Payment does not work on the app
I was trying to purchase the popcorn pass and when I try to use Apple Pay the payment does not go through. I tried this 3 times. So I tried using Venmo instead and of course that doesn’t work either. At this point I don’t even want to buy this popcorn pass if the app is this broken that you can’t even purchase it.

Not really user friendly
I’m trying to add my ticket stubs and my receipts from my previous purchase and not very helpful in doing so
Where are my tix?
After purchase, I would assume that my tickets would be in my wallet on my app. I don’t see my tickets.
Buggy-wont let me sign in
No matter how many times I delete and redownload this app, or change my password, I can’t access the same account I have no problem signing into online.
Needs updated and cleaned
This theatre is very dirty. The banisters are sticky, chairs are noisy and worn. They are Not very comfortable. I am thinking about cancelling my membership.

Trailers Ruin the Experience
Love the app and AMC Stubs but trailers ruin the experience. I sadly don’t have time to sit through 30 minutes of the same trailers plus ads. The trailer estimator on the app is always wrong. Multiple times Ive showed up 25 minutes late (because it said there would be 25 minutes of trailer) to find the movie already 10-15 minutes in. Going to stick with watching movies at home moving forward. Best of luck AMC ❤️

The app has not been working for me. I’m charged for tickets and then receive a message saying an error occurred and my tickets were released. The charge still appears, though.

Garbage
Hot garbage of an app. The only thing it can do, consistently, is give you error messages and advertisements for things you don't want. It can't even process credit card transactions.
Terrible app and customer service
I went to buy 2 movie tickets and tried using Apple Pay. When Apple Pay went through Apple said the payment went through and charged me but amc decided to give me an error and scam me out of $60 and not give me my tickets. They have no customer support other than an email which they don’t respond to and now I am trying to get my money back from amc.
Convenience fee is a joke
It’s ridiculous it there’s a convenience fee charged as the convenience is really on the theater. It’s just a way to pressure you into purchasing a membership.

This AMC app is so buggy and frustrating!
The app has a login bug issue
I couldn't log into the AMC app to purchase tickets. Do not change your password, do not remove the app, and then download it again, none of these methods work to resolve the issue. I had to log in to the desktop version of its website on my laptop to purchase tickets. You'll have to use your tickets via email to watch a movie until AMC fixes the bug.

I’ve been an A-List member since 2017 and this year my membership was cancelled instead of automatically renewed. Now I can be an A-List member for another 6 months!!! This really sucks. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Worst app
I’m not able to seamlessly login whenever I want and that is a failure, a major failure by AMC Theatres as I am a paying customer and AMC Stubbs subscriber! It’s ridiculous. I can’t even buy tickets to go see the theaters that I pay to go see!
Never works
The app never lets me log in. Have deleted and reinstalled, reset my password many times and it keeps saying “Oops an error occurred”. App is useless to show QR code for tickets without being able to login

Is this app down? Paid for a subscription, now I can’t log in. Seems suspicious. Ordered tickets, was charged for them, but nothing in tickets. Log off and tried logging in again. Nothing working.
Everything seems to be failing to load
