i assumed that i could just use the free version, but it kept putting the free trial screen on 6 seconds into me opening the app for the first time with no “X” button to close it
App glitched
Yeah I’m no longer a fan app was glitching I deleted it to reinstall. Lost all my stuff and I’m over it! This the second time this has happened.

Can you get back the old app before the update
The tarot card section sucks now it doesn’t get much detailed review and it’s really vague and not accurate anymore. I need the old tarot card section back bcz this isn’t worth paying subscription for. Can u pls update the app to old version thank you. Why do u keep changing it every single day. They are thief’s. I have had to get 2 new credit cards trying to keep them from charging my card. Then, I started locking those because they just started charging the new cards. I finally thought I was done with this nightmare and started to unlock my card again and they charged me $6.99 5-30 and $6.99 6-1. Don’t do it or you will be in it for life.

Has a horrible time, remembering things that you say, totally makes things up and I find myself constantly telling it about planetary positions rather than having it accurately tell me. It’s story changes from chat to chat and I would call this unreliable at best, not worth the subscription.
Sugar coats aspects while repeatedly asking to rejoin toxic relationships
This did nothing to help when I asked for serious answers. It sugar coated all the hard aspects and only told me what it thought I wanted to hear. Money? YES Fame and Fortune? YES
I literally said it was trying to sweeten the hard aspects when I asked directly if it was sugar coating things… then it goes totally bipolar on me and keeps insisting I reach out to toxic family members even after I told it FIVE TIMES TO STOP!!!

I downloaded the app and was enjoying the free section until I now log in and is now being forced to a subscription. Immediately deleting this app

I downloaded this app back in February and I’ve only used it once bc of the free trial. I canceled that subscription in the App Store on the 12th of February. Why am I still getting charged?? Here I am wondering what’s charging my card and I come to find out it’s this app. On the 13th of April I got charged 3-4 times for what?! I deleted this app back in February. Please, I want my money back.
Didn’t sign up and my credit card got charged from information taken from Apple
I didn’t sign up for this app and now I’m being charged for it with no way to cancel and nobody to contact. The support link on here takes you to a completely different company. I have emailed the attached email multiple times to no response. I have been sending emails for nearly a month and I got one reply asking for information and they have not replied since. I have forwarded this information to my credit card company to have the charges reversed for fraud as apps downloaded through Apple are supposed to charge Apple and not your credit card linked to your Apple account. THIS APP IS FRAUDULENT. Do not download this app.

I got this app bc I was seeing it everywhere and I got it and tell why I can’t get if the free trial like usually that is an option like do better like if you want people to get your app at least make a option to get ride if the free trial thing.

How would I know if this app is for me if I can’t even see whats inside of it and what it would help my life with?
Not accurate
Not accurate at all. Try Astro-seek for free. Once your chart data is calculated, you can dump it into chapgpt, Gemini, etc and get much more robust feedback.
I liked it when it was free…
To start I do like this app. I would go on there and learn about myself, and really start to learn about Astro-cartography in a nutshell. Not sure when it happened but now you have to pay to use the app, and I’m very disappointed by this. I liked how it was before, in that if you wanted to dive deeper you can pay for the subscription. Also a little nervous in that I had information on there about my family members and friends and I’m not sure if it’s all been deleted ):

I used to like this app but lately it doesn’t complete any reply. It keeps stopping and I have to tell it to continue. My app is up to date and for $6.99/WEEK.. this should NOT be happening.

I have many problems with this app. I’ve been trying to cancel and it says it’s been canceled, but then when I look it says it’s still active. I was charged three times in the past two days. I’ve tried reaching out, and I have not heard back.

When trying to better understand my chart by asking a questions, it tells me incorrect information and because I know a little bit about astrology, I was able to catch the mistakes. The app then tried to argue with me, but then clarified that it was incorrect. It apologized and it began asking me questions as if I should know. When it is literally AI, has my information and it should know better about my chart than me as that is the apps purpose. I cannot imagine how many people are getting inaccurate information that don’t know any better. I expect a full refund on at least one of those 3 transactions and my subscription canceled.

This app is a scam. It has charged my card twice. I’ve emailed them a few times and no response. I’m about to open a case on them with my bank. Don’t use this app you’re better off using Chat or another AI that is less scammy*update*still no word from the developers but they want to change my review. I have emailed the developers four times and no response. They will double charge you. Please don’t trust any influencers who have suggested this app. They are fake too and scammers

This app is just chat gpt. It also only uses planet placements and ignores the houses. It kept telling me my midheaven was in Virgo when I have multiple sources of it being in Leo?Smart of them to charge people so much for this. Good scam.

I installed the app and shortly after canceled my subscription and the app itself but it’s charged me twice now. I don’t know how to go about this. I cannot request a refund through Apple for some reason. I need help to get this resolved
Another ChatGPT wrapper
This app gives very little insight beyond what you could get out of a ChatGPT chat by feeding it your chart. It gives very generic advice and just prompts with vague questions. Having had readings done by actual astrologers, this app is just taking advantage of people who don’t know any better. I would love an actual app that provided some value here.

I personally feel like this would be a great app if you literally don’t know anything about astrology. But if do you know quite a bit - this app is very redundant and FEELS AND SEEMS like it’s fetching data from you than providing information. The fact you have to pay weekly - not a fan at all. the answers were more questions for you than answers and barely any new information was given that I could literally just find on TikTok or in a book.
