incentives” to delay a shipment. Wow $1 for a digital product that can only be purchased on Amazon that isn’t a physical product in which I do not shop in.
