Terrible
How this has 4.6 stars is beyond me. It kills my battery and makes my phone run hot by constantly tracking me in the background. I shut the app down completely and it’s still tracking me. It constantly syncs and you can’t punch in/out or check in/out of places while it’s doing that. If I could give it zero stars, I would. It was supposed to be an upgrade from Movista One, but One is superior to this app in almost every way. This is why “if it’s not broke, don’t fix it.”
Never loads
Absolutely awful app, will not load to save its lift. And on top of it when you tryin to submit anything most of the time the just quits on itself.
Buggy Update
App will not allow me to make a numerical entry when typing a number. I have to press the plus (+) key many times to enter my minutes worked. I use an iPhone.
The number input is not working
Since the update today the number input is not working I can not key in the time. I have to hit the plus button at the end of my shift 360-480 times be so for real
Horrible
Can’t remember if i clocked out and put my hours for the day in, tried looking to see if there was an option to view past shifts but to no surprise there isn’t. So now i’m in a tight spot here all because you guys can’t add a simple option to view your past shifts. If i could rate 0 stars i would.

They deleted my post
This app used to be rated a 2.1 stars when our company adopted it nearly a year ago. Since then, the app has often got in the way of doing my job. From pictures not uploading, to my last 2 reviews being deleted, and weird updates that keep breaking the app and causing desync errors… I can’t recommend this app for any of the workers.
Worst app ever
It is so glitchy!!! Even when it looks like it’s al working, it still doesn’t submit things properly. Even after updates.
Companies don’t invest in this program
The app doesn’t always work. You could
be doing work and you get to the “question” part and sometimes they don’t light up to answer, sometimes it will go to the prior page, occasionally it works on the first try. Today it wouldn’t let me attach a photo unless I gave access to all my photos. You have to wait to be able to completely sign out allowing them to folllow you.

Dark mode so what
Now it’s worse than before stuck on a project I completed yesterday bc there’s no way to answer the question m it’s blank. Sync doesn’t help won’t let me log out or clock out so I deleted and will try starting over.

This app never lets me do my surveys and etc. I have to use someone else’s phone every day I work.
Employees are having problems with this app.
This app is used by the company I work for. I have a brand Apple I Phone15.There are still many issues that show me that AMP needs an overhaul immediately. All the employees are not able to submit their minutes they worked. Then the pay period is weekly and they are shorted again and again. Can you please make the AMP Movistar user friendly and stress free.

Why can’t I checkout nor clock out when I am not near the location? This is ridiculous. What am I suppose to do when my phone battery ran out during work? Waste my time waiting in the car as my phone charge or manager time resetting my amplan?

Stalls with IPhone 14 Pro Max
All my co-workers don’t have issues with their app but I do. I have an IPhone 14 Pro Max and it gets stuck. I’ve reinstalled the app 4x and still does the same. It’s so frustrating.

not letting me clock out! shows i'm clocked out but next day i'll open up app to it saying failed to clock out and was automatically logged out please fix ASAP!

Approximately how many times is it acceptable to tell us to delete and redownload this app to get it to work? Literally wasting my time away “troubleshooting” an app that isn’t even developed correctly. It constantly loads empty mplans, or greyed out questions I can’t click on to answer. EVEN AFTER all the trouble shooting steps.
Complicated
One hub was so easy to navigate and use this app is horrible even my lead has to resort to using 1HUB again.
Genius 🤓
AS of May 15, 2024, AMP is complete failure and does not allow completion of M- Plan questions. I USING ONE HUB AGAIN, AMP technology is LAUGHABLE !!!!!! 😭🤓
Sad app for 2024
AMP= Always Making Problems. This app is horrible. Not in the least bit “user friendly”. Consistently glitches, gives errors, runs slow, access issues with photo’s, drains your battery even more than 1Hub, etc. I am a supervisor and this app has ONLY created more work and interruptions of my daily work because each of my employees either have difficulty using it or one the issues mentioned above occurs. Seriously, whoever the developers are or IT is for this app, please “get on your game”. Please fix some of the coding, you can tell by the reviews that it is driving people nuts!

Waste of company money
Absolute waste of time and money. It took an hour to do 7 m-plans, just loading and freezing and jumping around. Seems more efficient to do everything by paper at this point.
Bug infested
This app is the worst so far it won’t let me stay checked in when I’m trying to answer the survey and report time worked I have to keep using work arounds it won’t load the survey question half the time one hub was working just fine I don’t understand where someone got the bright idea to fix an app that wasn’t broken and replace it with an app that is nothing but problems,an update was issued already but it didn’t fix any of the issues

Syncing, Slow, Poor Response Time
I've worked with Crossmark for over 5 years - this is the worst version of the app. The response time is too delayed or non and the syncing popups and messages are unnecessary. Overall the app is slow and when you have many projects to close, it just takes forever! (2025's version of forever! Even on wifi.) Needs something!!!
WORK HISTORY
The app is ok, except for the way work history is displayed. I would rather see work history listed by day instead of going through a seven day list of all events.
Does not work on IPhone 14.
For some reason this app will not work on my IPhone 14. It does work on my IPad. Developer could not resolve the problem. Every time I spoke with someone I was told to do the same thing over again…..delete and reload app, verify settings, turn phone on and off and verify my telephone software was up to date. They were searching Google to resolve the problem. It was suggested for me to turn off my Apple Watch. The suggestion was made that it might be the operating system. I didn’t have this problem with 1Hub.
