Do not make purchases in game
I made an in app purchase and was not given the the package I purchased. It was only $9.99, but still.
I was ripped off
I was playing this game for awhile and really enjoyed it. However, on May 22nd the game had a glitch where if you brought an in-app purchase, you weren’t receiving the items. I ended up spending $40 on items I never received. I reached out to their customer service about the glitch and their AI response was that they were aware of the issue and would most likely give a “gift” to the users for the inconvenience. I never received anything. I also never got any of the product I bought during the glitch even after the issue was resolved. When I looked into getting a refund it said it needed to be done through Apple but my refund request was denied. So, now I’m out money, I never got anything for that money spent, and I’ve decided I’m done with this game. It feels shady and I’m really upset that if they were aware of the glitch why they aren’t auto refunding purchases made in app during that downtime. I’m also disappointed in Apple for its decision on my refund. Shouldn’t the company notify Apple if they are having App issues that involve purchases so that customers get resolutions like in this situation?
THIEVING TRASH
The people who put this game out should be ashamed of themselves. I spent some money playing the game and now they make it to where you cant accomplish anything unless you pay to play. Today I noticed that they have even taken the free daily rewards away and want you to pay for them as well. But honestly you can get bent because I wouldn’t spend another dime on this game. Your team is full of a bunch of idiots who don’t understand customer retention and yall just wanna get run through like your favorite porn star. But at some point there won’t be anyone left.

Worst customer support
The other day I tried making an in game purchase and it charged me 3 times but nothing got delivered and support never responded.
I’ve been playing this game for a couple of months now and support have never responded to any of my messages but this has been my last straw. I got charged $15 and got nothing in return.

Lack of response on email and Chat on Game

they make it impossible to complete events if you don’t spend money, which would be bad enough if this wasn’t also a game for kids marketed for kids. matel used to mean something
Items freeze then disappear
This game was fun until I noticed several items that were in the bottom row second column would freeze and then when I would close and reopen the app they would disappear. They are stealing money from people that pay for energy to get these items. Game is no longer fun since Rollic is stealing from unsuspecting users.
Energy
The more I level up I notice the energy is being used up like if I tap one item it uses two energy. I start with 100 and I tap one utter im down to 98 like why is that ?

the barbie people won’t shut up and i couldn’t care less about the story line honestly but it’s probably not made for me. what irritated me the most really was the fact you could probably get about 2-5 minutes of gameplay at a time before you have to get more energy to keep matching the thingies. i miss the days of bejeweled blitz. swagever.

They only have a customer service bot and zero actual help. The game runs horribly. It gives you bare minimum 15 popup ads to buy stupid packs that are literally so pointless every time you open the game. They have a disco party that spins to 25 energy every time unless you pay $1.99 and nothing in this game is worth a cent.

This game is okay but needs A LOT of work!
The game itself is like all other merge games but this one is very glitchy and will remove items and progress and when you contact support(I did so three times)you’ll be ignored. I received one message saying “they’d look into” the issue which they never did and MONTHS later continued to do so until I just uninstalled today. They also DON’T let you keep any rewards you ALREADY earned in mini/side games and the one they do, you literally have to pay $4.99 to use what you already have and “extend” the playing time instead of just letting you use what you already have like any other game does. Also very slow to reload energy and you don’t get many coins for all the work and energy it takes to make single items when it takes 14,000-19,500 to upgrade one part and it’s usually 4 per level and 7 levels.
NO Customer Support
It saddens me to rate the app this low, as I do enjoy it. However I have both emailed and messaged customer support numerous times with no response. Whenever I participate in the rockship challenge (and those like it where you compete with others and whoever gets the highest score wins), I have not received a reward. It always happens when I am far in the lead (with a score above 700 when everyone else is around 100/200) and do not stay on the app for the full duration of the event (1 hour). It has happened countless times now where I leave the app with around 10-15 minutes left and am far in the lead, but when I return the event has vanished without a trace. It does not occur when I lose, as when I reopen the app it will inform me of my position and that I did not win. I reached out in an attempt to reconcile this with no response. It is frustrating when I have spent real money on this game to have features that should be rewarding me cease to work.

You have to x out of AT LEAST 13 pop up ads asking for money just to play. It’s obnoxious.

this game is addicting not in a good way, once you start you can’t stop. the races are impossible to win.
Not For Kids
the ads are for gambling and scam apps , that cause viruses and easy micro transactions. one of the kids i babysit was playing this on my phone and i had to get a new phone from one of the ads apps she downloaded. after investing it myself i saw the type of ads and there was no way to report them. i will no longer be letting ANY KIDS PLAY THIS GAME.
Customer support is completely nonexistent.
Game was fun but bugged horribly and over the course of weeks, emails, and in-game support, I have received zero replies or help from anyone. On top of that, in-game pop ups for microtransactions are incessant, sometimes you’ll have upwards of 8-10 pop ups before you can even get to the game. Every time you open it.

