Does not work in Samsung Secure Folder
For some bizarre reason Barclays cannot be bothered to ensure that their app works with Samsung's Secure Folder.
Bank of America works in the Secure Folder, so does Chase and Citibank, Deutsche Bank does, Metro Bank does, RBS does as does ABN-AMRO.
Even a small bank like HASPA's App works.
ONLY Barclays' App does not and has not for over 2 years!
It seems Barclays has the worst IT team of all.

Useless app, can’t even register
Downloaded and tried registering multiple times using my passport. Takes you through the entire process each time but ends with an error message to try again

Garbage, the fact we still need a UK mobile number to access this app while living abroad is ridiculous!
My life is a misery
Living in another country is very hard without a pinsentry. I went to the UK for a holiday, main reason was to go to your bank to order one because apparently now you have blocked my access to my online account which was working for the best part of 15 years. Surprise surprise I never received my Pinsentry machine whilst being in the UK for a WHOLE MONTH. I really wish I could close my account on you at this point. Barclays is awful and customer service cannot help me. You guys are losers dude
NOT USABLE WITH A US number
You CANNOT use this app for a Barclays UK account with a US mobile number. It should NOT be listed in the US AppStore
Terrible app
The app is not responding. I need to keep it to reload. And all of this going on on the iPhone 13 pro max. Terrible .
Doesn't update and work in the US
I've been a Barclays customer for years and mainly wanted to remain with Barclays when I moved to the US because I thought it would be easy to continue to manage the accounts with the iOS app. BUT the app does not update on my iPhone in the US and has stopped working.
Any internationally mobile banking user should consider a bank whose app works and updates in multiple app stores.

App not fully functional for international clients
The app lacks features for international clients such as depositing checks, message/chat feature which would be very useful.
