I was hopeful at first until they took a while to text back while burning my moneytime, not only that I asked them if I had any kids and they said I had no kids but I have two lol This app is fake. But don’t get me wrong theyre good guessers.

The reading was with a male who was top rated, I asked my questions replies were delayed it was clear he was eating up the time. He then started skipping around during the reading and questions would go unanswered or there would be lapses in time and I had to say ‘Hello’ several times throughout the reading. It is clear that it is a bot responding and not a human. Put in a complaint and the Customer Service rep spoke after I said ‘hello’ 3-4 mins while being in the chat and I was sending msgs. It’s clear that’s a bot too!! Save yourself time and money and use something else!

This is completely hilarious. It asks what your question is acting like it’s a real person and not totally AI… So I go ahead and ask a question about career… Then it comes back with a sense that you are at a crossroads with your career… And then it says pay now to subscribe… it’s not even super entertaining. They really need to work on how the robot communicates because it could be a lot cooler. The responses had nothing to do with anything.

Trickery to take your money
Used the app in February and had a good experience. Unbeknownst to me my last chat session ended up with a negative balance. Now it’s April and I go into the app and there’s no notice of this balance and only encouragement to recharge the wallet. I add $10 which of course comes out immediately but my wallet only says .88
I refreshed and could not see anywhere to explain where else my $10 could have gone and only after I contacted support was I informed I had this balance that got settled when I thought I was recharged. Seems predatory to me. I’m deleting the app.

I downloaded the app again to see if it has changed and it still sucks. The free chat makes me not want to pay for it. I asked a question and it wasn’t asked. She did mention other things that were accurate but I wanted my question answered not give me information I didn’t ask for.

I get a message from Astrotalk saying “***** is thinking about reconnecting with you. Get psychic clarity on FREE chat!” And when I reach out they don’t even have a clue what I am talking about.
Taking too long with responses
The responses were valid but it seems like it was talking a very long time for them to answer when it was so quick during my free trial time.. I didn’t like the experience at all and would like my money back

No different than the rest. Stupid to get the app so that you can have a free reading. I don’t think it was two minutes. Not enough to get to know me or give any sort of accurate reading and then the little tidbit of information was absolutely off.. I just wanna say it’s no different than most the others. I wonder if it’s real readings or generated. Disappointing
