If the world’s you would inevitably be playing in were not filled with some of the most toxic, cultish players who either coerce you into joining top alliances just to even reap the benefit of playing the game without being targeted (that you likely will also get kicked from for being inactive for 1 second, mind you), or systemically disenfranchise you by ensuring everytime you log in, your base has no resources to grow because you always get attacked, your resources taken, and your soldiers hurt. But hey, you have city shields!…which, cost resources to continue to get to protect yourself. If you ever log on and find your home base is randomly in another part of the map-congrats, that means you have been attacked so much that the game goes “wow you are being targeted! Let’s put you somewhere else so it doesn’t entirely look like you are being bullied!” And you can go on forums/reddits of this game, you will find similar narratives. I don’t even have to touch upon the pay to win element, which then only makes it that much harder to improve and strive towards greatness, when you can’t pay for security to do so. And then, get this-game mods/devs themselves are also in these worlds within these same top tier alliances reaping the benefits, ignoring unfair competition, and setting up events for themselves to gain resources-like events where you need to earn in game material to exchange for cool upgrades like fancy name plates, base skins, etc, but you can’t hope to earn as much if you can’t play and earn enough to do so; which objectively are pay to win, when they are not only cosmetic they give you stat boosts. Some of these events require you to also be PvP against other alliances. But, watch out for which ones you attack. Should I also mention how some of the top, strongest, alliances in your worlds will also band together to create a straight up Oligarchy-ruining the PvP aspect that does exist, because if you attack one alliance member because the game is built to fight eachother, suddenly you have the other top 5 alliances all banding together to show you why you never attack any of them? There is too much control that very strong alliances have on worlds, and it shapes new players experience because you evidently have to play to THEIR rules. But, some will say “you can switch worlds!”…. Ah, so start over after you poured hours of your life into building your character, and the only way to escape this regime against you, is to leave and start over?……….. a true tarnish on the Avatar legacy, are the players in this game.

Couldn’t even start the game because it kept saying update needed when there was no update for the game, it was just downloaded
Spent $1000+. Game still boring
My power level is currently +100M and been playing since last year. The most exciting part of the game is the beginning when everyone is ceasing towards the middle zone, clans forming/getting destroyed and clashing for power.
Once the map is completed, it became boring. The events are bland and is a money grab, no SVS or inter server conflict. Just repeating events one after another in an endless cycle…

Progress got deleted
Played the game for a little while and had to uninstall. When I went back to reinstall the game, it said there was game data for the account that was using. L game

If you know this series really well and you’re expecting something with some body to it, don’t bother. It’s just another colonize and battle map game. The story is horrible. They could have at least hired real writers for it. The graphics are meh. The options are minimal. It’s very barebones. Don’t waste your money.
Scam
This game is a complete scam. If they didn’t have the license to use the avatar show this game would’ve already flopped. The devs promise what’s to come and it never gets here. Server vs Server was promised a year ago and still no talk of it. They run the same events weekly which basically promotes you to spend hundreds of dollars to upgrade the basic needs. So many players have quit this game already, servers are very dry. Lastly server migration was suppose to take place in January look what month we are in now STILL NO MIGRATION LOL.
Just stick to Clash of clans.
All this game is just a copycat the clash of clans. I thought this was gonna be an adventure game. Got my hopes up over nothing.
Unethical Game
The game will just outright lie or do unethical calculations to force the player to use more potions/resources/etc. I get it’s the best way to get you to pay more money but that’s where I’m drawing the line. What a shame too because the Avatar brand / characters is what drew me to the game in the first place and the terrible money grab and unethical game mechanics destroyed it.
Buggy
Very little content and the game crashes almost everytime you play. At this moment the chat doesnt even work. 7 weeks into the game and this is the most mis managed game ive ever played. Hopefully they get better leadership. The game has become toxic.
Pay to play
Game could be good, could be great actually but EVERYTHING is pay to play in this game.
Be ready to drop over a thousand dollars into the game if you wanna be any bit competitive. Devs are greedy. Every hero that drops is a legendary so you have to put some kind of money into the game to even get them.

