They try to get in touch with you and say, angel are the spirit tell them to tell you this is gonna happen so you can buy more session which is not true all fake don’t download and they always say come get a reading. Come get a reading. Jilian is fake she tell you what you wanna hear and I think that she is AI cause she always online a real persons would need to rest. I don’t believe in psychic anymore.
Disappointing impression
Everything they said in the first few minutes was completely off. I've been stressing about finding a new job and it tells me I've had someone on my mind a lot lately. Nope. It tells me my boyfriend has been thinking a lot about me (huh?) even though he just landed an amazing job and finally left a job he hated for so long. Nothing to do with me. Then it tells me if I pay more it will tell me how I will meet the person I'm going to be with... I've been in the happiest relationship I could ever hope for. What a dumb thing to say try to bamboozle me into paying for more. No thanks lady, I'll pass on the sabotage bait.

This app is Ai fake give you false hopes just talk to you makes you feel like you heard but definitely not real at all I spent so much on this app for no reason
I left the same review on the Lumus app because they are the same company just using a different nam
I knew this was a scam. I downloaded Astrotalk before this one and it did the exact same thing is app did send same picture, asked the exact same questions that I could not respond to, gave the exact information they claimed the cards were telling them. Sent the exact same voice text. I even asked random questions to see if it was real. They didn’t even respond to it. ( I said I was a bearded Unicorn Dragon Slayer). Then after the 2 minutes were up. Asked me for money to find out what they are seeing in the cards that they rarely see. This is a scam. You’re trying to scam people out of their money using AI and using two different names for your apps and it’s the same thing. You should be ashamed, ASHAMED!!!!
Avoid Astrotalk - complete waste of money
I tried multiple astrologers, but most were incompetent. You have to pilot/test several just to find anyone decent, and even then it’s hard to identify the good ones. The advice was often vague or wrong, and I had to correct and guide them repeatedly to make any sense of it.
Most importantly, they show you have a balance (like $46) but as soon as you connect with an astrologer, it suddenly shows low balance. Where did the money go? This feels like a classic scam tactic on top of everything else.
One of the astrologer was quite good. That’s saving grace but money goes out so fast.
Don’t waste your time or hard-earned money on these scammers. Strongly not recommended.

Very disappointing experience. I was already paying around ₹5,000 for a call, but a chat session was also started without my clear consent. The chat continued even after I closed the app, leading to approximately ₹9,000 in unexpected charges. Billing practices should be much more transparent. I would not recommend this app based on my experience.

This app basically overcharges you it’s not worth the money only because say I had $10 why you’re typing your question the timer counts down and while you’re waiting for them to respond, which sometimes it’s like two minutes the timer is still going down so you’re being charged just why they’re typing I think that they should charge you by the text instead of how long you’re on here just because sometimes it takes longer for people to respond and the time still goes down

I talked to first astrologer ,they satrted charging one by one. I paid as i wanted to talk to her and i paid 30 dollars.Then they started "Pay later " thing. Where they said you can talk in 1 dollar.But when i started 2nd session late night it did not show me nothing like that.After i figured out they saved my card and kept cahrging it on and on without letting me know through the notification. There nothing like notification where i can se that i am getting charged.They billed 297 dollars in 1 hrs aprx.😵I was so stunned with this ,i couldn’t think what i should do!!!.They are literally scamming people after saving the card and not notifying us!! Also when i told them about the situation they told me they will think about the astrologer first.but what about the policy? Why you guys built a system where you scam people by cahrging the customers autometically? I want the full refund in my card ,however you are thinking to scam us ,make a good software first where the customers can better know the policy and ask them every time if you can charge them or not.Thats really hurtfull and i struggler like me who is batteling with the issues and came to you : you guys are scamming them for nothing!!!

The responses seemed very automated sort of like chat GPT.

These people are taking five minutes to answer a question that only should take less than 30 seconds no way it cost $1.40 something a minute so they are taking a long time just so they can charge you an arm and a leg. This isn’t right. I hope you do what’s right and you refund me my money back.

Platform runs a scam to get your money spent by prolonging the call
Platform has some good astrologers, but astrotalk is giving astrologers view of customers account info like from which country they are calling, how much balance they have in their account. And astrologers use these information to give predictions and prolong the call by unnecessarily talking something to use all your money. Its a scam. They must not share call, caller place and amount in account info to astrolgers. During call if someone share their location with astrologers should be fine
