Steals Money
I had a small balance of $40 which I paid. After my account was paid, Atlas proceeded to take over $100 without authorization from my account. Please be aware this company steals from honest customers

I downloaded to see what it was all about foreal I never activated my account and never made a purchase I never even agreed to a membership but here today I get a charge to bank for $5.05 that I never agreed upon which isn’t even a close payment option and the app is all of a sudden saying I have a membership balance of $17 which I never agreed on a membership my account has still yet to be active since I’ve had it so you guys are stealing from people now? I didn’t authorize any payment.
Disappointed
This app is horrible!! You cannot get a human on the phone. I cannot unlink my account at the bank I’m trying to close due to this app. I believe ATLAS app is FRAUD! Don’t ever sign up!!!!

If I could give it a zero I would. They take money from your bank account without your permission with no understanding of budgets you may have. They are an AI driven operation that claims to help your credit score but is a major rip off. Do not use this app.

They keep taking money from my account to make payments on a balance that isn’t even there to begin with because I haven’t even received a card or let alone used one I asked the chat bot for a number to talk to someone and they said they didn’t have one and after I said I wanted to cancel and receive a refund for all the money they have taken from my account I have not received a message let alone a response back from them these people will scam you do not use them
Lied about their $1000 promotion
They promised $1000 for payments to the card then completely wipe the bonus from your side and you can no longer see it

it’s funny how the ad says if you don’t get approved they’ll still send you 50 dollars. that’s a whole lie. im so sick of these apps saying they’ll help but YOU have to pay them to get paid. nah this app sucks

I got accepted but during the verification process I keep getting an unexpected error and can’t continue.
$20 credit card and non stop messages
I mean it’s great they gave me a little $20 credit card. Not sure what the heck I can do with that but my goodness their messages are nonstop all day long. I get at least 10 messages a day from these people.
