What a joke
I tried to sign up for the app, which was a huge pain, but apparently I had already signed up in the past with an email address. I no longer use. Now I’m not able to sign up for the app.

Most useless app ever
The app is completely useless. When trying to view a menu you have to start an order, but to start an order you have to select a location, but the app can NEVER find a location. Their website cannot either. It’s absolute garbage. Wasting space on my phone.

Since latest update I’m unable to login on the app. It only gives me the option to sign in through Facebook which opens as a webpage and not the app. This makes me log in to fb and confirm then never connects back to the Arby’s app. Complete failure.

App does not save payment info. I’ve reached out multiple times for assistance and have received no help. Waste of time to have to keep entering so I stopped going,
Lousy app
This app doesn’t explain how to use the deals it offers. You have to decipher vague terms to figure out what it’s asking you to do. Far worse are the notification bubbles that do not clear after reviewing the deals. If you don’t fix this I will be deleting the app and NEVER patronizing your restaurants again!
No good deals
Never any good deals on the app anymore and prices are out of control. Eat somewhere else.

Pain to get sale prices
They will not give you lower prices at the store unless you use the app and pre order on the app. Using the app I find very hard. I am a senior citizen and am not very computer savvy.

We don’t go to Arby’s anymore since you stopped mailing the coupons. Not many people at the stores either. Big Mistake!

You might actually get some business if you’d fix your app so it actually works instead of never making it through authentication! Useless as is..
Worst app ever
This is honestly the worst app I have ever used. The cancel button is right on top of items in the menu. The app requires phone number and emails and won’t let you bypass.
I just wanted a roast beef sandwich and they treat the damn app like it needs national security clearance. Worst app ever!!!

Of all the fast food apps, this is the worst. It's so difficult to use, I don't even bother to try and use it anymore.
Very poor service
Just picked up my order at Arby’s in Georgetown Ky. I ordered the pecan chicken salad sandwich. There was no knife to cut the sandwich and no napkins. Also ordered a X-large tea and there wasn’t any ice in the drink. WTF

Can’t type in to log on
Tried login on, the keyboard doesn’t pop up and it does pick up the site automatically for auto fill. Even on password page, it doesn’t allow typing to do search.

I placed an App order for 2 BOGO French Dip sandwiches, reg fries and a medium Coke. I went through the drive thru to pick up my order and when I got home, I found out I received the wrong order. I received a Turkey Ranch sandwich, fries and 2 small roast beef sandwiches. I didn’t have time to drive back and get my real order. I don’t like ranch dressing so I couldn’t eat what I received. The entire experience was worthy of the one star I gave. A total disappointment.

Can’t Create Account
You go through all the steps to create an account including the app sending you a verification code to your phone. Then you enter the code and the app “thinks” for forever filling up the little Arbys hat. It never goes past that step. I have tried on different days and in different locations. Never finishes the account creation process. So, the app is literally worthless.
FIX Valid Mobile Number
Fix your goofy app that keeps asking me to secure my account with a valid mobile number that accepts sms messages AND KEEPS NOT ACCEPTING MY VALID VERIZON iPHONE NUMBER 919-437-XXXX I’VE HAD FOR OVER 10 YEARS!!

I have had my email server LONGER than you have had an app. I get the error, “incorrect email format”… still haven’t figured out who to contact for support.
Price gaging
The app used to be good but lately I've been getting charged extra if ordering through the app. I have an iPhone 11 and in multiple isntances, I would place an order and then go to pay and a screen would pop up saying "your total has been updated with current restaurant prices". So I canceled and went to the physical restaurant and paid almost $10 less, my ORIGINAL charge. Wanted to charge me $29 for two meals. Like yes I have an iPhone but it's freaking 7 years old and I got it used for cheap. I don't automatically have $10 more than the next person just because I have a freaking iPhone.
Arby’s not good anymore.
I placed my order online at about 5:20 pm. Selected for a 6:00 to 6:10 drive through pick up. Arrived at 6:00 sharp. Lady at the window was polite but the order wasn’t ready. 10 minutes later I receive my order. Asked for brown sugar bbq sauce on my brisket sandwiches. No sauce on the sandwiches or on the side. Meat on the sandwiches wasn’t Arby’s normal very delicious taste. We don’t eat out very often but when we do it will not be Arby’s. I suggest you tell your manager to do their job!
Why is there gambling ads in my fast food app

Service is terrible every time we go to an Arby’s, this last time was wretched. I did a mobile order on this app, never got a receipt. After the terrible experience with our order (waiting in the store over half an hour after doing the mobile order before we headed to the new store, toilet already broke off the wall in a new place, employees ignoring you, etc), the contact option the app wouldn’t work. Guess they don’t want to hear how bad they’re doing.

Some stores won’t take online orders at certain times making the app useless!
Removed my deal
I didn’t even close the app. It kept everything in my cart except the coupon. It just removed that and charged me more when I went back to it 30 seconds later portable app or experience, deleting it and will never download it again.
Annoying Service
App from phone couldn’t be rung up by front had to do by pickup counter. Staff didn’t understand my English as they spoke mostly Spanish and got my order totally wrong
Your rep lied to me
Why did you take the roast beef out of the 799 box. Your rep called me and said it was an advertisement error and I could still order it. Nope that was an out and out lie. WHY. Time for my family to find an honest fast food
Technical Difficulties
The app seems to have issues as when I try to credit card to my account it comes up saying technical difficulties. This has been this way for the last few weeks. Tired of having to go in person to order instead of online.
Last delivery
I won’t be placing a delivery order here again. The reason why I say this is because when I place an order in person my orders are accurate, but when I have placed them for delivery, they are inaccurate.

Do better
Orders placed thru the app cannot be edited or refunded at the restaurant location. So when they are out of an item, they can’t do anything. You have to contact corporate. After searching their website for contact info you can fill out a form to file the complaint and when you finish and hit submit it gives you an error. Then you have to wait for business hours to call them and hope they can fix the issue. Problems always arise in food, it shouldn’t be this complicated to fix them. Thats where the app/arby’s corporate sucks. They make it hard to contact them and are banking on the fact you will just let it go and not follow up.

No rewards for an in store order you people are losing out to all your competitors, I am one of many who do not order on line and you don’t think that business is worthy of rewards I guess I will delete the app and go where I am appreciated no matter how I order

Ordered a French dip among other things. Arrived to store, was told no au jus just so you know. No remedy to that. This food costs entirely too much to not receive what is supposed to come with the order.
I understand they are busy and out of stuff but why not update the website to reflect as such like other places do or offer a replacement? Of course customers are going to be upset when they pay full price for something and are just told when they arrive that they are out of items. That is just not acceptable.

I placed an order through the app. I received a couple of deals through the app that gave me a discount. When I pushed purchase it literally doubled my price. I sent a note to Arby’s and they never responded. Grrr

They will not notify you when the restaurant is about to close, they will, instead take your money and place an order for eight hours later.
Option not available
In the app, chose location (which, one would think should update available menu options), paid for my meal, arrived at restaraunt only to be told they don’t make hamburgers here. Swapped out a French dip, got home only to realize they didn’t adjust the price difference, so I paid extra for something I didn’t necessarily want.
If only I could view local menu
Both Arby’s within approx 11 miles East or West…looks like you must call to order. But you aren’t allowed to see the menu to know what you can order.
Plus I have no way of knowing how to pull up an online only reward that one Arby said they would honor.
Having to pretend ordering from an Arby 45 minutes away to view a menu is not acceptable to me. Plus each Arby may or may not have the same thing.
