Developers have gotten worse going into 9th year. This game should be removed from all platforms
This game continues to find ways to give back as little as possible to the long term players that have invested here. This is bar far the worst developed and managed game and platform I have ever experienced. The customer service reps are completely out of touch with the players and the game pricing is so insane combined with intentionally rigged drop rates causing every component of the game to cost hundreds of dollars while there are approximately 65 components to build a single carrier. The cost is that of an extremely generous and well functioning game, while the product is nothing better than what a teenager could put together in his mom’s garage.

The creators updated the program and switch it the settings to Japanese. You tell us to switch the set up back to English. I don’t read Japanese. I don’t know where set up changed. English is.

This game is not 9+ but 16+
So, I just found this game and am a BIG warship fan after looking at the game on the app store I thought "looks like fun, let's give it a go!" NOT a good idea, be warned! This game says it's for 9+ plus, that could not be a bigger lie, when you actually download the game and look it the top right it clearly says 16+ plus! Now some poeple might like the content that makes it 16+ but for parents or poeple who watch out for that stuff, not good.
Now for examples, within the first 2 minutes of actually playing the game they just let loose! They show a moving imagine of two girls with next to no clothes on and moving very inappropriately and provocatively, then your "commanding officer" is just as bad! And after doing the first mission you get back to base and talk to your "officer" and is just shows her in a inappropriate swim suit, like really, do the people making this game have no respect for the people playing? That is not good for kids.
If you've read this far, thanks for listening, the main reason for writing this is just that on the app store it says 9+ plus but in the game it's actually 16+, and that they give no warning of the things you get right when you start playing, just be careful out there.

The joke is it is not a game. There is no competition . This is a money harvesting con job . There is no strategy or fair play . It is developers beating you do you try to win against those who have the keys to the candy store . Nothing works as advertised. The highest priced items win . Whatever they are advertised at the moment . I repeat is is not a competition. Or a game . It is entertainment. That just costs you . I regret even trying it . The mechanics change daily there is no mathematical equation to the battles . It is a scam in my opinion. If you like spending a lot of money for no reason . This is the game for you . My advice play a game with a published mathematical battle equation as to be able to have a strategy. Thanks for your time . So sad it was a good game at one time .
Worst Experience Ever
I’ve been playing this game 5+ years, and they had an issue with how they offered to link the game (wouldn’t originally link via Game Center or Apple ID). I got a new phone, and game didn’t transfer over. I have spent over a month trying to get my original account back, and the Customer Service for that is horrible. They are only in Asia, and they only check my message every couple days. The app has been deleted from my phone and they will never see another dime from me.

I got banned from the game! For no reason! I lost all my progress I had the Bismarck and almost every thing! “Plague Doctor” was my name pleas do not ban me again because that was years of work! Please at least tell me why I was banned from the game please. I did keep getting like 250 gems in the mail and I don’t know why. Most inept incompetent developers I have ever witnessed. Game does not run smoothly lags are consistently occurring, especially after updates. IOS version takes days if not weeks to be released after an update. More concerned over making a buck, then getting the bugs out of this one.

I spent about $80.00 usd to purchase a 30 day shield as I am a truck driver I play for pve. I made a mistake was building my alliance storage lost my 30 day shields I bought hours before. I mis read the notice. I messaged support and they were like oh well I’m sorry but you lost the shields due to your own actions so no we won’t give back the shields you spent so much for. I uninstalled the game and won’t be ever going back. It’s sad that games who make so much only care about making as much money as possible over understandable mistakes and help fix things. It’s pay to win, and if you don’t shovel cash into the game then your farmed by those who do. Very upset I waisted so much time and money in hope to play PVE!
