Scam
Do not believe these reviews. They lost my account information and refused to support the recovery of said account. I paid for over 5 months of subscriptions to them as well as other purchases. I provided the receipts. They still refused to assist me without a ludicrous amount of extremely and oddly specific information. My email, my order numbers, etc should have sufficed. Highly unethical and extremely fraudulent behavior.
Why can’t I download the whole game?
Asks if I want to download the whole game, I select yes and download the whole thing at home on WiFi. Open the game at work the next day and the very first scene wants me to download more. What was the point of me downloading the whole game? The literal first chat box that pops up. Straight trolling.
Fix the game plz
The game crashes constantly, like every 5 minutes. Great game btw but not playable.
1 star because.....
The game is fun, but the updates and constant 300MB+ downloads NEED TO STOP!! this is why I quit last time in 2019, and it seems in 2025 the problem still happens. Every single time I open up the app, it's gotta 'confirm updates 0/2' and 'redownload the entire game data' (or half of it) and believe me when I say this; the download is VERY SLOW and can take over an hour even if you have over 125mbps. I've seen many other people have the same problem I'm having since 2019. FIX IT!!!!!
Great gameplay if you could actually play

It’s 2025 not 1991 you can’t hold no one’s attention doing this ..we can barely sit long enough to watch a full movie..we don’t want to watch hours of cutscenes.STAY AWAY FROM THIS GAME ITS A WASTE OF TIME. Just to develop a hero to level 80 takes getting to chapter 20 at minimum. Then beating a 2 hour episode outside the main story.. then heating hero quest that’s another 2 hours ..get it
Not Worth It
I have no issue with a developer monetizing through advertising. In fact, it often exposes me to great games I wouldn’t have otherwise known about. However, this app has repeatedly trapped me in an inescapable death loop forcing me to download the advertiser’s game to continue. The last time this happened, I downloaded the game and STILL couldn’t continue. Needless to say, I will be deleting those games and this one.
Broken
Never make it past first mission. Game keeps crashing. After it does, you can’t even get the game itself to load at all.
Confusing and boring
The dialogue lasts forever and there is no way to skip or speed it up. You have to click every sentence once to show instead of scroll, and click again to move to the next sentence. Rinse and repeat about 50 more times for every single encounter. And there is no help or explanation on anything. You would think all them storage gigs would include a in-depth tutorial. Oh well. Its popular so some people enjoy it. I’m just not one of them.
Good game, crappy monetization
Game is interesting fun, and full of content. Definitely worth playing. But it’s “Time” monetizing is aweful. I’m not talking about its gatcha rates, it’s a gatcha game, it is what it is. I’m more referring to its large quantity of autoclicker repetitive content. Specifically “Another dungeon”. Many important character and weapon improvements come from resources in these dungeons. Access tickets to these dungeons are limited by number per day/subscription level. Annoying but not a big deal. The problem is after running a particular dungeon 2-3 times it is a boring grind that adds absolutely nothing to your playing experience. But WAIT!!! They added cat express tickets! It allows you to skip most dungeons! Woot, the game is actually fun to play again!!! EXCEPT, you only can get a very small amount of them in free to play (like 6 a week) and a underwhelming amount if you have the low tier subscription. In fact the only way to actually have enough tickets to not have to monotonously grind arguably the MOST REPETITIVELY BORING CONTENT I HAVE EVER PLAYED, is by paying $43.00 USD/month. They don’t let you buy tickets with in game currency or any other method. The subscriptions and “ultra rare drops” are it. I stopped playing for years, came back when I heard about the tickets. Played the heck out of the game, paid money. Realized the skip was a greedy scam. And have effectively quit again. Seriously, just do what literally every other game does and ditch the tickets, have a completion rating for another dungeons, and let people skip it once that rating is met. You’re losing more people who used to support your game, than you think.

Absurd setup loading times. Literally 100 times longer than any game in the history of iOS. We’re talking 30 minutes watching your ipad pro or iphone 15 pro struggle to download…what exactly? 2D sprites? It’s truly pathetic and you people should be ashamed of yourselves. How many years have you been getting a pass on this? Reel it in and start acting like a real app for actual use by human beings.
Glitched game
For some reason I am stuck on the wryz saga, chapter 2, Life or Death, Return to the top of the cliff. I was in the middle of the last cut scene while you can’t change maps before an update and maintenance. I have sent in 2 complaints and never got anything back about my issue. I have played the game since it came out and now I feel this is ruining it for me.

I just updated the game and now it’s saying my device is un compatible
Fun but…
I was having a lot fun until the difficulty spiked EXTREMELY HIGH when fighting the Chrono Cross crossover boss. I just get wiped out in three turns and even unable to do any damage to it. I got the this game solely because of the Chrono Cross stuff. If it’s this bad with an event then the rest of the is likely this hard and becomes disheartening.
Recruit bug/crash
I open the recruit but my phone has been crash right now while I open recruit. I hope this game can be fixed bug/crash
Bad app
Sure wish my saved game wasn’t deleted. For some reason my game became inaccessible so I deleted it. Then upon a redownload all my saved data was deleted and unrecoverable. The steps to recover were impossible to meet considering my game was basically locked and had to be uninstalled. Including irl money I paid towards the game. Shame, it’s a good game but I’m not gonna restart the whole thing. Just not a solid application.

Technical problems block game start
The game will not progress beyond the update confirmation that appears when starting the game. The first update confirmation will complete, while the second will stall or simply not start. I have fast WiFi connection, plenty of space, and updated the game from the App Store to latest version.
Costs too much
They made the gatcha too expensive. $70 for character that don’t do anything. Bring it down to like $10 or $20 each if you actually want to make money.

Crashing
A week of non-stop crashing and numerous looooooong updates is really frustrating.
Needs Work
1) this game DESPERATELY needs a skip cutscenes feature. Quite literally, 80% or more of this game is nothing but cutscenes and dialogue that cannot currently be skipped. I DO NOT CARE ABOUT DIALOGUE, I just want an RPG that I can hack n’ slash and level up my characters!
2) the downloads for this game were absolutely ridiculous. I have gig internet and it still took 20+ minutes to finish downloading.
3) Lack of explanation for almost everything.
Work on those three things and I would probably change to 5*.

Too hard and not enough Xp
There is no difficulty setting as the battles get harder and xp is scares in my opinion and I couldn’t keep up so I just uninstalled the game. It’s fun but not for me and I love rpgs
Gacha/story good at times
Very greedy company, supposedly makes millions still a year and can’t give better gacha rates or better rewards. Then they keep adding new ways to make you have to get the same character but a different version that uses the opposite light or shadow so you have to pray you pull them to get light or shadow all over again to max.
Been stuck on underground fortress with sergio story
Its been a YEAR i been waiting For any fix but i still havnt found any way to pass this bug ! Got no help or no way to get through this stupid storyline with sergi so can i please get some help ?! Or do i have to just quit this game and call it a fail …..
Few months to up an SA
The game, story, characters are fine, but to get a sharchart hahaha thats crazy. I expected a difficulty, but not gated by time.By the time i can get a SA the game will be EoS. Players get burned fast by playing daily just to get rewards. And if you're not subscribed, good luck with skip tickets, you will get burned out. I know the game needs to make money, but this isn’t the way to go. If you get a 4.5 character that has SA there is no way to get starcharts if not spending 2-3 all cosmo, an item that takes a long time to get.
I unsubscribe from the $35 because it’s not worth the poor rewards you get. Land of heaven needs a rework and im not saying you get a free ticket. I mean the dailies. It’s better to just wait for a banner that gives a choice and pull that. Less money, better reward.
