Just got an update this morning. Now it will not load. Did the app get deactivated?
Reverted ALL of my progress.
After working on two accounts after my first got reverted to level 1, I just started my second a few months back working every day. Today, I tried connecting it to my account and it gave me a new one. That’s THREE accounts of work. All gone. If you value your progress in games, don’t trust ABF.
Mandatory Micro transactions problem
How can anyone who plays the game take the games seriously with mandatory mirco transactions just to take the game seriously, if they even play it?
Bugs and errors
The errors make the game not fun when u win money the error in the game erases all your rewards bad game
Everything requires WiFi
There should be absolutely NO reason why you need WiFi to see level results. Not only is it petty but it’s also pointless.

Half the gestures/buttons do not work properly. This game is so buggy that I doubt the vast majority of the levels are quality controlled. The high ratings for this train wreck are bizarre. I just don’t believe them with how the game functions.

Not fun at all
There's nothing as fun as the Chinese modified version - the levels are too hard, there are way too few ways to get currency, and the bidding tournaments have such huge levels that you can't even pass without using special items!

14 birds needed, I have Red and his whole entire flock: The Blues, Chuck, Bomb, Matilda, Bubbles, Hal, Stella and Terence but it seems weird without Silver…or Gordon! No Jo, no pro. I’m missing Ruby which is lame! And finally, I need the Mighty Eagle because he is an even stronger superhero, I am seeing that he’s as massive the way Bubbles can be. I hope you appreciate my feedback though, it’s no fun without all 14 characters. Will they be coming soon? I’m not enjoying you without Silver. Respond why you didn’t add all the characters I wanted.

This could be a fun game if it wasn’t such a blatant cash grab. They have tournaments and one-on-one play that you often can’t even be competitive in or sometimes even finish without spending on power ups, and the rewards you get for winning are meager. They’ll let you watch ads for power ups when you already have power ups but once you actually need them that option disappears forcing you to buy them, and literally every single time you try and navigate the Home Screen you are bombarded with popups trying to force you to purchase their stuff. They do have a way for you to earn powerups but I’m pretty sure the games are rigged and if you actually want any substantive rewards they force you to keep betting double-or-nothing and by the time you’re actually in a position to get a good reward your opponent mysteriously gets a whole bunch of points at the last minute forcing you to (guess what?!) buy power ups. Complete scam.
Promotes Gun Violence
Seriously, these latest levels show a pig shooting another pig with actual guns and tanks. Don’t we have enough gun games? Shouldn’t angry birds remain family friendly? I get it it’s a cartoon game, but influence is influence. Encouragement to use guns to shoot the “bad guy” robber can and does lead to other violent behavior. Don’t encourage. Stick to silly pigs doing silly things. Leave guns out of it.

I use to love this game and played for years but when I lost all of my slings (All the different Bird Slings) (High Diamond Level) no one at Roxio would help me! Don’t waste your time trying to reach them because I honestly believe no customer service works there and every response is now AI generated, unlike years before!

I finally decided to purchase a couple of small packs once a month and then noticed that there’s 4 charges of nearly $32.00 (2 in one day) that I didn’t buy!
I’m working with Apple to get my money reimbursed, yet need Roxio to refund me 2 charges from October 2025 that I didn’t request! Zero answer from the Company!
EVERYONE CHECK FOR CHARGES PLEASE ASAP! A couple I did make but NOT the other four! Players beware 🥹

I’m sick of adds that you have. You can watch add but it never gives you the way to get the reward. I’m guessing that’s what you’re wanting. I have played your games for a long time but I’m about done. The adds just never go away.
Used to be a fun game but
1. I still don’t know if you will ever add Ice bird, all of the Stella characters, Tony and Space Bird from Angry Birds Seasons, all the Rio Characters, Reds might Feathers power up, Bombs Shocking ability, Chucks Rocket Power up, and Shaking Rio Red bird, and maybe Santa bomb.
2. Also why does this game load slow and just curious why do some of your games require WiFi? There used to be an off mode where you could play those during your spare time. It’s a shame they were removed.
3. Can you make star cup easier because it’s hard? I even loose on the first strike! You’re not playing with real players.
4. I’ve been playing this game from the old days of Facebook before removing the web version. It used to be a lot more fun in simple ways. Now it’s over-bloated with ads and micro-transactions.
5. I used to have a whole lot of coins and progress in this game. I might have not played it in a while was my data deleted? If so why? I just logged into my account and what happened to my progress.

This used to be a great game. However, since the last update it’s impossible to even play. You must complete a challenge before getting into a tournament? The screen is covered with confusing “offers” trying to trick you into purchasing something. Click on the first level of a tournament and you’re redirected. What was the best arcade game is no more.
Unable to open
I’m having issues when I try to play/open the app. It will load to open but as soon as it gets to the end of the loading it freezes and doesn’t open. Not sure what’s going on. I love the game but unable to play
Difficulty level is ridiculous
We have played Angry Birds for years and enjoyed it at all ages. it appears there are new programmers that would prefer you not pass any levels. Total disappointment

Getting worse
I really miss the original. Could play offline and at your leisure. This game gets more ridiculous every day. All the icons cover the screen and it's difficult to see. The puzzles get so complicated they aren't worth playing. And you should get coins for logging on every day. Rovio isn't listening. Bring back the original Angry Birds and listen to players. 😔
Game glitch
While playing BLUES TOWER and playing level 299, right before I would have played one more level for 600 coins, the game glitched on me and I screen recorded it going in and out but not closing the game hoping it would figure itself out, then finally had to shut down. I lost my place after weeks of not spending money to finally get to the next save level, I had to close out and it bounced me back 13 levels. Even if I did poorly in those levels, I had 414 coins that would have helped me through. Instead the game glitched and dropped me down to level 286 and made me lose 600 coins. I have played this game for far too long for this to happen. Too many times this game has glitched in certain ways that has made me lose levels but not make me miss out on 600 coins and anyone knows that playing this, 600 extra coins can get you a long way. After having this app since 2015, almost 10 years, it’s time for me to quit and say goodbye. Game has been going on for far too long to continue to have portal glitches or game glitches that knock you down from losing slightly bigger pots of coins. Too many user to have so many problems the way you do. This isn’t to deter anyone from playing because it’s a great game. Just tired of the issues.

I keep getting these error messages that wipe out everything I worked on before I can claim what I won. I use abilities, that I pay for, that just go wasted basically.

AI levels now?
There has been a massive decline in the design of levels - they were better off reusing ones that were solvable then clearly either not QA testing or letting AI design these - frustrating garbage.
Don’t bother.
Written 26 January 2026. I’ve been playing this game since it began. I’ve never spent money on any game but I think that’s what you have to do now. Five birds for 40 piggies, no free launchers or any other free items available. I’m disappointed in the direction that Angry Birds has gone…it’s not fun anymore. Hubs says to delete it. I’m still deciding.
