After three phone calls totaling approximately 90 minutes the customer service reps cannot follow the information either and I’ve been told I must wait 3-5 days for a possible email response. Meanwhile-nobody has an answer for the procedure or who to report the issue to for resolution. RIDICULOUS run around causing much frustration.

Your website makes it so difficult to purchase tickets to transfer tickets to accept tickets. I never want to use you again.
I still don’t receive my ticket 6 hours before the performance
I don’t understand how the system works. I ordered the ticket through StubHub. I have the order records but I still haven’t received the confirmation and tickets. It’s really makes me frustrated

This app just sucks. If I click a link from a promotional email about a show it basically indicates I’m trying to run a scam and they need to ensure a fair fan experience. A fair experience would be letting me buy tickets while also not charging a billion dollars for every dang ticket. If I could use another entity to purchase tickets I would, but alas, we are trapped in American capitalism of making as much money off of poor people as possible. Thanks AXS!!

It should be illegal to make customers download an application just to use your tickets. What if people don’t have space on their phone or what if they can’t update !??? How are you not allowed to send to Apple wallet!? This is outrageous.
Mobil App
I can log into my account on my desktop and see my tickets. Anytime I try to log into the app using the same credentials, I get a message that I have the wrong username or password. This will not be fun come concert time.
Cannot buy tickets even from app
This app is awful and has so many bugs - you cannot purchase tickets. The same error message continually shows up.

This is by far the most frustrating and dysfunctional ticket app, constantly mistaking normal, single device use as bot activity and not allowing access. It’s nearly impossible to browse and purchase.

Really poor experience. Was in queue for 45 min and then managed to put tickets in my car which each time where rejected after checkout which I did within seconds. Shame

It's hard to access the account when the link to reset a forgotten password gets blocked like you're a bot. The irony in that is when you try to "live chat" customer service at the help center, it is an actual and extremely unhelpful bot who suggests you take down your VPN. It is unreasonable to ask your customers to do that given they're about to make a financial transaction on your site. Your UX team needs to do some research on what a better option might be than this. Unfortunately have wasted hours of my time to buy 35$ concert tickets, hardly worth the frustration.

Garbage app
I have tried to upgrade tickets I bought months ago and the app cannot make the upgrade while using the same card info I first used to purchase the original tickets. Luckily for me, their customer support is worthless as well. Looks like I will need to find another way to get my tickets in the future. The funny thing is, I have a few friends who have had the same issues, so it is nothing new, AXS simply seems not to care.

I opened this account several years ago and have subsequently changed my email address. If your tickets got sent to a new email address, not one associated with Axs, plan on spending the rest of your life, trying to get your tickets. I keep getting useless support services from the venue as well as Axs. I’ve spent over $700 on these tickets and I can’t access

Something Went Wrong
For the past month I get a ‘Something Went Wrong -we’re having trouble loading your data. Please check your data and try again” response. I get this on WiFi too. With and without VPN. It occasionally works, but it’s super aggravating.

Accessing the app is almost a hacker job. Queues have absolutely no information of time expectation or position. Just an inoperable screen without any information for the user.

Recently had a friend group purchase tix to a Flipturn concert at red rocks. Due to high demand, AXS literally doubled the price of GA tickets and called them ‘premium’. A complete scam. Abolish AXS and Ticketmaster.

I purchased my tickets using axs when attempting to verify my email through customer service I was asked to wire 100+ dollars to them to prove that I was myself after sending evidence through ID and much more proof. Very much seems like a scam. Seems also like an attempt at fraud. I was unsuccessful at it getting my concert tickets and almost had 100+ dollars taken from me so just be wary when using this app customer service was rude and unkind which was surprising. Just be very cautious and careful when using this app.
Doesn’t work at all and support isn’t helpful
I work in tech and understand how to use apps, but I absolutely cannot get this app to function. I have now reset my password at least 10 separate times and am caught in a hell loop of Password Updated Successfully - Oops, Wrong Password. This “wrong password” DOES get me into the AXS website and my account via my phone browser. And there is a “ticket” there - but it is blank with no code to scan.
I opened a support request with tech support. Just received an email saying that the ticket would be closed if I didn’t answer their response. I got NO response to respond to, though! So I clicked on the ticket link to see if an answer was waiting for me… and I cannot log in to the tech support link. “Oops, wrong password.”
Soooo I guess I just eat the $55 Jazz Fest ticket, then? I am not sure what to do since I cannot get a solution to my issue.

I’ve continuously tried all the things to buy tix on axs for many events and am never successful. I’ve called with no success but axs continues to think I’m a bot. Every time.
App barely functions
This is one of the worst apps I have ever had the displeasure of using, and absolutely the worst for ticketing. The process of creating and account is a nightmare and requires an advanced engineering degree from CalTech to figure out. Logging in once you have an account is a seperate nightmare. It will tell you your password is incorrect and force you to make a new one ever since time you want to look at your tickets. Oh, and you can’t screenshot of print your tickets because they refresh the ticket code every minute. This is absolutely nuts. I got it to see a show out of state in Colorado and I’m SO glad that east coast venues where I live don’t use this absolutely despicable app.

Frustrating
My tickets did not show up and customer service was no help. The show is this evening, over an hours drive away and I have zero tickets to show even though I have bad a lot of money for them. This sucks
Terrible bot detection
They will treat you like a bot just for refreshing while trying to buy tickets when the seats you selected are no longer available, you won’t be able to search for tickets for days afterwards. Absolutely abysmal bot detection system. Probably uses some AI agent under the hood, cause if a human designed a system this bad i would honestly be shocked.

This is such a horrible app. I bought tickets through the site no problem, but once it came time to view them and save them to my wallet, I couldn’t log in. It was saying my credentials are incorrect, which it wrong because I was using the same log in info that I used when signing into the website to purchase. I deleted and redownloaded, restarted my phone, and even changed my password just in case and nothing. So I can’t even access the ticket I bought…Don’t even bother with this site or the app. TRUST ME
