One of the worst banking apps I have used in 30 years. First, digital signature is a mess, the screen has tiny digits that often finger mistakes happen. Second codes are out of sync, site requires a code and bank presents an invalid one. Third, diligent digital signature, why aren’t you notifying me that a digital code is available. Also the sms notification is unreliable and it doesn’t notify you when there is a signature waiting.

The customer care agreed to refund but it hasn’t happened, reached out to the branch manager and she send a holiday email response !
Decided to close the account, which I can but the insurance is another story.
The health insurance, btw, is a non-stop loop of options and wait times or no answer - which means you can’t really use it. Cancelling is equally challenging- actually more!
I deeply regret it. Lost money that I don’t know how to get back.
FYI- I am not a Spanish resident . Wanted the account as I travel there often.

We had over €500 stolen from our account through an ATM but never had our debit cards stolen. One of our shared logins stopped working several days before the theft and the bank could not tell us why. We were clearly hacked and someone was able to use an ATM without our debit cards.
Sabadell was completely unhelpful. They took weeks to respond to us and kept sending us between different departments.
After several months they said there was nothing they could do and that we should go to the police to retrieve the security camera footage from the atms. By that time there was nothing the police would do.
The app has no option for multi-factor authentication and we were given no notice that there was a problem with the account, even though we had been notifying them something had been wrong.
I recommend staying away from this bank altogether, but if you have to use them, don’t use the app if you can avoid it.

Buggy with no support
It might be the app, it might be their lack of customer service but my account was blocked for no reason. Password reset doesn’t work… can’t use any chat features. Useless

No Online Check Deposits
That’s absurd, how do you not allow something as simple as online check deposits to a personal account?
Also, Sabadells hours are LAUGHABLY short and make it nearly impossible to get to a branch when it’s open.

Can’t update TIE
It’s a waste whenever I have to do anything besides check my balance on the app. Everything else I have to go into an office and it’s too much work. Now I have to make an appointment just to update my tie. I’m cancelling my account because it’s too much work to have and it’s not worth the pain.

So bad I’m going to change banks so I don’t have to deal with the endless frustrations and error codes.

Having problems opening the app. Tried updating and it says app does not exist. It still exists in my phone and when I open and try to log in it says error. Really frustrating.

I am having the same problem as the previous reviewers. Trying to log in to the app from the US for the last several weeks and I keep getting an error message. This was a great app when it worked. But it hasn’t worked for the last several weeks. It is unusable.
Useless
Started getting an error when connecting weeks ago from the U.S. After trying with multiple accounts and devices and calling support several times, I give up. The app is completely useless.

Update not working with iOS 12
This app worked great but after today’s update is broken. Updated to iOS 12 and the app crashes every time.

The application is badly designed and has unprofessional support. There is no direct communication with tech support. New agents eventually returning you calls and staring their questions from the beginning. They don’t keep a record of your issue ( always repeat same questions).
The application was working fine one year ago. The activation code was sent from +19142264521 (to US phone). I was told that currently it should be sent from short number. My mobile provider doesn’t accept premium short code messages. Sabadel support doesn’t know what is Premium message. Problem still not resolved..

Terrible
I have been unable to use it almost two months now. I am updated my iphone 6 to iphone 8 and I have no access to my online banking yet.

No Apple
Can you seriously trust a bank that invests into a competitor against Apple Pay? Apple is almost worth a Trillion dollars and still no Apple Pay. Lame.
Nightmare
I have been unable to use it for 3 weeks now. I am in the usa upgraded my phone to IPhone X and since then the developers have not updated the app and I have no access to my online banking yet I can access all other banks in Europe and Africa. . Their short codes fail to reach the apo and they blame everyone else instead of fixing the problem

Gives me someone else's name on login
It gives me a random woman's name sometimes when I log in. It's very disconcerting considering we're dealing with financial information so obviously some wires are crossed somewhere. If I log out and log in again it fixes it but then comes back later to the same woman's name.
Don’t receive a message for the code
A few weeks ago it worked good. Now I don’t have messages to receive code. I can’t transfer money to anyone.sinforosa5
A reasonable app ruined by advertising
The apparent preoccupation of Sabadell with advertising and cookies quite often precludes the user from accessing the account. About twice a month I have to delete the app and reinstall, merely to access my account because the advertising removes the access button to get into my account. Apart from the latter, the app is very good but I would like to see a more detailed explanation of credit card expenditure. Currently, on my app face recognition is inaccessible. The continual problems I encounter with the app are reflected in the 2 star rating.

After latest update, the app crashes after authentication, both with Touch ID and pass code.

App still is a work in progress. Multiple steps to do basic tasks. Face ID access no longer works with this update.
