Look I’m not even subscribed anymore to this app. Yet it keeps trying to take money from my account and not letting me update my other apps until i pay for an app I am not even using. This is getting ridiculous. I’ve tried doing everything I can to fix this. But it’s on you all !! This wasn’t even a helpful app when I tried it free. Just fix it before I lose it

They gave me a free year, so I signed up. I don't recall it ever saying it was a free trial which now trying to tell me it was got no notification from Apple or this company that it was going to renew. Used it twice didn't like it. They refused to refund me "because I'm outside the refund window" but holding somebody hostage to a product. They didn't really want in the first place that you use some tactic to get them to sign up for a year ago, isn't exactly how you build Goodwill with customers or get people to recommend your app and on the contrary, I would warn anyone from doing business with the company like this. Their customer service claims it was a one year free trial. I do believe the App Store requires a company to notify someone of an upcoming renewal charge and they didn't do that. Apple would've refunded me if it wasn't more than two months when I realized I've been charged because they can't do a refund for something two months old and it suggested I ask the developer to refund me. Who doesn't care about Customer because if they did, they wouldn't try to hold customers hostage they don't want their product.

Lifetime membership is a pointless
The app kept offering lifetime membership. It made it seem like I would have access to meditations as they were made available. I assumed some things may be limited compared to monthly membership but I was left with the same meditations as the free version. So what was the point of paying for the membership?
Contacting the App
The free trial worked, but as soon as you pay the app stops working. Not to mention it is impossible to get any support regarding anything. Not even troubleshooting. Yes, some suggestions exist. But if the app doesn’t work. You just lost all your money on nothing.
App stopped working
Hello Balance, a few days ago all the meditations I’ve tried on Balance have stopped working. As soon as the meditation is about to start it freezes. This is very upsetting. I have an iPhone 15. I recently updated the OS version and it still didn’t help. I uninstalled and reinstalled the App and still no luck. I also tried to open the Help in the settings menu and it also isn’t working, not even trying to send a feedback message through the App.

Do Not Download!
I received a year free trial for this app and I signed up for it. I cancelled my subscription a week before the trial ended and they have still attempted to charge my card multiple times for $69.99! I would not recommend this trial to anyone!
Great app but a shameless data harvester
I enjoyed this app so much I was genuinely considering a lifetime membership but the fact that it wants to track you even across OTHER platforms is, while unsurprising in this day and age, still morally bankrupt. While no less reprehensible to do so in a free app, to get a warning about tracking in a paid app takes the cake. Really makes me question just how much they care about ‘welIness’ and their true motivations behind development. Also makes me think twice about checking out their other offerings.
Poor customer service
This is not a criticism of the app itself but the customer service. I downloaded and subscribed to this app by accident. I thought it was another app that a friend recommended. When I realized it was the wrong app I canceled and requested a refund. This was all within 10 minutes but they rejected my refund itself.
Paying for plan, still get ads
It’s a great app. Even after paying for the subscription, they’ll still push marketing campaigns on you.
