Dreadful
Point Cook and Hoppers Crossing Post Offices need quality control. Imagine sending a parcel from Point Cook Australia Post to Moorabin- both in Melbourne- by Express Post and one week later the parcel has had ten different stops within Australia Post and still hasn’t been delivered. Worse, upon ringing Australia Post (30 minute wait), to be told that Australia Post at Point Cook had entered the wrong information and sent your parcel to you- except even then it doesn’t arrive. It is like flying Qantas.
Disappointment abounds
Downloaded the app thinking I could add instructions for leaving packages in a safe place … Nope! They give a handful or so of generic, completely not remotely applicable areas that you only have if you live in an actual house. So, disappointment abounds! Especially because the reason I even tried this was because I made a purchase that projected delivery on Tuesday, when I’d be working from home … then switched to Monday after completing & paying for the order. And that idiot company messed up the wrong part of the order. And now I have a package coming that requires a signature, thanks to the idiot company. And I cannot even give specific instructions for safe deliveries for my own situation. I am learning more and more that companies no longer give a flying hoot about making customers happy, let alone satisfied.
Incompetent
Bunch of dodgy and incompetent people have come together and called it Australia Post. So pathetic!

I can’t get through the sign up part without it locking up? Tried numerous times and it goes no further than entering my name and accepting conditions.help!!
Shipmate
I wouldn’t use shipmate ever. Avoid it. It costs a fortune. They didn’t consolidate my packages from the same retailer. There is limited tracking available. The estimated delivery times have blown out on 3 of my 5 packages. I would just get items sent direct from the us retailer. It will work out far cheaper.
Cant delete an address
There seems to be no way to delete an address linked to my account, I’ve tried swiping, long pressing, editing. There is no option to delete an address, huge oversight.
