There are tons of bugs, and a large number of UI issues have remained unfixed for a long time (including paid skins not displaying properly on the main interface). The game is getting increasingly sloppy. Both paid skins and collaboration skins have major art flaws that are never fixed - such as distorted proportions, missing shoulder details, weird perspective distortion, unnatural limb angles, and more.

It’s just another cash grab of inappropriate looking characters drawn to make people look at them for money. It’s just predatory, especially with how every character is designed this game just looks wrong. It isn’t going to make it at all, it’ll only draw the wrong crowd and give the game a bad rep. I hope this game gets taken down it’s wrong in so many aspects never playing this game ever again there’s a lot of perverts in the game too, I don’t like it. Waste of money and time I’d rather play Memento Mori it’s better and less provocative. Fan Service is getting old and played out.
Good Idea, horrible execution.
The idea of a game like this is interesting, battleships as human girls. (I’m pretty sure most battleships are referred to as hers anyways) and of course being a game full of girls you expect a some sexual stuff but not 70%-90% of the whole game.
On top of that this is not a game for people who are a big fan of battleships because a majority of the more important ones are missing USS Missouri being my personal favorite and completely absent from the game, (as are Iowa and Wisconsin) and there were some other notable names absent too.

Too Time Intensive
I want to like this game. I really do. I even understand the gate keeping to a certain degree. Keeping the tourists out to preserve the game, I can dig it. But goodness gracious. I bought the Commander Boost pack to take me to Commander Level 70. Been farming every single day for over 8 hours a day. Since November. Have not even cracked Commander Level 71 yet. So what do I have to do? Keep the app open and farming for double-digit hours a day, everyday for two years to get to Commander Level 71? It’s too much. My wallet is ready, but they apparently don’t want my money. My wallet will remain firmly shut until I get to Commander Level 80. IF I EVER get there.
Terrible customer support
Been playing this game since it first came out (7 years) and have never had any issues. Yesterday, for the first time ever, I needed customer support. I miss clicked and bought a skin I didn’t want at the store so I put in a ticket. Customer support literally won’t do anything about it. Good game, just know that if you ever need any help to fix anything, they won’t do anything about it.

I got a new iPad in 2024 for 350 dollars. You are telling me a 2024 device can’t run a mobile game from 2017?!.? Yo star needs together a clue what market they are in. This is a mobile game!! I love this game. I loved it so much that I poured hundreds of hours and hundreds of dollars into it. However it’s a big game that takes up a lot of space. So I took a long break from it and deleted from my phone thinking with all the links I can just get it back right? Wrong. My account is gone along with all the ultra rare, and event ships I’ve bought and worked for, and I’ve tried every way I know how to recover it, but it seems like it was all just a huge waste of money and time. I don’t know what to do now, and to say I’m heart broken is an understatement. This game is great and well made but I don’t know if I can recover from this and have the heart to restart.
Customer support is trash
I got burned out playing the game, stopped playing for a year and during that time I had bought a new phone. Unofrtunately for some reason my account didn’t carry over to my new phone. I had tried contacting support, but instrad of trying to help me figure things out and get my account back, they sent me a very rude and caps lock ridden email telling me they wasn’t going to help… Also, the person who emailed me doesn’t know much about the game so that is another thing

There is nothing great about this game. Mechanics are weak, graphics are poor, gameplay is stale.
Failed to Load.
As the title says, after the latest mandatory update as of writing this, the game refuses to load. Touching the *Login Screen* to start the game or any of the login options will trigger the normal pop up screen….except it’s pure white and does nothing else. Nor can I close the pop up. I tried the repair assets and force closing the game multiple times, nothing worked. This is….infuriating given how long I’ve had the game and what I’ve sunk into it.

Nothing more than a waifu cash grab now
Changing my review back to 1*. Half the scenes in the Private Quarters mode are locked behind paid currency. I’ve never seen such a blatant cash grab. Advertise all these fancy new interactions but we can’t see them unless we pay up. This isn’t my game anymore.
And on top of that, they just keep releasing more of the same big booba characters with no variety. It’s so utterly not worth my time that I can’t even be bothered to log in more than once a week or two.

The card draw mechanism is disgusting
I started playing this game at the end of November last year. Now there are 5 ur card pools. There were two ur card pools before, but I didn’t draw any characters after 200 draws. It’s the same this time. In order to draw the magic cube, I recharged at least 200 US dollars, which is still miserable. The probability of getting a ur character must be increased. If you have to spend 400 cubes to get a character with a guaranteed reward, many people will choose to leave the game immediately.

With the sheer amount of obscene content that’s been put into this game up to now, your team still hasn’t changed the age rating of this game whatsoever to prevent preteens from accessing this game or protecting them in any way at the very least. Even if it may stop only some from getting AL, it would at least not be misleading younger consumers. I’ve emailed your team three times across the end of 2024 addressing this issues among many others like the existence of such content for those depicted as underaged too (which may have legal implications in certain countries like the UK, Canada, and other global market audiences). Yet, it seems like there’s no regard for these, neither had my concerns been answered by any of your staff, with the usual automated messages. All the while, your marketing team is promoting borderline pornography via Twitter/X across countless Discord servers with minors around the aforementioned age group that otherwise didn’t have considered R-18 rated channels for your game updates. I would talk about how much your team has drifted from the original game concept of ships to characters to the inverse, as well as the loss of history content and references in the game now, but that’s a given.

The rates are so bad that being F2P is not a viable option. You 100% need to spend money to get the what you want, on top of the many expensive skins for the ship girls. You’ll definitely make a hole in your wallet with this game.

Also the art style man…. Even DOAXVV only has 1 girl with boobs that looks like cows. Here half the new skins are. just go play some epik seven if you hate yourself. Or play a mmo instead if you have time to kill. Disclaimer I hate E7 and do not play it.

The show/game is based on 10-18 year old girls. So why push sexuality and marriage on the kid? I think most players don’t even know this… I played for naval history and ship(names, facts). I have quit as this has turned into a pedo farm. Meaning age restrictions should be enforced, and I’m sure FBI watchdogs are watching.

Plus it’s almost 30GB when all the extra content is installed. Playing isn’t enjoyable for me and it’s not worth the memory storage.

There is literally no gameplay here. The only draw to the game is the paid skins. Don’t get me wrong, they are EXTREMELY high quality, but there is literally nothing else in the game. They don’t even have that many good minigames that other Gacha Games do.
Constantly Crashing
I’ve been playing this game for years I started on my phone then started playing on my iPad. I deleted my phone account because it was taking to much space plus if my phone wasn’t on Wi-Fi the game would be really slow and glitchie.
The problem now is I can’t complete a battle without having to reload the app at least twice I don’t even bother with the events anymore.
