Wie kann man aus so etwas einfachen nur eine Raketenwissenschaft machen, dass selbst ein Dipl.Inf. den wirren Müll nicht versteht? Warum ist der Herausgeber eine Governikus GmbH und nicht einfach der Bund, so dass man einen Scam vermuten muss. Warum muss ich jetzt zu einer Behörde vor Ort rennen weil der es nicht funktioniert und dort wieder einen ganzen Tag für verplanen, frühester Termin in ca. 3 Monaten. Viele Grüße an die Bürokraten in 4 zuständigen und gleichzeitig nicht zuständigen Ministerien von jeweils 16 Bundesländern die dachten sie könnten sowas Besser in der Umsetzung planen als dafür ausgebildete Fachleute. Und anschließend wird vermutlich die Notwendigkeit zu Verbesserungen als gering eingestuft weil ohnehin nur sehr wenige den EPerso nutzen.

Please make it available for Apple Silicon. Rosetta is not an adequate alternative.
Unsagbar schlecht
Die Ausweis App ist eine Schande für die Republik, anders kann man es gar nicht sagen. Obwohl ich mein Smartphone mit dem MacBook gekoppelt habe (laut OS App ist das auch passiert), kriege ich die zwei Geräte nicht dazu, miteinander zu reden. Ich bin technisch nicht ungeschlagen, habe sogar Rosetta installiert, obwohl das wirklich rückschrittlich ist, und es funktioniert immer noch nicht. Ich habe ehrlich keine Lust, alle Mails an die Familienkasse mit dem Handy zu schreiben. Aber anders geht es wohl nicht. In andern Ländern funktioniert die Digitalisierung wunderbar (siehe Schweden, Norwegen, Lettland, Litauen…) nur bei uns Deutschen klappt es gar nicht. Sehr frustrierend.

Ich bin so verwirrt. Ich habe meinen PIN und meinen PUK. Der ID lässt sich das erste Mal scannen, dann wird nach dem PIN gefragt (ich habe den PIN das erste Mal zu oft falsch eingegeben also fragt mich die App nach meinem PUK, diesen habe ich aber und dieser scheint richtig zu sein, da ich weiter geleitet werde und meinen ID noch ein weiteres Mal scannen soll.)
Beim zweiten Scan klappt es dann aber nicht mehr. Entweder es lädt ewig und kann die Karte nicht lesen. Es wird mir gesagt das NFC oder so ist zu schwach und die Verbindung wurde gebrochen. Es kommt ein Check, schickt mich dann aber nicht zum nächsten Schritt, sondern will dass ich den ganzen zweiten Schritt noch mal mache.

Absolutely awful
I have a German passport with the biometric chip but the app will not read it. The fact that the app also will not allow you to use other passports, such when one is a dual citizen of two countries, totally disqualifies this app. I had to go through a similar process with the UK, and the process was a breeze and their app was dream. Germany, you can do better.
Fehlkonstrukt
Diese App ist ein richtiges Fehlkonstrukt. Sie funktioniert einfach nicht. Die Verbindung zum Ausweis wird ständig unterbrochen. Dennoch braucht man die, um auf bestimmte Leistungen (Arbeitslosengeld etc.) Zugang zu haben. Wirklich tolles Service. Ich kann mir gar nicht vorstellen wie es ist, wenn man 80 ist und sowas verwenden muss. Es ist einfach verachtend und eine Riesenzeitverschwendung.

Whoever worked on this App? I can see how some established Software company won the deal because of old connections.

Zunächst war ich wirklich hoffnungsvoll, da sich die Anleitung sehr nachvollziehbar und sinnvoll liest.
Leider konnte ich meinen Ausweis nicht mit der Transport-PIN im Brief aktivieren. (Warum ist mir ein absolutes Rätsel, weil ich der Anleitung Schritt für Schritt gefolgt bin)

Complex, not intuitive
The App is difficult to setup after installation and they ate providing you with cryptic pdf manual

The new iPhones have been out for more than 6months and still doesn’t seem to be supported.

Fehler in App-Funktion
When I try to autorise it allows me to scan my Ausweis, but when it comes to send all scanned info from phone to the website it always fails. It shows me « Error code: Workflow_Preverification_error. Preverification failed »
I have followed for all stages that are listed on the official website of Bundesamt fur Justice (Germany) with 2 different phones and it showed all same errors, so the error is caused not by my side.
I have spend trying different ways and different algorithms to make this verification and get the reference that I need for 3 days and I am very disappointed in this application because it is THE ONLY WAY to get the reference certificate from Bundesamt fur Justice at the times of QUARRANTINE , when the physical access to their offices is restricted! I have no other way to get it other than this app.
I am looking forward for support and response, because all emails listed in app are not responding.

It never works! The connection is too weak!
The connection is soooo weak and it’s the app’s problem for sure. My other cards work just fine. Just not with this app.
Funktioniert nicht
die Verbindung wird permanent unterbrochen wenn man die Transport Pin aendern will. Man wuerde denken so eine simple App wuerde funktionieren aber da muessen die Programmierer noch viel lernen.
Ergaenzung: auch mit iPhone 11 Pro und Wochen spaeter funktioniert die Aenderung der Transport Pin nicht. Amateure!

Useless app
This app makes no sense because there are only a handful of use cases for it. Dear developers, imagine if we could save our ID cards to the Apple wallet. I know this is a difficult task but it should be possible if all authorities work together.
