Scammer - Don’t Use
Purchased the app in 2019 which included lifetime use. In 2025 they refused to honor their contract and want to charge to use the app even though I sent them a copy of my receipt.

I purchased a subscription years ago. I contacted developer today and he denied they sold subscriptions. I sent him a screenshot of my purchase receipt showing I did indeed pay for an unlimited life long subscription showing the app name and icon. They still insist they never sold these! Now I see I have one credit for a bid and after that I have to purchase them to make bids. Clearly dishonest, do not trust them with your money.
“Lifetime” subscription cancelled
I purchased a lifetime subscription back in the day. Now the app is telling me to purchase more credits. I sent an email, but the developer denied that I made the purchase. Instead, they provided me with free credits, which have disappeared.

Stopped working. Can no longer log in via the app. I get a “network request failed” error. Not sure what is going on but would like a refund on snipe purchases please!

No more unlimited bid. I paid for this app and used to get unlimited bid, but it looks like the new version requires in-app purchase.. Do not upate if you PAID for the app!

What you should do is honor the fact that those that bought this years ago and let us use app with no extra charge. Instead now buy every bid. Horrible business practice. I reached out several times and never a reply.

This was once a good app for winning bids
Something has happened to this app. I keep losing bids like my bid is going in too early and the winner is able to bid just above mine and win. I’ve contacted support multiple times and their response is that my bids go in at 5 seconds. I don’t believe that and why can’t I see that on EBay, my bid time doesn't show that. Why can’t we adjust when our bids go in. I’ve already paid them for bids in advance. This app now is a waste of my time.
Changed pricing; not happy
I’ve used this app daily for 5+ years, I paid 4.99 for it originally and have placed literally thousands of snipes. Today I went to set my daily snipes, only to be told I’m “out of credits” and I need to purchase them now. That wasn’t part of the original T&C, and while I may grudgingly pay; I’ll be trying other competitors now.

I bought this app when it first came out for the apple products. It was 4.99 for the app. Well when buying it you was suppose to receive lifetime use of the app. Then the developers decided to change it and make it to where you have to pay for sneak bids on eBay. I don’t think that is fair for people that bought the app. Also yes they are like we give you 500 credits to use. I am like no that isn’t even right. What if I decide to use it or run out. Then will you send me more. No one time thing. I am going to be filing a complaint. And I hope no one else ever buys from these developers

Tech support is a STALKER BEWARE
I have lost multiple items even though I was the highest bidder. I contacted Tech support and got a STALKER. He not only couldn’t help me but, He has emailed me 14 times after I told him not to write me back. My problem is the app keeps disconnecting from Ebay and I asked what could be causing this, it’s happened over the last couple of years. He said that it’s not possible. I sent him a screenshot of the last time it happened in May and he said that has nothing to do with this, That was back in May. That’s when i said don’t reply to me anymore. 14 emails later do yourself a favor and Stay Away!

PayPal hacked after using
I have used this app a few times over last few years with success. Today I used it and won the auction. HOWEVER, the paypal account I have linked to my eBay was hacked and 4 fraudulent charges were made. I am sure it was tied to this app bc I had not “checked out” & paid for the item I won & I also haven’t logged into my paypal in about 6 months. Now I have to get a new debit card & go through that hassle.
Currently does not work
Would be a great app if it still worked, was solid for 3 years then complete stopped letting me sign in. All accounts (including brand new ones) will state 'invalid credentials' when trying to log in making this app useless.

Sold me unlimited use. Now asking to pay per bid. There is plenty unlimited options.
Don’t pay for it
So I’ve won one or two auctions using this app and I’ve lost a couple of items that I should have won, but maybe my cell had bad reception at that moment. However now it won’t even log in saying I have an incorrect password. The password I’m using is saved by my phone and is used (successfully) to log in by my eBay app. Wish I hadn’t paid for this.
Don’t change your Ebay password
If you change your eBay password you will no longer be able to log into this app. It will not recognize your new password, it will only recognize your old one even though eBay does not recognize the old one making the app useless. The developers have been told about this and they do not have any useful solutions other than creating a new eBay account. I’ve been using the same eBay account for 18 years and I do not plan on starting a new one just for this.

I purchased this thinking it I had unlimited bids.... I was wrong! They only give you Ten bids for free the rest you have to pay for .... There are way better apps out there for Free.... Don't waste time or money!

I thought this was a private sniping app so attention is not placed on the eBay item. Not so. Just use eBay's "bidding on your behalf" and not pay for this app. So disappointed.

Used to work fine, now it says my user/pass is wrong. Same credentials work fine on the website and the ebay app.
Could not login on app
Could not get app to work. Kept getting "incorrect login /password". MyiBidder support did respond promptly, but said my eBay logon/user name did not exist. However, logon and password work on both official eBay app and website login using Chrome and Firefox. IPhone 6, iOS8.3.
This app is worthless
So I just lost my first snip with this app. My max bid was way higher than the winning bid. Everything was set correctly. This app is totally useless. Waste of 1.99!! Don't trust it!!

I paid $16 for this app a couple years ago. Currently it opens to a nearly white screen and when I import my bids it grabs nothing.
This was always a clunky interface but it worked great, now I’ve apparently lost all my money and since it was updated a week ago I guess it will probably never work on current iOS?

Used to work great
I have used this app for years. It used to work great, perfectly, flawlessly. Since they did some sort of upgrade and are now charging for higher snipes it’s not working well. I’m having difficulty importing my watchlist, and when it does import the list it includes items I’ve deleted. It gets stuck and won’t let me refresh my watchlist. When I can put in a snipe it still seems to work well but most the time I’m not able to access items to be able to set up a snipe. I see others have this problem as well and their concern was dismissed by the developer.
