There is no such thing as a 30 day free trial… I downloaded the app and when I put my information in, it said I need to restart my membership when I w never had one. To further prove my point I put in my boyfriend’s email and my work email and it says the same thing…free trial is false advertising and a scam to get you to pay for a membership upfront

As soon as I sign up for it with my email it won’t let me leave the membership page this app is not free at all
Rough right out of the gate.
Tried signing up using my apple account, and it broke the app, and wouldn’t recognize that I had already signed up, so I ended up having to manually input my email address to sign up.
Sign up process immediately assumes I already had a previous account, can’t tell there’s a free trial until I am about to pay and see that briefly mentioned near the bottom.
When filling out my information, the text boxes (company name, location, etc) that need to be filled are constantly yellow highlighted and won’t let me input any text so I’m literally stuck in the first pages of the app.

Cannot delete account - violates Apple guideline 5.1.1(v)
Bakesy lets you log in with Google, but when you try to delete your account, the process doesn’t work. If you use Google sign-in, you’re stuck - the account never fully deletes, and support has been evasive about closing it.
Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines clearly state in 5.1.1(v): “Apps that support account creation must also offer account deletion within the app.” Bakesy does not comply with this requirement.
Until they bring their deletion process into alignment with Apple’s rules, I cannot recommend this app.

Pretty good app but no way to cancel after trial
I didn’t notice this when I installed this but there is no cancel feature. Unsure how to cancel free trial. There is also no way to contact support other than IM so no documentation of request to cancel. Rather sneaky. I hope they get back to me because I don’t want to go thru the hassle of cancelling my credit card just to terminate a free trial.

They are offering a 30 day trial but it won’t work. Asking me to restart my membership. I’ve never had a Bakesy acct before so how would that work. Hate apps that offer trials & then don’t. I’m staying away.

Inspiration
The fact that I can’t disable inspiration without adding product is ridiculous if it ment for all and the app is just being used as a sub domain so I can collect my orders and ask questions about allergies because it’s important I don’t need to ask my customers for inspiration on allergies nor do I want them to send me other ppl work it shouldn’t be a default option I spent 30 days trying to figure that out only to find out I can’t if don’t add product I have have a whole website with all my products I was not about to add it there again.

The only reason I’m giving this a 2 star review is because I can’t update and add products on a computer. I’ve been suing this app for over 2 yrs and the devs keep saying that it’s in the works but all other updates are happening except this one. It can be an app for pc as well. Just need it in the pc App Store. I already pay for the highest level of subscription. Just wish they would listen to all the customers they have saying they want a pc version to make it easier to add products and descriptions. I don’t like typing on my phone and am more proficient in typing on a real keyboard. Listen to your customers and what they want.

No free trial was offered or even just the ability to LOOK at how it functions.
Charged me money after false “free one month trial” option.
It was supposed to be a free 1-month trial and it ended up charging me 9.99 still. Like what? Why are they lying to us? Smh if you see a 1-month trial option don’t get it! they will still charge you!
Not the best for my needs
The app is okay and I can see how some businesses find it helpful. I had an issue the first time using it and getting orders where my venmo link didn’t fully paste (seemingly due to a character limit) causing a customer to pay the wrong person for their order. They said they’d investigate and I never heard back. I’m hoping this issue was fixed, but I still don’t know. I was also hoping to be able to offer a preorders and set item limits on my end. For example I’m offering up to 6 total sourdough loaves on a particular day. Once that number is hit it wouldn’t allow any more orders for that item. I was told that feature was coming in the latest update, but it doesn’t seem to be there. I would also love the ability to manually enter orders without a customers email or phone number required. Some of my customers don’t seem to like the extra step of putting info/ordering in Bakesy. I’d like the option to enter the order myself with their name and no other info just so I can keep track of orders more easily.
