Can’t even set up an account
It won’t even send me the link to my email so I can set up an account bought this camera. Can’t even use it.

Wont connect
I’ve wasted three hours of my life on this poorly made Chinese equipment. I’ve tried three different Internet sources and made sure I was only 2 feet away from the router each time. Yes the wifi is 2.4 hz and not 5. After reading some of the other reviews, I see I’m not the only one unable to connect. Dont waste your time or money.
Cheap cameras
Motion detector stopped working after a month, paid the subscription for the storage but for nothing cause it wouldn’t record any motion due to the sensor, don’t uninstall the app or change the password because it will make life harder to have access to the images lol
Update is Terrible
App updated and now you can’t rotate camera

Very un-user friendly. Doesn’t say you can’t use 2.4 wireless. Returning the product.

52 years as an engineer and after 2 networks and 5 trues each, r never connects to the C3 cameras. Camera quality but the app is substandard. Using another product app that connects easier and faster.
Horrible
Haven’t had this camera installed for even a year yet and it just stopped working. I have tried numerous times to get customer service to assist me. They don’t respond to emails and when you go through the app for the online service, they do not respond.

The update is horrible!! Stop filling my screen with cloud advertising!!! This is BS!! I don’t need, or want a cart!! I didn’t add anything to it but it’s constantly in my face..👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
