Why is this listed? Dead app!
Wow the App Store is garbage now.
★★★★ SFSB-97 9/18/2025 v1.15.17
just remove it
whats the point of this app now? you either go subscription or remove it entirely instead of begging for money
★★★★ samuelerrett 7/22/2025 v1.15.17
why does this exist
the app doesn’t work anymore

The app is useless!
Let me at least pay for my api usage this is buffoonery to disable the app when I paid for it (and might be convinced for more if I hadn’t seen pals). I wish I could support the developer but his loyalty today is as useful as a floppy drive. The new pal app is bad too. I pray he focuses on ux rather than selling product in the future.

disappointing
i know Reddit changed their terms and such, I followed the whole thing. but Narwhal has been able to survive with a very affordable subscription.
Apollo already had subscribers, many of whom would have been more than happy to pay a slightly increased cost if necessary if it meant the app could still run.
I don't even think Narwhal has push notifications and there are still a ton of great reviews. I personally use it and it's the closest to Apollo and they are currently working on more Apollo-esque features.
Very disappointing that Christian instead decided to abandon the app. ):

No way to log in
With the latest version of the app on iOS 15 no way to log in because it just shows you wallpapers and app icons with no way to actually bypass and log into the app. Also the login page on iOS 12 doesn’t load anymore due to Reddit requiring new.reddit for login now.