For the wealthy
I’ve played mini games similar to this before, and the only thing that’s truly kept me in this game as long as I have been in it is the community of people that I have met in my server however, that does not allow me to turn a blind eye to the poor development of this game. This game favors for players to pay and spend money and I’m not talking to $50 I’m talking about people who drop $400-$1000 a day on this game do a recent update they gave each leader of the opportunity to train a pet now this pet if you are a free to pay player if you got on every single day, you would not max your character out within a year‘s time it would probably take about 2 to 3 years constantly for those that are willing to spend a couple thousand dollars it will put the game at a disadvantage where one player can conquer an alliance of 100 people. I reached out to customer service and is going on day three about this issue and I have still heard no response. Do you do diligence before you download this game it does not favor free to play players. Instead, it favors those who are willing to spend money, I suggest finding a game that works better for collaboration, skill and strategy because who wants to play a game where money is a strategic advantage?
Disgusting terrible. Do not play
This game supports bigotry, racism, sexism and any other type of intolerance you can think of. They allowed racist slurs and other insult without punishment while randomly banning others that these pigs decide to report. If you’re smart you won’t bother with this game unless you love being insulted.

Saw this game on TikTok as I am into build your empire war games. Really cool concept as I like avatar so I downloaded it. All the reviews are positive literally. Do not listen to them. When you load into this game the graphics are awful, it looks like a five year old put the game together, buildings and all. The lag don’t even get me started on the lag. I didn’t even make it past the second quest

Would really like the devs to respond to how would i get my account back after waisting all that money the game was uninstalled by mistake n sense i never linked my account i lost all that money put into the game
Do better
This game is extremely expensive and greedy. Another pay to win game with minimal options for low spenders or free to play players to level up and grow. You need hero shards and badges to level up free heros but once a certain hero is maxed you are stuck with the left over inventory they come with and no exchange button to trade them for resources for your city, and that goes for all of the supplies as well.
On top of that, this game advertises their “Official Discord” for members to join to “keep up with the community” but has yet to filter the OVERWHELMING amount of spam messages from bots and hackers that attempt to steal your information on a 3rd party app.
If you do join the discord server- the game developers and moderators have special relationships with “VIP Players” who are allowed to act a fool yet will permanently ban normal players for speaking out against stuff the game developers have done that takes advantage of the remaining players. Here’s a perfect example: The game crashes, we get in-game rewards as a “sorry,” the game developers accidentally send the WRONG reward out and then take said rewards back OR take additional items FROM YOUR INVENTORY that you PAID MONEY FOR if you already used said rewards. Complain about it in the discord server and you get permanently banned and forced to shut up.
The earlier servers of this game are dying and have lost over 80% of the member activeness yet they are still releasing more hero’s and content to grab money out of your pockets without fixing problems players have been complaining and requesting about for months.

Game is ok, but devs suck
It’s sad, this game has potential, but the developers have no idea how to code and abuse their player base. In addition they love to just take things out of your inventory that you have saved up, so thats a whole lot of fun. I don’t think I have seen worse developers in a long time and I played SWGOH which is notorious for it. Do yourself a favor and don’t even download the game.
Glitches
Wanted the game to be good. It is full of glitches and freezes often, forcing you to close out the game. Going to put this on the back burner until it’s fixed.
Chat Banned for fart
Chat banned for 14 days for saying “it must be horrible to be a miserable fart”. It tried to censor fart but I figured other four letter words left to the imagination would be worse so I spelled out f a r t. Crazy censorship.
Super long tutorial with no opt out
Not a very useful one either. I’m 4 stages in and still cannot click on anything other than what the little tutorial arrow is pointing at. This game just plays itself and you click next through it all it seems

I enjoy A:RC, but recent decisions have damaged the player base’s trust with the Devs.
For starters, the game has ALWAYS been buggy, but the Vault / MgM event has been a buggy mess for its entirety. With this last vault being a complete and utter failure due to the buggy pets that were released. This event is the biggest draw for its player base and its poor state since inception is frankly pathetic. Each update breaks the game in one way or another and it’s clear the true beta testers are the player base who PAY to play an incomplete game. With this last vault rewards were mistakenly granted due to the unplayable state of the event and they have been taken back or reduced through future rewards, which does make spending feel risky.
The poorly implemented “pets” are not only buggy, but incredibly expensive. They do offer AMAZING buffs, but only after you “put a down payment on a luxury car” (roughly $20-25,000 USD). This makes the game have an even larger paywall than expected for those who originally invested a year + ago. Furthermore, this insane price just means your pet is useless in PvP unless you actually spend anything on it. This is ABSURD and the fact anything that is both literally and virtually this worthless should never come close to this price.
Their “solution” to the Purified Essence (PE) Debacle was handled especially unfair and tone deaf. Some players were able to spend their 2000 PE (I believe roughly $200-300 worth) and make their Hero’s gear much more powerful than the rest. Others followed the rules and missed out entirely. On top of this the devs TOOK BACK THE REWARDS (NEVER DO THIS) unfairly and unevenly! Those who spent their PE either had their reserves of PE taken back, or their reserves of splinters reduced in exchange. For reference, SPLINTERS ARE MUCH MORE PLENTIFUL AND PRACTICALLY WORTHLESS COMPARED! So some people got 2000 free essences while others had to give back what they saved. And then there’s the issue of those who spent and don’t have enough splinters or PE to refund the Devs/ Repo-men so they THREATENED to take your future rewards from events such as invasions and Temple Wars! This means for basically the next month or so people will be playing for no rewards / rewards they were mistakenly given. So the answer from the Devs to this issue was to unequally punish the user base for playing the game and using the items they were rewarded for a prior MAJOR BLUNDER. Finally, players who followed the rules were punished the most! People like me now are out 2000 PE and now are behind in arena. The issues from this go way beyond just who has PE and who doesn’t. There’s an uneven battlefield now and the time frame to level it is unclear and uncertain if possible.
I believe the only solution for this is a one time exchange for ALL PLAYERS at the rate of PE to splinters they used for those who were lucky enough to get that exchange.
As a result to all of this, excitement for events is declining rapidly and many players are hesitant to spend/ continue. The game does have strong potential, but it’s clear its pricing needs to be readjusted and LOWERED, there needs to be PROPER testing, and a clear commitment to NEVER RECLAIM GRANTED REWARDS.

