Normally I would delete such an annoying app right away, but I decided to give this one a shot.. Nope, the free version doesn’t support files longer than 5 minutes and mine was 6. Oh well. To the trash it goes. There are plenty alternatives. Don’t be so pushy next time, sorry.

I purchased a 1 year pro account for $39.99 and it won’t get out of “base” account. Popup comes up for new comer for 29.99

Will steal your AppleID
There is a prompt in the app to provide your AppleID password. This is unnecessary because it can access your music library without it. Everytime the app starts it asked for the password to your AppleID. Prompts are a mix of English and Chinese. DO NOT TRUST THIS APP!

I just installed the app and have never used it. Why are you promoting me to review an app upon installation? Does your brain not work? Wouldn’t it be best to ask people who have used the app for reviews? Anyhow, enjoy your one star review from someone who has never used the app. The installation process was great.
It needs to be obvious
It needs to be obvious what additional costs are before you press purchase button! Selling a sample of your work isn’t fair. It should be all or nothing. It’s like buying a car but you’re renting the A/C for the summer.

I subscribed until Dec of 2026 and won't allow me to download. Still charging me to upload my songs. What happened to my $29+ subscription until Dec of 2025?
This app made my computer shut down and lose its data.
What a crazy app this is, it was processing my song then my computer shut down I heard it made an sound when shutting down once I went to lay in bed and when I woke up the next day I seen my computer wasn’t turning back on. Seriously strange right?

Can’t import songs from music services
Does not allow you to import songs from music services (iTunes, Spotify or Amazon Music), only let’s you use it in local files, which makes it absolutely useless.
In addition, they tell you you have a three day trial when you sign up but they make it almost impossible to cancel (you have to do so through iTunes) and then they do not reimburse you considering the three day trial. Big Chinese scam. Stay away.

There are better options than this
They constantly push ads and want you to upgrade. “Special offers” nonstop. Overly complicated user interface, extremely restrictive free version, and it just has an annoying pushy vibe to it. MOISES IS MUCH BETTER

All I can say there is no try in advance. It immediately wants you to pay upfront and you can cancel it anytime this should at least give you 48 to 72 hours. Before it wants to charge you anything.

This only works on non copy written songs. I couldn’t even get it to load the very few available songs I found.
Works great on demo mode! But you can’t use it to analyze current songs or anything that is copy write protected.

TWICE I have been charged $70 by this app while trying to sign up for a free trial that would end in a 29.99 “special deal” for a one-year subscription. I would like my money back. The app doesn’t even function as it should. It interprets chords wrong and the track separator does nothing but garble the songs. I’ve tried contacting them every way they offer but have received no response. I’m out $140 for an app that doesn’t even do what I bought it for!

I never used the app because it wouldn’t let me download any music onto it. It made me get a membership that I thought I would be able to cancel but I looked all over the app and website and found no way to. Stole my $40 for an app that doesn’t work.

Not for Jazz or advanced chords.
I decided to give it a shot and uploaded a short, high-quality video of a guitar class. The video showcases various jazz chords being played, allowing me to visually compare the app's detection capabilities. Unfortunately, the results were underwhelming. I hope the developers can improve the app, as I believe it has the potential to be incredibly useful for many musicians.

App is a joke. Don’t download it. Everything is locked down. It crashes when you use tracks you own. Doesn’t work. A waste of time. New phone. Software is up to date. Not user error.

Most frustrating issues and glitches. Too much time wasted to get into the app and then to download through all the steps. Always seems to be an issue signing in. Needs to be more streamlined such as face ID. All the steps to purchase then download music and then to upload it separately on audio jam website is a pain.
