Has so many errors that don't get corrected
Today says the new moon is in Aries and is exact at 3:30 pm. Except the new moon was exact yesterday at 9:26 pm and it's a new moon in Pisces. Last month during the Aquarius eclipse and new moon in Aquarius the app said it was a new moon in Pisces. The AI portion is always innacurate. Why pay for an app that the developers don't make sure is accurate?

When you try the free trial, it says that it’s simple to cancel if you don’t want to pay the 70 bucks. Anyway, it is next to impossible to cancel, I tried. The instructions were unclear. But the app won’t make money if it’s easy I guess. I sent an email to their “ customer service “, which basically means I sent an email off into the void. I really should have known better. So I’m $70 poorer right now and I have an app that I really won’t use. It’s not any better or worse than other astrology apps.

It crashed as soon as I plugged in my info. I did everything you’re supposed to do to make sure it works properly, and I still get a grey screen…..

Constant Upsell Prompt
The value/ usefulness of the app is there but the upsell prompt EVERY SINGLE TIME you open the app, which blocks your ability to a access your daily astrology info, is out of control. And yes I have a paid subscription. Not renewing…
BEWARE of NO REFUND!!!!
I was out of the country and intended to cancel before the free trial ended, but I missed it by accident. The app is okay, but I personally prefer The Pattern and never would’ve purchased this subscription intentionally.
As soon as I saw the $100 charge (the same day), I requested a refund - and it was denied.
That’s incredibly frustrating, and honestly feels like being forced into a purchase rather than earning a paying customer. This kind of customer service is a terrible long-term business move.
If you’re considering trying it, be careful - because if you miss the cancellation window, don’t expect any support or flexibility.

my friend and I who are different signs and we compared our results and it’s verbatim the same exact things. Shame on this company. Report them.
Overpriced
$99 per year for basic information that you can get for free from other apps, then they want to charge you for everything within the app (pick your cards, then pay more for the meaning. $99 is just for access to the app, and actually using it costs per feature). Might as well just look at your horoscope in the paper.

Can’t even send an email
I noticed a charge of 1.00 on my bank statement. I did not purchase this and would like a refund. Bank statement said charge was for June 14. I have had my granddaughter here all week so I don’t know if she accidentally purchased something or if this is just a mistake.
Wrong
Wrong Moon placement. The Moon transited an hour before I was born, but this app can’t handle fast transitions or historic DST correctly, so it gives wrong info. If it can’t get basic chart data right, I’m not using it. Pass.
Charges after canceling free 7 day trial
I really don’t like this app it’s not that helpful and after canceling it still charged me 9.99 beware!!
You want popups?
I’m not paying for astrology. I’m sure as heck not gonna use an app that pops up requests for you to spend money every time you scroll or go to a different screen. I would give 0 stars if I could, it’s just another gimmicky app trying to steal your money.
No Free Trial
I signed up for my account and went ahead with the free trial. Immediately after signing up for it, I got a notification from my bank that I was charged $15.98, while I was still on the screen to sign up for the “free trial”
SCAM
Changed me immediately despite offering a one week free trial. There are better apps that don’t bait and switch like this. AVOID.
It’s Unfortunate
I was under the impression I could cancel my subscription after my (forced) one week trial. I have made three attempts to do this, to no avail. They continue to try billing my account, despite making it clear I don’t want to continue with premium or whatever they’re calling it. I have heard nothing back from them on the matter. Very unprofessional, and dishonest. Lucky for me I do not have the funds in my account for them to steal, or this would be a much more colorful review. Just be careful, that’s all I’m saying.
My Purchased Subscription
I paid for a one year subscription but every time I open the app the purchases needs to be manually restored. This makes the AI feature useless.
Bugs in app
The charting here leans on the whole house system-a method often embraced by those dissatisfied with their Placidius charts. It’s an ancient approach, rooted in astrology’s early days, long before atomic clocks and precise measurements entered the picture. You are given the option to switch system; however, the generated reports stick to this whole house framework. Until they address that, take what this app gives you with a healthy dose of skepticism.

Don’t use it
Don’t use this app…use professional Astrology app instead. It generates inaccurate BC and I was immediately disappointed. It wasn’t WS or Placidus issue. transit calendar looks cool though
Pricey paywalls for everything
Don’t even bother downloading this app unless you want to be shelling out quite a bit of money for every tiny little bit of information. There are way better astrology apps out there that don’t require fee after fee for the basic features this app says it’s going to provide. Bait and switch! Seems like bad karma to me…
Incorrect rising sign
I was curious about this app from the TikTok videos so I decided to give it a go. To my surprise the app listed my rising sign incorrectly. I double checked the app’s birth data multiple times and still got the wrong rising. I thought that maybe I’ve had my rising sign wrong all these years so I decided to comb through multiple popular websites and can confirm my rising is the same across all of them. Except this app.
Not free
Graphics are cool and they make it easier to learn about astrology but nothing is free. You have to pay for everything. Also, a little confusing at times.

you can’t compare any other astrological sites to what this app would say without paying $14. on top of that, you can’t change the light theme and get rid of that stark white, ugly bright background.
birth chart
could be better, doesn’t have a way to confirm the email address on file and when you get the birth chart, there’s nothing on the app showing it’s in progress or that you even requested it. it will show something in the progress bar but then it disappears. could have a better system that lets you keep track of that
Problems with the interface
This is the third time I reach out to them because the chart doesn't load even though I have great quality internet. No fixed, so I’m cancelling it.
Not accurate
Astro Bella says my rising is Capricorn when it is actually Aquarius! If the rising is not right then a lot of the information will not be accurate either!! Grrrrr! Frustrating
Wrong Rising Sign
I’ve been keeping this app hoping maybe I’ve been wrong or I will be able to tweak it so my correct rising sign comes up, but I’m consistently the same rising across all other platforms and I haven’t been able to fb mage that on this platform.
House positions
I’ve used Koch system for 30 yrs. Results fm available houses in this app will not align with my already lived experiences verifying the accuracy of Koch. Reports here will be skewed. 😢
where are my credits going?
i made a purchase on January 21,2025. in the amount of $6.39 for the 350 credit package. And today I have 15 credits. I did not use this many credits. where did they go? I also read that some day in february, you guys provide more credits to the account holders. therefore I should have more than 15 credits on my account.

Have to pay to use literally any feature might as well make us pay before downloading and it’s not even worth the price because you can literally search all this up on Google in 5 seconds free of charge
