SO MANY ADS
There are so many ads on this game, you can’t even play. And…. Getting out of the ads is nearly impossible. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

The game itself is more or less great, although I’ve come across a few people I suspect were cheating. But the game is hard to enjoy when you’re constantly bombarded with forced ads. Especially in the auxiliary game modes like survivor. I have watched well over 100 reward ads (no I’m not exaggerating-you get experience for watching that many), but I’m still constantly forced into non reward ads. The system to level up is also really slow. Most experience is minimal and requires a lot of playtime to get it in the first place. Fix those two issues, and the game would be excellent.
20x more ads than you would expect
For the love of God you could play for 3 hours and not finish one small crossword with the amount of ads!!!! Fun otherwise but WAY better options available- who wants to WASTE so much time just waiting to play a small game!!

I get paid to play this game through another app and I still don’t want to play it. It’s not fun and there isn’t a tutorial (which is probably why I don’t like it). TOO MANY ADS
The game itself is fun. I like playing against other players. What is so NOT fun are the plethora of ads. Before, during and after your turn. To spin for a prize, but yet another one in order to claim it! Basically, you downloaded a game just to watch Way Too Many ads!!!!

I LOST ALL OF MY PROGRESS. I was playing and ranking top of charts, and I decided I should connect my apple account to save everything. Instead, it completely wiped what I had. I am devastated.

This game literally is unbearable with all the ads. You can’t even play a full turn because you get a pop up from the game and then a full ad. When you finish the ad another pop up then another ad just to get a turn to play your letters. I never wrote a review about a game being so horrible but this game is it. And I don’t want to hear about how ads keep the game going because you have in-app purchases for that.

WAY too many ads!!
This app is GREEDY!! I spent more time watching ads than playing the game! There is an add after EVERY SINGLE TURN!!! It’s ridiculous!! And they are not short ads either. It’s faster to close and reopen the app. Paying $5 for 3 days of no ads is NOT worth it!! An ad will pop up when you shuffling through the app too. It’s beyond ridiculous.

I loved the actual gameplay, but it takes too long to sit through all the ads. I sat through 3 minutes of ads 8 different times in 30 minutes of play today. That’s not entertaining.

Glitch in “Play a Correct Letter”
I’m in the last stretch of the Reach Division League Champion set and in order to get promoted, I had to complete a set of matches. I tried the first game, “Play a Correct Letter” with Martin C. After playing my round, I was waiting for my opponent to respond by watching ads. All of a sudden, I was told that I had lost the match because I ran out of time! How could that be when I did nothing wrong?!!! I was just watching ads! I had to give up 500 coins to keep my winning streak and then started another match with Valiant Hedgehog. The same thing happened again but this time, they didn’t ask for the 500 coins. I decided to try it one last time and started my match with Astute Raccoon. The first couple of rounds went well but as soon as I started another round, it told me that I had lost the match because I had run out of time? What?!! How could that be when I just started another match and had just rolled my letters? I should at least have 60 seconds to complete my round but it didn’t even allow me that. I had to forfeit another 500 coins to keep my winning streak. So basically, I lost 1,000 coins in just a few minutes today from no fault of my own. This used to be one of my favorite games but not any more. I think it’s a trap to rob us of our coins! It took me a LONG time of watching countless ads to accumulate all those coins and I am pretty upset about losing them through no fault of my own. Come to think of it, I think it’s happened before but I didn’t really think about complaining until today when it happened to me 3 times in a row! What a rip off! 😤
Full of ads and bots.
This is the most ad-filled game I’ve ever played. One game takes 30 minutes to an hour, and they force you to watch an ad after every single turn. Don’t waste your time. And I’m pretty sure you’re just playing against bots, I got bored and left in the middle of a match, came back hours later in the middle of the night, and somehow the “other player” was still online waiting for me. Yeah, okay.
Price gouging
I want to start off with I love this game and I am willing to pay for the “no ads ‘ but now the only option is 20.00 for technically 6 days nope give a real ads free version that is longer then 4 days but less then 20.00 a week. I can’t even play a small grid without 6 ads and taking 15 minutes. Don’t want to leave but this is just price gouging to the players
Clever Game but Ads Frequent & Long
Sad, because the honest reviews say the same thing. Expensive to play ad free, Unity ads run forever, and come up after every turn. I would def play this and invite friends to play if developers strap it down.

