More ads than real deals, no update to the app in a year
There are too many promoted apps it is frustrating sifting between the promos and the rare real deal. Keeping the app maintained appears not to be a priority for the developers because there’s been no updates in over a year. I really miss App Sliced. It was always a far superior product. RIP App Sliced.

I don’t want to log in with apple; I want to create a separate email and password for this app. Please contact me. I was hoping to sign up for free account WITHOUT having to enter my Apple account information.

Lost a user
Forcing people to create an account after using the app for years is such garbage behavior. All of my saves are gone and I refuse to open an account on this app after being strong armed. I'll find something else among the plethora of app trackers. Good riddance.
Ruined by moderators
This app has way too many moderators, and they're of the "Reddit/Discord" variety, in that their only purpose seems to be baiting users into conflict and using their multiple accounts to amplify it.
The developer of AppRaven has said that this app is just a side hobby, and it shows. One day they will grow up and get rid of the moderators and focus on sales.
I was a customer who upgraded to Pro, who then canceled because the moderators are corrupt just like on Reddit and other platforms. It's a totally unnecessary nightmare having to interact with any of them, and it seems to have nothing to do with what the app is for. All it's doing is driving away customers.
The AppRaven app itself in their catalog is downvote bombed by disgruntled users, almost all of whom agree the moderators ruin the experience.

If you value your privacy, look elsewhere. This app harvests a bunch of data for advertisers and will bother you with constant pop ups. It was great until the dev decided to sell out a bit.

I have to go on google to see if any in app purchases have gone free since the app wants to charge for that when people are obviously trying to save money by finding deals. So it's stupid and useless. Just use google

This is just the same as the original App Store so this one it’s like a copy kinda like a xerox.
I Immediately get an error
Every time I open the app I get a 504 error code. I haven’t even been able to properly open the app yet so this review will be here until it is fixed… btw I’m on the latest version of iOS and I have an iPhone 13 with 5g internet

Downloaded the app and just got the spinning circle forever. Tried restarting multiple times and kept failing to load.

I really miss AppSliced. This is no replacement. They don’t even have a Mac or web version.

Not all good things last forever-App Sliced had a good run but unfortunately all that remains is this bloated app with every remotely useful feature blocked behind a subscription.

This game is lying because when I tried to get geometry dash for free it said 1 dollar and 99 cents and I deleted it they are lying

Is good for finding deals
Just stay far away from the user reviews. Paid users seem to drool over apps (specially paid apps) that harvest data for no logical reason and will mass downvote you for voicing a concern and seem to hate/mass downvote anyone pointing out apps with far left wing ideology in them so people can be better informed. They don’t seem to mind slamming anything that has any content that leans even a hair to the right over center though in typical extreme double standards. I’d have liked to get the paid sub for a bit to track in app prices but I haven’t even wanted to make a user account with how toxic the app is.
Tried to like it.
Irritated that I wasn’t told appslice was shutting down; I know they had my email because that’s how I got alerts. Can’t access my wishlist that was many years in the making. Also, now we have to pay to get an alert on an in-app purchase price change; doesn’t this kinda defeat the purpose of trying to save money? Feels like loyal users of many years got abandoned then told to subscribe to get what they once had. New app is messy and confusing. I’ve tried for months to like this but, just don’t.
Up to date?
I don’t know how often this app will update games with IAP but my entire reason to download it was to keep track of certain games like Resident Evil with the high priced IAP. I do not believe these games were on sale an entire year, but according to their history, they have been since December 2023. And they haven’t been on sale for about 4 days now and it is not reflecting the price change. I would consider paying for this app to alert me of price changes but it needs to have a better response time. 24 hour delay at most
