Update removed live events that includes Sudarshan Kriya follow up in Gurudev’s voice. The live events show up on the app but takes you to the subscription page or the page says “event to start” even though the designated time has started.
It’s important to drive commerce on the app, but let’s not go too far where core programs that were meant and communicated to be free go behind a paywall. Hoping this is corrected soon and free programs are available like in the past.

App malfunctions and locks you out
There’s an issue on the app that has been plugging me for four months. I’ve sent out seven emails describing and also attaching screen, recording videos of what I’m facing. I have purchased four years of annual membership and haven’t had access to the app in four months.
The technical support team is by far the poorest I’ve seen. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone, or have your issue resolved.
Someone please fix it, when I download the app it does not give me a choice of language, just blank screen when I hit done and go to the next screen to enter my details for login, the loading icon pops up and then goes away.
After this, I’m stuck in the enter credentials screen and nothing happens. Please someone help me.

This is not THE Art of living app. The real one is a better app called The Art of Living Journey
Can’t create account
I am trying to register and it won’t let me create an account. When I try google, it won’t let me change the country code from India to the us to send the OTP code to my phone.

App subscription not working
I have been charged for the subscription, but my account does not show that I have an active subscription even after a few days. Apple support said to contact the app developer, but the developer website is also down.
Subscription plans are not working
I’m have tried paying the subscription money 15 times now. I have tried all the options. It keeps getting frozen. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it multiple times. The subscription plans are not working. I have been using the app for a year now. But I am not able to renew it now! The app itself doesn’t resume videos/audio at the point where it was stopped. If the audio is paused for more than 5 minutes, it shuts the player off. However, the wisdom itself is invaluable.

The app is broken
The app won’t let me create an account or login
Unable to update and register my account
The app prompts to update the app in order to register a new account even though the app is already up to date.

My god app is horrible
Truly sorry to have to write this. But absolutely terrible user experience. Says I logged into another device. So I logged out of the other device, closed the app and still cannot login to my primary device. There is something called testing. You should look it up. I will update review once the Art of Living becomes half usable. If not for the content, which is all GuruDev, would definitely not give this app a second’s thought. Fix it if you care.