Money pit
This game goes down hill by the week . They want you to spend money without investing back in the game . It seems as they only care about the money and not the consumer when many people seem to have problems with the same issues and they do not resolve the issues

Why must pets cost so much?? Why because the game glitches on one of the best events in the game you hand out rewards wrong and then take them back wrong. It get very laggy at times. I enjoy or did but the money hungry is crazy. Didn’t even give buffs back when you handed out wrong rewards

The dev team is horrible, the game of full of bugs and they don’t value their consumers. All they care about is the money u put into it. For anyone looking for a new game to play I do not recommend this. This game is nothing but a cash grab !
Game is Doomed
ARC Is run by a completely incompetent dev team that will take months to roll out changes to actively help the player base, however, will within hours revert one of their biggest blunders to date (which ironically was maybe the best thing they’ve done for the community).
If you want a competitive strategy game with people who have integrity behind it all, ARC is not for you. They will take every chance to make every possible resource in the game a humongous bottleneck, they will give you rewards to keep you interested in the game just to take them away a month into the game, and when they make errors, like game breaking bugs, they will not give a make good that makes this game worth your time.
If you have love for Avatar, I feel sorry that this game like others that use the IP, has once again failed you. You will have to wait for another game to come by to have a chance at having a game that does Avatar justice.
If you want a competitive strategy game with people who have integrity behind it all, ARC is not for you. They will take every chance to make every possible resource in the game a humongous bottleneck, they will give you rewards to keep you interested in the game just to take them away a month into the game, and when they make errors, like game breaking bugs, they will not give a make good that makes this game worth your time.
If you have love for Avatar, I feel sorry that this game like others that use the IP, has once again failed you. You will have to wait for another game to come by to have a chance at having a game that does Avatar justice.
Developmental Concerns
During a game event, the server crashed. Creating issues with troop movement, supplies, rallies, you name it. Complete standstill and frozen. I was extremely disappointed. After the event ended, I received a system email claiming that we were awarded due to the technical errors. However, not even 24 hours later those “rewards” sere purged and removed from our accounts. I have paid for packages the game offers for power ups and am now concerned with future investments in a game where players are treated in this way.
Greedy/cheap developers
Game is fun don’t get me wrong. But in the last few months, the developers are starting to show their true colors. Cash grabbing everywhere in the game. They will make a mistake and then blame the players for their incompetence and take back the rewards they gave out for their mistake. Just leave it! Don’t hype up events and when we make the effort to recruit and get our Alliances excited, the event turn ms out to be buggy and you punish us. Greedy greedy greedy.
Bad customer service, irresponsible
For how much u have to pay to progress, the players shouldn’t be punished for their irresponsibility. They should never release an event that they know isn’t ready, let the player suffer through the bug for an hour and then take away the compensation of all the time and effort they wasted on the game.
Bugs and Money Grabs
Devs would rather come up with new ways to get you to spend hundreds than fix the bugs or work on the simple features we’ve not only asked for months, but they’ve been promising for months. I haven’t spent on this game, but have watched many alliance members drop thousands only to be disappointed when it becomes pointless. The servers have massive stability issues and devs don’t even bother regression testing their existing events after introducing new features (which they admitted to in discord calls). They will take things from your inventory (that doesn’t typically have an expiration date for use) at a whim because they screwed something up even if the items they took were bought with real money from their shop. If you choose to play, don’t spend any actual money. Even us free to play folks are fed up with the devs’ nonsense.
Deceptive tactics, stealing from players.
It takes a lot to get me to come to the App Store to write a review but this game has taken the cake. It’s been apparent for a while that for the only way to be competitive in this game is to spend thousands of dollars. Fine, whatever lots of games are this way. But as time went on the events they pushed out were bugged to the point where 5 minutes in to an hour long event every map froze and remained unplayable for the full hour. This was for almost every server on the game. Then the devs gave us compensation for this embarrassment of an event. The compensation was actually pretty good! And we thought the devs were finally learning! Nope! The next day they said they made a mistake on the amount of compensation given and they were taking them back. Now here’s the kicker! If you used what they gave you then they stole other in game currency that you’ve earned that was “equal in value” to what was used 😂. Criminal devs, terrible repetitive game, don’t waste your time. It’s all one big cash grab focused on a nostalgic and beloved franchise. I’ve never seen a game get mass reported to the FTC until this one. Insane behavior from the developers. But hey, at least we finally got pets! That cost $3000 to make competitive 😂😂
Bad devs
Devs don’t seem like they know what they’re doing. Constantly promising content will be out “soon” for almost a year now. And now they messed up a compensation for a huge bug and making us pay for it. No longer spending money this game

