Easily hacked not worth it
I used to love this game before it got even more easy to hack into other players accounts, I recently logged in and had a bunch of things I used to have stolen from me like galactic fireflies, snowflake penguins, prize pals, sugar gliders, furry cuffs, alpha dragon wings, you name it I had it. I have been playing since 2016 and I do not recommended getting into this game because you WILL get hacked at some point no matter how many security things you have. Sadly to say animal jam will not give these items back or even find out who hacked your stuff. I have been run dry and I am very disappointed my years of collecting is gone and into someone else’s account in just a few seconds.

Low Quality Moderation
Animal Jam and Animal Jam Classic’s moderation and report systems are easily abused in-game (through things like mass reporting), which resulted in me getting permanently banned for something that wasn’t against the Terms of Service. The moderation team was very disappointing and it didn’t seem like they listened to my concerns. Please be careful playing this game because AJHQ can ban you at any time for any reason. It’s truly heartbreaking how many have had to leave their childhood game behind because of poor moderation.

Phantom sells man not selling the sapphire potions
I have wasted hours recently trying to gain up for the super sapphire potions for over 6 hours for two days. Just for the sells man to sell none of that and I just say a post saying you guys removed it. I wasted my time!!! Getting 100k for what I want to do a fun drop for players and now I can’t even do that. The new methods for getting them are terrible. Please add them back I feel like I might quit due to wasting my whole day being excited just for this

Paid but not received and so many bugs
I have paid multiple times for items I bought with my actual money. I receive but then i log back on and its all gone along with my really good items (spikes, rares, pets, masterpieces, tokens, potions) all of that is gone when I log back in. I need this fixed or at least a refund for everything I bought. Will not be playing again unless my items are masterpieces are back. As a player since 2015 or so, I'm very upset.
LOVE IT
i just have to say this game is sooooo cute i’m very glad it exists, but i’m just going to get straight into the complaints, i downloaded the game thinking it was a kid friendly, free, and peaceful game, but i soon realized i was wrong abt all of that. First, it’s quite hard to get sapphires, so far i’ve only found them in mini games u can play around the map, and u don’t get that many if u find some. Second, i dont understand what the point of an event is when the only way u can participate in it is if u pay REAL money? example is the monster high event, u literally cannot buy any of the event items without spending $10 on the ENTIRE bundle, sure u can buy them from ppl who got the bundle, but they price them at a RIDICULOUSLY high amount of sapphires. And third, it really sucks that u cant have many of the features that the membership gives u, which is $8.99 a MONTH. i really love the game but it really makes sense to why i never played it as a child, parents dont usually let their children spend ANY money on video games, so id really suggest maybe adding more things for us. We’re also just broke i cant afford $8.99 a month for a membership that i barely even use 💀

I have installed and uninstalled this app so many times,don’t get me wrong,it’s actually fun,but I just made a account YESTERDAY and it logged me out or something,and I put in in my password (cause I just made it yesterday)and I KNOW I typed it in right and yet it still won’t log me in. I would love to actually play this game like I used to but I’m pretty much quitting.im sorry
