Was told that my password had somehow gone stale. I submitted four or five other passwords that were fairly intricate. All of which met the standards set by the application. None of them were accepted because I was told they had been used or were unavailable. That’s ridiculous!

Interesting how this morning when I tried to buy a highly sought-after Ella Langley ticket, AXS deemed me a robot and wouldn’t let me in the site. However, scalpers and bots bought up all the tickets in 20 minutes and are now reselling them for 10 times the original price! I went on tonight and tried to buy a ticket to a lesser-known artist and what do you know - I’m not flagged as a robot anymore. Sheesh. BRUTAL AXS.

2.5 hours in line on 6/25 2026 for ella langley red rocks tiks. Could only get one premium tik in cart and couldn’t select other ticket next to it. Constantly being checked for a human by fair purchasing agent . Colorado congress representatives and state attorney general will be contacted about this, since resale tickets are at Taylor Swift The Tortured Poets Department into her historic Eras Tour!!! News, social media and lawyers will be contacted about this show and issues. I have screen captures from presale.

That takes too long for you to get in. There’s too many spots buying tickets and the cap should not be fixed. It should be more like four seats.

This has to be the worst app to buy tickets through. I always have trouble buying tickets through this app. You wait in the queue for an hour for it just to kick you out and have to start over buy then all tickets are gone. If you’re an artist selling tickets through this app you should be ashamed for yourself.

Every time I try to buy tickets, I wait an hour in a waiting room and get kicked out once it’s my turn and have to get back in line. Ticketmaster doesn’t do this and lets you re-enter where you were. Very lame! Get it together. It’s 2026.

Website versus App
Since I downloaded the app I can’t get tickets through a venue’s website. AXS always gives me an error. It’s a total pain.
Signs you out
What’s the point? No reason to have an app if it just signs you out all the time. Unacceptable.
Terrible pre-sale experiences
Consistently poor experience from the waiting room to the pre-sale tickets, to actually purchasing of tickets thoughout the last few years. Reloads, reboots, cloudflare, resale bots. Disappointing UX for a firm of this size

Difficult
Trying to purchase tickets but I can’t select the number of seats I want. I get kicked out if I try to go back and find other seats because I’m being told I’m a bot. I wanted 2 seats in a certain price range and this was the most difficult experience I’ve had purchasing tickets.

If I could I would give zero, I was in the queue 4 times for concert tickets. Each time when I would FINALLY get in it would kick me out bc it said an error happened, or every single ticket I chose was sold out, weather I got 1 ticket 2 every single option. Nothing worked

Unable to book tickets
Trying to book tickets but I’ve been kicked out for looking at seating options. Too much resistance in the process to speak with a real person. Hoping someone can reach out to help.
Doesn’t work
I keep trying to buy tickets through the website and the app and I can never get it to go through. I keep getting IP error issues, cookie issues, VPN issues, and then I get through all that just to have it delete my CVV every time I try to check out.

Stop calling real people bots
This app doesn’t fail to classify actual people as bots. Tell me why I can get verified for regular tickets but when I want to buy VIP there’s suddenly issues. I’ve had this issue happen more than once and something needs to be done to fix it. There is no reason I should be barred from buying VIP tickets when my account has no prior issues and I can wait in the waiting room for regular tickets.

QR code
The fact that the QR code does not roll over your wallet is ridiculous, the lady from axs said I would have to go to will call to get the tickets, for how I paid for the tickets there should be a better solution.
Incompatible with other apps or offline access
AXS will not work with Apple wallet or any other ticket app that stores tickets statically offline. Tickets bought through this app won’t even work when printed out. Anyone who has been to a crowded concert knows cell phone internet connections are unreliable.
AXS’ troubleshooting solution if you can’t access their app is to share the tickets with a friend who has a smart phone and can get you in, or go to the box office and have them pull up the ticket on their desktop to have it scanned. An actual ticketing app’s single purpose is to provide the ticket in real world conditions. I know it is hard to believe but sometimes technology doesn’t work and this platform has no back up plan.
As far as I can tell this is just a marketing and advertising app hidden under a thin layer of tissue paper ticket management. If your venue offers any other system I recommend using it instead.

Cumbersome Mess
This is the most cumbersome difficult app to purchase a ticket. Any sort of change takes you to a page that’s not https secure. In addition, you have to go through 7 pages of questions just to get the option to talk to a live agent. And then it asks you to go through the AI one more time just to be sure. All I wanted to do was change my name from “Apple User” because the venue specifically states to have a government ID that matches my name. At this point I’m just going to skip the concert and if any other artist is associated with AXS, I’ll just resign myself to not attending their shows.
Always broken
This app always has some issue that makes any ticket buying, selling, or even accessing like pulling teeth. Would not recommend and ridiculous how bad it works for them having such a monopoly.

This app has one of the worst customer support of any app I’ve dealt with. Reached out multiple times they have somehow flagged to my IP address as. Spam I am not able to purchase tickets on the app.
Scary… booted out at event!
Upon arriving at my event the app made me re-sign in even though my tickets were accessible. Then it wouldn’t let me sign in! Had to reset a password claiming “maybe I was t a real person” needless to say having a heart attack before getting into see Morgan Wallen was not on my schedule but eventually after 15 min at least I got into my tickets.
Also it took me 3 hours to actually access my tickets from stub hub to this site and was super annoyed with that process ….

Can’t access tickets!!!
The “tickets” buttons says I have no upcoming events but it shows I have the 3 tickets on the home page. Has all the details of artist, date, their rows, seats numbers, etc. BUT no way to download them or pull up a QR code. Again, the tickets button won’t show anything!
Poor customer service
Spent 6k on tickets and can reach a live person to help.

They keep bugging me for a review. The app is difficult to navigate, it’s sloppy to get the tickets, and I hate the middle man mark up and fee for everything. This app and company is why we have anti trust laws. We should enforce those but this company bribed the tyrant to not. There’s your review quit asking me.
Fails over WiFi
AXS support literally tells you to turn off WiFi in order to sign in and/or complete some transactions. How does Apple certify an app that doesn’t work over WiFi?
Never got my ticket
Paid for a ticket and never got it. Spent 3 days trying to get in touch with a person to no avail. Even Ticketmaster takes better care than this. Concerts tomorrow and I guess I’m just going to miss it. They just keep shoving you into their automated system. Then to get an automated email saying you haven’t heard from me yet s absurd. Won’t be doing business with you guys anymore. I have never paid for a ticket that I didn’t get…you guys are awful.

Extremely annoying that you are forced to download an entire app just to add tickets you already bought to your apple wallet.

Charging double fees
I purchased my tickets through AXS directly but no longer need two of the tickets. I paid $100 in fees and taxes. When I originally purchased the tickets directly pre-sale. I listed two of my tickets and AXS is charging me $25 per ticket to list and is charging the buyer over $100 in fees per ticket.
Too difficult to get into the app
They block me out of the app as if I’m trying to purchase tickets on multiple browsers. No, I’m just trying to access the tickets I already bought and trying to reset my password using the link they emailed me. You would think they know how to control this better. Horrible every time I have to use axs
The worst
Everyone got in a room and said, how can we make the worst ticketing app on the planet, and then created AXS. Tickets won’t appear in my wallet, can’t change any info in my settings. Resetting your password has to be done on a desktop or laptop. Honestly bravo for creating the most least user friendly experience on this earth.
