O2 sensors
I ordered 2 O2 sensors for my 2009 mini one, but they aren’t the correct ones. The ones I received were for a volkswagen so I couldn’t use them.
App itself works, payment accepted immediately, shipping poor.
Ordered and paid for part on Saturday. Tuesday only info I could get was that it’s been picked up by delivery company. GLS is not the company to go with to improve business. Customers need the right part quick, fast and in a hurry. That’s how you get return business. Having to wait more than 3 days I can go to the local parts shop and wait just as long. 😡
Its not every country
wanted to use this app look good but doesnt do every country. they dont even do US, Japan, China… huge market miss
Scam
They offer a 10€ bon to invite one of your friends but that never happens. After contenting multiple times to this company vor phone email and chat, after deleting and reinstalling multiple accounts still my code doesn’t work and on phone they told me : we shouldn’t even offer you this money :) scammers are not only from India. Stay away

Slow Shipping
Excessively slow to ship items listed as in stock and ready to ship. If you need it in a reasonable amount of time look elsewhere. The minimal savings is lost in delays.

A good starting point for purchasing fair priced parts in europe. App was difficult to make payments on and the, prices are not the same as a computer browser. Be careful when using this app the vehicle identification number doesn't match the parts required. You may have to use the part number from the dealership to cross reference the individual parts.
Cheap parts, but they spend less money on customer services
Simple….. ordered some parts, ended up being for a different variant of my vehicle, sent them back, sends me an email stating it would take 7-15 days for the refund……… now it’s day 42 and nothing from them other than “check with your bank” as if I’d magically not notice my account being credited the money back. Beware: if you use this app, make sure you 100% order the right parts, had I seen reviews earlier stating its takes some people up to SEVEN MONTHS to see their money back, I wouldn’t have went with them.
Very hard if not impossible to change your personal data.

Need a section in the APP on Expert check of Parts
Right now, the customer doesn’t know whether or not the Expert Check of parts is complete.
AUTODOC informed me that if I don’t hear anything back by email or phone, then everything is good. Assuming is not a good way to do business.
A simple addition to the APP would solve this issue.

Availability
I did order an item showed as available and at the next day received an email saying that the item is not available.You guys should correct your system.I have no time dealing with all this .I’m using Revolut one time disposable cards,so if you have to return any money it’s not going to be possible.
New is not improved.
The old version allowed for better search when looking for different parts. The old version also offered more selection on the same parts.
Today example I was looking for fuel injection seals for a 2005 XC70 gas motor. This new app only offered on selection. This car has been around for a long time. I feel that there is more than one supplier for fuel injection seals.
Bottom line this new app does not allow the freedom of search across different suppliers for the same part
