Not bad
Every time I show my friend something on a screen it tells me I might be showing something inappropriate and when he is eating ice cream and he sticks it hid tongue to eat ice cream it tells me he might be showing something bad

While I take comfort in the security of the VPN, I wonder if using the data removal service is responsible for an explosion in the amount of spam now hitting my email.

I’ve been a paying customer for several years. All I see are data broker requests as “in-progress”. Save your money. They don’t do anything.

The cancellation is annoying as ever and it’s auto force renewal each year, so you can’t even turn that off without scheduling a call. Yes you heard me you have to schedule a call. Terrible customer service.
The vpn sucks as ever, talk about lagging and spikes if you turn it on and if you have it off it’s worse with aura installed. Before it was way faster but now it’s so slow.
Biggest scam honestly, they don’t do jack for you. Well they do, make you waste money and time. It’s a terrible and overrated service that doesn’t do what it’s intended.

Delayed results
I’m not entirely sure what the expectation is. Like I’m still receiving spam calls. I’m still receiving emails. I am seeing emails that are sent from myself so but they’re spam. I don’t know what the expectation is on the first or second month and hopefully I can find something that will tell me timelines of what to expect

Everything about this app and its promises are trash. Customer service is terrible…Features don’t work. All of these reviews must be fake. Just garbage.

I do not know why you have voicemail for identified calls going through this app. Also, why does it ring why it says “spam call”. That is what I want to avoid
Credit report not working
Over the past several months my credit score has not been available but the app claims my monthly update is available but it doesn’t show up.

This is probably the most useless app I’ve ever tried.
My daughter can turn it off whenever she wants. Then I have to get her phone to turn it back on. Does nothing except shut off internet which they can turn on if they want or turn off the entire app and VPN. I want my money back I have no clue how this company has high ratings, clearly bots are leaving reviews in their favor absolute garbage.

The endless failures of the application and the website properly validate the user is so secure that you can’t even get to your information!!!

Not Useful or Working
After following all instructions I still can’t get the app to work on my child’s cellphone
This app is a nightmare
Not only does it tank the child’s phone but it made my adult phone completely unusable, not even getting to mention that when the child turns 18 it deletes your access but keeps locks on the child’s phone essentially rendering the child’s phone a brick with no way to remove this nightmare. I wish I could go back in time and not use this at all.

Terrible!! So expensive
Signed up and my bank was charged $1700. Immediately got my bank account shut down due to fraud!!! Try to cancel on the app nope you have to call and sit on hold for them to do it over the phone. Unbelievable!! Telling someone it will be $100 for the coverage and then charging multiple $254 and $350 charges! Never signing up for some bs a youtuber promotes ever again
Voice mail issues
I want to get aura off my phone, but the calls keep going to aura and the only way to check them is to download the app again
Deceptive and Terrible Servicd
Beware - the 60 day refund policy must only apply in certain circumstances as Aura refused to provide me a refund after canceling the same day. Don’t expect to get any assistance with Aura’s customer service related to subscriptions, cancellations, or refunds.

I start this and now receiving new calls not sure how to correct this.???
Slow notifications
Credit notifications are instant, but daily notification set above the level takes 2 days to notify you. This should also be instant.

I’ve been using this product for about 3 months now. The VPN works every now and then. Keeps saying connection issues. Don’t know how much longer I’ll be using it if the problems persist.

My iPhone had gotten hacked and with my T-Mobile store and a factory reset my iPhone appears to be working fine. I lock my credit cards now after I use them and I I signed up with Aura to monitor all of my data, emails, credit cards, home title. Now nothing has really changed. I still get spam emails text, and phone calls, etc. after paying Aura over $400 I haven’t seen any real progress or benefits above the things I took care of myself. So don’t waste your money as I did.
Too difficult to navigate
I get an alert that an account needs to be relinked. I tap on the alert and it says mark as resolved. Why didn’t it take me directly to relinking the account? How do I do it? Absolutely no direction.
