Would be nice if you make these changes and I will come back and change my ratings.

Waste of time 0% reliable
AstroSage AI is completely unreliable. The predictions are 0% accurate - not even close. It fails to recognize anything about the past despite being advertised as capable, and its so‑called future forecasts are nothing more than recycled versions of whatever you write in your question. Sometimes it picks up on personal stories you’ve shared earlier and spins them into a narrative that sounds logical, but when the actual day arrives, you realize it was just playing with your emotions. Honestly, this feels misleading and manipulative rather than insightful. These comments are based on continuous 6 months of usage of this app. Very disappointing

I’m sharing this as genuine customer feedback about Astro AI. The app appears to charge nearly 20 cents per prompt while many responses feel speculative or loosely generated through Claude AI rather than delivering concrete, reliable insights. If customers are paying premium pricing, they expect transparency, accuracy, and real value - not generic or uncertain answers. Please improve the quality and consistency of responses and be more transparent about how the AI works and what users are actually paying for.
Old chat history bug
The app has a bug with viewing old chat history. Many chat messages are lost and not visible.

This used to be my go to app to look at my vedic chart but with the new AI that has been implemented, my chart is completely different now and it’s super inaccurate. AI at the moment is very unreliable when it comes to astrology and the app should’ve kept using the software that was being used before. This app completely unusable now, don’t even bother downloading until either the AI is gone or until AI becomes a reliable source for astrological calculations. All in all, I’m very disappointed that the app took this route and ruined a great product.
Clunky. Pop up. Expensive!
It’s very clunky. Login is not easy. Get a lot of popups the moment you open the app.
And it’s expensive! You can find a lot of this stuff for free if you try. Monthly fee they are charging ridiculous.

Activation
I have been trying to download and set up this app all week. I never got the email or text to activate it in my end. It’s so disappointing!

Despite declining camera access permissions, my camera was accessed and put on video call without my consent - an absolutely unacceptable thing given I was not dressed. Do NOT use this app. (There are also chart inaccuracies and constant pop ups.)

App drains battery
App is always on in the background even when you shut the app had to delete it so my phone would stop dying on me. Major red flag why does it need to run 24/7

From good to bad to spam
This was a good app once but now it has turned into a spam. You are forced to switch on video and talk to a person(astrologer) may not be a credible person. You open the app for a daily horoscope and end up forcefully talking to someone on video call.

Stay away from Acharya Nisha. This woman has ruined my whole life. Have all fake unconfirmed predictions and put my life on hold for longtime saying a soulmate will come I spent so much money on her reading then lastly she said this is not a confirmed prediction then asked me to wait longer for him.. I wasted a longtime Ugg’s I hate her

Stay away from this astrologer. She changes her predictions about you every other day and gives false hopes. I am very unhappy with her. I don’t find her qualified at all.
Grossly Inaccurate Gems Report
I’m not sure if the goal here is to scare people half to death to push them to buy a bunch of gems they don’t need, or if it is just gross incompetence. In short, no one should Ever recommend red coral to a Scorpio rising. Ever! This gross error alone makes me question everything I have read. No wonder I meet so many depressed Indians. What’s sad is an experienced astrologer uses this app. Personality, I think it’s a push for sales. You almost got me.

Their predictions and remedies and fake. Some of them ask you do certain japa and ask huge amount for it. They are fake and so do their predictions.

New update hacks your phone
I have updated AstroSage application, and I am having a problem when I open any previous kundali. After few seconds opening previous kundali pop-up screen, come and force you to call Astrologer. If you don’t want to call Astrologer, your screen is lock and you cannot do anything. This is the worst update, which hack your cell phone. Don’t even try to install this software on your cell phone unless you want your phone to be hacked.

The random astrologers that pop up when you try to read you horoscope on the app is jarring and so annoying. The app is a good idea but it is poorly executed. There needs to be a new lay out.
Can’t open Kundlis
Unable to see Kundli as it did not generate and kept showing loading. So unable to review anything.
What happened?
Why are the astrologers generating wrong reports? My Kundli is accurate on the app however when I speak to an astrologer they are generating a completely different chart. It has recently happened, this wasn’t an issue before. I tried reaching out to app support but no one responded. The astrologers are not good and the tarot readers are not helpful. Personally I will use it to generate charts but never to speak to the astrologers they have- it’s a disappointment.