The devs have shown a lack of care toward the time and money the community has put into the game.
The periodic PVP event many look forward to was a buggy unplayable mess. Seemingly no testing was done of new systems introduced and how they would interact with the event. Many of us spend a lot of time coordinating and communicating with our alliances to prepare. We set time aside in our lives to participate. To have it fail so spectacularly is mind boggling.
The dev team offered a sincere sounding apology and provided substantial compensation that helped ease tension!!!
…But it turns out that was a mistake in of itself. The team messed up the compensation giving us more than was intended. Criminally Mismanaged
I’ve been playing for about a year. I’ve looked past the steep pay-to-win aspects, as they’re a part of any mobile game. I’ve defended the developers and looked the other way at the game-breaking bugs. When their most popular event was literally unplayable last weekend, after players planned and spent real money to prepare, the devs sent out a generous apology gift - then admitted it was a mistake, went into our accounts, and TOOK IT BACK. If you’d already spent it, they took something else, or let you know they’ll be back to repo your materials once you earn more. Bad decision after bad decision.
That’s the final straw for me. I wish I could take back the money I’ve spent just as easily.

This game is filled with bugs and runs horribly. The developers built up anticipation for a server versus server event, the event didn’t work and the game didn’t function for the duration of the event, and when THEY made a mistake with items given as a compensation, they took those items back from the players. Absolutely disgusting behavior from greedy feckless developers.

The only reason why I am giving it 2 stars is because the creator and team should put more effort into making it easier for people because if they want you to have to pay for a character like avatar kyoshi then to me that is no fair they should make it easier for you to get her and any avatar

Disappointing
I was expecting a little more story line, a little more character fighting up close, a little more excitement. I hoped for a game I could get invested in because it’s a about a beloved childhood character of mine, but Instead I was met with Ice age village with “Avatar: the last airbrnder” skin. I expected more 😢, also I read through these reviews and the developers responses seem autogenerated, I wouldn’t be surprised if this never gets read by a real person who could make changes to the app.
Research and upgrade
Research and building upgrade takes too long which makes the game dragged out and boring. Research for a bender is 9 days, that’s ridiculous. It’s almost impossible to upgrade your kingdom. I sometimes can’t do anything valuable for days which is a waste of time playing. Most people already left the game because of it and sadly to say I’m deleting the game because of it too.

I like the show and the story line of the game, but this game lags and freezes so much to where i have to close and reopen the game often. It kills my experience and is unfortunate that the game’s graphics are also poor

This game has a solid foundation. Long-term progression systems and community engagement are genuinely enjoyable! I have spent a large amount of time, money, and energy into this title.
But unfortunately after recent events regarding a developer-side issue that resulted in the player base being punished, I can no longer support this game in good faith.
I did not exploit a bug or abuse unintended mechanics. I played the game exactly as designed, using resources delivered by the system. Expecting players to anticipate internal mistakes and self-police their progression is unreasonable in a live-service game.
Whats disappointed me most is the response. Errors happen, but resolving them by retroactively penalizing legitimate progression sets a bad precedent and damages long-term player trust.
I want this game to succeed. But until compensation and rollback systems are handled with transparency, and respect for players, I cannot recommend it without reservation.

Lots of potential with this game but there are too many ideas, none of which feel like finished products. The balancing with hero rarity/ damage is disastrous (23/36 heroes are the highest victory and hard to upgrade).