Just a money grab. They just want you to pay them by watching ads. They pop up every three seconds and just runs the whole game play. I liked playing the game but will be deleting the game due to the ads. Bye!

A fun concept but the amount of ads is unbearable. 15 minutes of game play costs you as much in the same three ads for Kalshi over and over and over again.
Love the game hate the ads
This game is super fun but there is an ad after every other action...you take a turn, watch an ad, get a “free” spin you have to watch an ad to collect, take a turn you guessed it, watch an ad and some of them are super long. They have a welcome offer that is supposed to be 3 days ad free, but it’s not entirely ad free. You still have to watch them to collect the free spin, very misleading. I would totally buy the game if there was an ad free option.

I’m usually pretty patient with games having ads. But this game takes it way too far. You always get a “reward” at the end of a level that you have to watch an ad to spin for, then an ad to claim. You get an ad after your turn and an ad before your turn. Sometimes these ads are two or three ads stitched together doubling the time you’re forced to sit and watch! The game itself would be good if there were even half the ads but with the way it is, I really wouldn’t recommend this game.

I really liked this game but after playing so many games it gets annoying…. You only have a limited option of letters and always end up just putting all your letters up there just for the other person to get the points for finishing the word when you couldn’t because you didn’t have the letters to do so.

I enjoy playing this game, but the ads covering the screen WHILE I’m playing and the timer is going really ruin it. Ads between games, for added bonuses or whatever I get, but the ads that cover the screen need to stop.
Ads cover board
I keep losing points because during my turn an ad banner (usually at the top or bottom out of the way) will suddenly be huge and cover over half of my board so I cannot see any of the spaces and it lasts my whole turn and the time runs out. It’s unfair and there’s no way to move the ad or exit it. I’ve taken screenshots for proof but don’t know where to submit.
Nice game but …
The idea of this game is great but you play one letter you get an ad, your opponent plays one letter you get an ad. It’s just ridiculous and the ads aren’t extremely brief. It just takes too long to play a game now. Deleted app!
Ads Taking Over Screen
Lately this game has been so hard to play. You only get 60 seconds to play a turn, and twice during those 60 seconds, an ad takes over most of your screen so you can’t see most of the board. I used to really enjoy playing this game, but they’ve made it impossible so unless it is fixed soon, I will be deleting.
Ads Covering the Game!!
I’ve been enjoying this game for a while now. But recently ads have started popping up during the game COVERING THE GAME BOARD!!!!! I’m fine with ads in between plays and stuff. And I’ve never had any glitching problems with ads really. But when you have a timed turn and an ad pops up and COVERS THE GAME BOARD it’s impossible to play!!!

I LOVE this game however there are SO MANY ADS. Not only that but some of the ads block the entire screen while in the middle of your timed turns and you can’t close them out. Honestly if I wasn’t being paid to play this game I would have uninstalled it for the pop up ads alone.
Add making a great game bad
This game is a lot of fun. Love the mix of a crossword and scrabble. However, the amount of ads and the length of them is insane. I love this game and I hate that it makes it hard to enjoy because after every turn you get a 90 second plus ad. Huge bummer!

Overall I like the game. It’s fun and challenge to play. But getting a 2minute add after almost overturn is horrible!! Plus the ads are cringier than infomercials in the 90s.
I get needing to make money but at this point you shouldn’t need to charge $5 for the add fee version. The number of adds I watched just now should have more than covered for that.

So mad!
I signed in with my Apple ID. Went through the tutorial and played several games. Then, I saw a thing that told me I need to sign in with my Apple ID again. So I did and it created a whole new account for me and it’s wanting me to go through the tutorial all over again. Very frustrating and there’s no way to get all of my hard work back. I know it’s just a game, but I’m very upset over this!
