NO SUBTITLES ON AIRPLAY BUYING CHROMECAST DONGLE
I was thrilled BILLLIE FANCON CONCERT was available to me thru FLNK/b.stage app. And when REPLAY came out weeks later with subtitles I eagerly Airplayed from my iPad to my 55" TV. Imagine my surprise when no subtitles appeared on my tv screen! I also had to play around to actually see the video, a lot of times I just got a black screen, though the App showed connected & the music was playing through my tv. Obviously when there is a downloadable App for iPad one expects full functionality. I have communicated thru FLNK customer service 3 times & received responses that were less than fully accurate & elucidating. Since I'm a huge BILLLIE FAN I want to make the effort to be able to watch FLNK Concerts through Apple TV with English subtitles. iPad is better than nothing, but I've never had an issue with watching other concerts with Airplay before. So I guess I'm saying the inteface has massive room for improvement. Also their very brief last answer that the Apple App may not work well, is less than enlightening. I am going to order a CHROMECAST DONGLE & see if the Android app does in fact perform better projecting from my Moto Android Phone.
Useless purchase?
If you like buying concerts and watch on a tv screen NOT on a small phone don't even waste your $100 because the app won't even help your phone cast the picture to a tv to watch stuff you PAID for even if you have a device to help cast your phone screen because your tv somehow won't cast from your phone without wires and HDMI devices to help. I have the wires, I connected the HDMI to watch phone ON TV and it doesn't let you view YOUR content. Do I get a new tv? No. I'll just never buy from this app again. 14 days of rewatching privilege for two concert days USELESS now. I literally watched BOTH concerts LIVE this exact same way when they played live and now Nothing plays it just pauses and blanks the screen. first time in 9 years I've ever had bought replays without being able to actually enjoy them. this is the FLNK site of the app if it matters. I'll be using the same setup to watch animation now on a TV instead.
B.Stage Ateez
I need someone to help me why is Ateez not coming up on the search bar on the app to bookmark. I’ve been trying to find them for days and they are not coming up, but when I search them on my browser they come up. I was wondering if anyone can explain me how or what is the reason behind the fact that they are not coming up on the app. They are probably one of the artist on the app with a good amount of follower for them to be able to find them with no problem.

FRAUD CHARGES
i have s bunch of friends who have ordered the ateez membership kit and have now been hit with $100+ fraudulent charges ... this is also a big topic on twitter and tiktok... ATINY BEWARE!

So laggy and translations are OFF
I’ve used this app for all of two days and it’s insanely laggy. It takes over 5-10 seconds for my tap to register to go to a new tab.
But the worst offense is the fact that the translation doesn’t even work properly. The auto translate catches like one or two words to translate and misses out on the entire context of what’s being said. Taking a phrase that’s said pre translation and plugging it into google translate is far more accurate than the in app translate. It makes me want to uninstall the app genuinely. I can’t actively use this app and pay for a subscription if I can’t even accurately read what people are saying.

No user support
I have submitted inquiries via the community section, and my submissions have been sitting there untouched for over a week. This service is a mess.
My payment won’t go through
I’ve tried buying an ATEEZ membership like a thousand times and it won’t go through I contacted my bank and there are no issues there. This is frustrating because I really want to get a membership before it closes and I can’t do that I’d the app won’t cooperate with me :/
