Issues with Apple Wallet and Boarding Pass Sync
Don’t force my boarding pass into my apple wallet if it won’t update with changes. If something’s changes, the pass has to manually be removed from the wallet and readded. This creates issues with updates to gates, boarding positions, pre check, etc. Let it be an option to add to the wallet, but don’t force it. Keep the boarding pass in the app
Stop bothering me
App keeps asking me in the middle of what I'm doing if I am enjoying the app. I would enjoy not getting interrupted
Why does app kill my reservation right before paying
I work 20 minutes filling everything out for it to kill me reservation and then the prices goes up $200 a person while I fill in all the data again. Thank you American

Worst online buying experience of my life
This is the first app review I’ve ever written because I feel a moral obligation to warn people about this. This app is fundamentally broken. I tried to book a flight for well over an hour and from what I could see on the app, it wouldn’t let me pay and kept refusing my card. Somehow, that ended up making 6 different reservations and paying for 2 of them. I’m not even sure which times the payment went through. I managed to sort things out on the website, but this absolute incompetence on the payment system cost me over an hour of my life and almost cost a few hundred dollars.
Impossible to update.
Trying to order meals and manage trip is impossible.
Abuses push notifications
Abuses push notifications for marketing purposes. So if I want to be able to use notifications, I have to agree to be spammed at 9:30 at night with a push notification from your marketing team.

People need to know this
American is a TERRIBLE AIRLINE, it’s caused me and my family so much issues, my second and last time flying with them was when they delayed and changed our flights multiple times out of nowhere, and then they just told us at the last flight we went to “just go sit down and we will see if we have seats” and then we asked “what if there’s no seats?” And then they just said the same thing again, it was so annoying because they changed our flight multiple times and are now telling us we may not have a flight at all, a flight we may not have, that we PAYED FOR. Wouldn’t recommend this airline, every experience we have had with them was just issue after issue and delays galore! 0/10
Can’t do same day standby flights
You have to call. They tell you to get back to the app. Super bad experience
Thanks for ruining my trip
Basically a whole day gone from me spending time with someone because the flight got extended by like 9 hours. Delayed by 4 hours at the airport then an added layover of more than 3 hours! Not only is my trip ruined but even then still probably not eligible for a refund or any type of reimbursement because my situation doesnt fit the criteria. Worthless airline and i will go out of my way to make sure i never fly with them again. Always delayed and unhelpful. Hopefully they enjoy my $800 because i know i wont.
Functionality needs improvement
Not functional for printing receipts and reviewing past trips for expense reports.
