Cannon cancel, will not contact to cancel, charged for another year of service, and I did not authorize them to do so.

Honestly has to be the dumbest ai ever, it’s like asking a toddler to answer for me. Don’t even get me started on the energy thing. Like I’m trying to get the answer but I’m in a whole side quest. Genuinely the worst ai.

Good but not great
I used this app for my statistics homework and the answers were mainly wrong or incorrect. Although it sometimes got the answer right, it would get the rest wrong.
CHATGPT is better
Honestly I don’t think it understands pictures and it definitely doesn’t give what you ask of you don’t clarify EVERY detail, not worth it apps like Perplexity and CHATGPT are better.
Bad Customer Service
Just a heads-up for everyone. If you run into any issues, don’t expect much help from their customer service. I’ve emailed them three times and never got a single response. Honestly, I’m so disappointed. At this point, I’d rather spend $20 a month on ChatGPT - at least that app actually helps. Definitely not wasting another mins here.

the ai isnt good at all the answer it gives are mostly wrong unless youre doing easy beginning subjects in which who would, also when talking to the ai after wasting a point on an image just for the answer to be wrong it continues to take away point just for talking to the ai what kind of stupidity is that? the point need to be only for pictures not when trying to talk to the ai this app is the last resort you want to use for ai try another app yall this one is not good at all only thing that is good about this app is how they give away the points but the answer are inaccurate most of the time so it does not matter.

Disappointing
This app is mediocre at best. I got the subscription just for it to get simple questions wrong over and over. 75% of the time it’ll answer correct. The other 25% it’s just wrong , if I’m paying for a subscription i expect it to be correct 100% of the time, considering I’m not asking it rocket science questions🤦♂️

Don’t spend your money-SCAM
I have subscription that is active until 4/12. I cancelled my renewal and still was charged for a renewal 3 weeks prior to my end date in the amount of $119.88. Which is higher than the renewal rate. I have called the number listed on my bank transaction and it sounds like a normal voicemail. No callback and I have sent several emails with no response. I finally have submitted a claim with the Better Business Bureau.

I got the app on a free trail then canceled it note this I never put a card on my iPhone -then a week later I added a card to pay a bill after that I had no money on my credit card then the app decided to take money I don’t have out shutting down my card and my bank account it took out 70 or about 90 dollars out I’ve sent multiple email and I got no response at all so this it the worst customer service I could understand if I bought it but I had no money in my account yet the app took money I don’t have unacceptable.

CORRUPT AND DYSFUNCTIONAL
Was trying to use for homework and it was working great at first. Then it was giving wrong answers… and then it got even worse. It was just saying a bunch of words that made no sense as if it deviated from its original algorithm and was trying to break out or send a message of some sort. It was crazy the stuff it was saying even though most of it was just word fluff nonsense. Weird ai. Devs are idiots I guess.

Im convinced these reviews cannot be real, i have answered almost evry question WRONG since PAYING for a subscription on this app🤦♀️. A ai cant even read and answer MUSIC WORK, music work scans are coming back with algebra answers. This seriously has to be one of the most undeveloped ai’s ive ever used and the fact im paying just for my grade in music appreciation to go down every day is insane and i wish i could get a refund.