Download, played one time and it is frozen. I close out of it completely go back in and it is stuck on Skipper saying back to the board. I even uninstalled and reinstalled, same thing.

Stingy with rewards
They used to give 2 energy pops per day, now one. They used to give 2 utility kits with large orders, now it’s only 1 and they’re far and few between making it hard to upgrade. If time runs out on a promo, you don’t get the prizes remaining (like the 400 energy I still had). Too many pop-ups. It fun to play anymore.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I will take my review down when they start being consistent with the daily mystery boxes!!!! Im on a higher level and can't get any orders done when i cant get any rewards to help me! I contacted customer support many times telling them i didn't get the daily mystery boxes & nobody ever answers me or fixes the problem. Besides that its an addictive game for sure but get it together!!!!! ive spent too much money on this game to get minimal effort on support and maximum effort on money grabs from developers.
Child Manipulation Money Grab
I am not the targeted age group for this game, but I do enjoy it. Up until you realize in order to actually play the game, the creators of this money stealing game, wants you to spend in order to play. The free title of this game is false, it's a free 2-5 minute trial every 3-5 hrs of your day before you run out of energy. Also the higher levels, if you don't want to pour your life allowance into the game, are unplayable or takes literal weeks to beat because you will never receive enough energy to beat it in a timely manner. For a "free" merging game targeted to younger audiences, the minimum amount of energy you get for free should be well over 100 (350-500 energy would not hurt your pockets developers!) . Even the other merging games make it playable in order to receive energy for free.
Too many pop ups and not enough energy
Ridiculous once you get slightly higher level the amount of time it will take you to be able to get one item you need. 100 energy gets you maybe halfway and then you have to wait for your energy to refill. Plus the amount of popups is insane, they’ll be the same one over and over again.

I need to merge some items to keep the game going but those items never generate , NEVER… kind of annoying after being dedicated to game and even spending money like an idiot - take your time, not worth money, still fun for 3 mins every so often

I like the game but now I’m stuck because it’s asking me to make things i literally cannot make and it’s taking way too long to even give me anything towards it? Like I don’t have the machines to produce what it’s asking me and idk how to get it. Also upgrading the buildings and whatnot is super aggravating because it takes forever to get the items you need for it, the money is no issue I get too much money stacked up cause they don’t ever give me the tools I need so I can upgrade. It’s seriously annoying and I’m about to just delete the game since I can’t really play it anyway. Giving 2 star when I would give 5 if I could ACTUALLY PLAY THE GAME !!!!
Glitch Causes Item to Disappear
I really like the game but I have a few issues with it. My biggest issue is that I received a new producer item and I had it in my inventory and hadn’t placed it on the game board yet and when I logged on the next morning it had disappeared. I tried contacting the support but whatever bot they are using just doesn’t respond after the third message so I don’t know what to do. The game also has WAYYYY too many pop ups when you open it which can get really annoying.
Bad customer service!
I have been loving this game and have played it for awhile (level 60) but last week I tried to buy a package and didn’t receive any of it so I tried again and still didn’t!! Got charged 3 times for it but didn’t receive a single thing! Also I bought it for the card packs that ends in 2 days now! Said there would be compensation but nothing!! I’ve contacted them multiple times and still no response!
Newest update
This newest update ruined the game. We barely get any rewards now after completing the orders. We use to get two tool boxes and now we get one. We also get less energy rewards. Give us back the old game!

Pop up “out of energy” is insanely constant
An “out of energy” screen comes up constantly; you can dismiss it easily, but it is so annoying. Like literally, every time I tapped the little purse without noticing the energy was empty the thing popped up. Played several levels until I couldn’t stand the “ad” anymore. I mean, you can buy more energy with real money, or it offers 35 energy for maybe watching an ad? I didn’t check. I sure wouldn’t want my child being bombarded with financial bologna. Erasing.
New update
This new update sucks. After completing the orders, you don’t win the special prizes. I’ve been getting nothing but old cards, nothing new. It takes forever to get tools now to build the house
So many pop ups
This game just wants you to spend your money and they have no shame about it. Going to delete. It’s not even fun with all the constant ads to buy gems, etc.

Begging for MONEY
After level 10 the energy they give you doesn’t cut it. I’m 99% sure they just upped the level refill time so now the game is really NO FUN. When you open the game it has like 10 pop ups you have to click through just to even get to their game. This could be so cute and fun but they are too busy begging for your money.
