Lagging
Updated and still comes up as update now when I did and I cant access app , please fix if
So frustrating!!
Ever since I got prompted to update the app I’ve entered an endless loop of error messages asking me to update the app and not letting me use the app at all. It was working just fine before this last update but as soon as I updated it, I’m getting prompted endlessly to update it. Please fix this! What a time to try to introduce an update in the middle of Ramadan!
Access Problem
App is stuck in repeated update pop up window so can’t access account and no response from email for support after a week even.

No support for casting to TV
After such massive self promotion by the bayyanah team I thought that they will finally provide support for casting the videos to our TVs (regular or Apple TV) . I still cannot cast from my iPad to the TV which is really disappointing . I really wanted to have family Arabic lessons on the TV but can’t.
Keeps getting worse and worse
Every time this app updates it seems to get worse now landscape is no longer available. What gives?
Upgrade
Really disappointed at the upgrade. Cannot track my progress. Just shows what I listened to and did not finish and sometimes messes things up. App update is horrible. Content obviously is amazing!
The app is filled with bugs (content is 100% though)
Ustadh Nouman should do a callout to all talented developers that can volunteer some of their time to develop a better app. This app is extremely bad. Too many bugs.

App keeps crashing when I try to sign in
This app works fine on my Android phone but when I try to use it on my apple iPad, it crashes. I’ve tried reinstalling it but that doesn’t work either.
Issues with in app purchases
Salaam. Purchased the app. But I am not getting access. Tried everything including deleting the app and redownloaded it. Please fix this issue.
The app is so bad that i just stop using it
Here is how it works. I am playing something in the background of the phone. I receive a notification, the time stamp resets. I receive a call, the time stamp resets. I turn off the car, the time stamp resets. I switch the sound from my headphone to the car, the time stamp resets. It forces me to manually to put the time stamp back to where it was every single time something happens. After once I twice, I just switch to music and that’s on the developers of Bayyinah.
Restarting and double playing
Salam. I love Bayyinah and have been a subscriber since 2016 but I have had a lot of issues with the app. Whenever I pause the video for a little bit and then play again, it starts to double play. For example when I press play after pausing, the video will start all over again and play from where I resumed at one time. They are overlapping one another. Another issue that I’ve had with the app is that when it is playing and I exit from the full screen feature, the video will restart or play from an earlier time in that same video. For example, say I am watching a deeper look lecture on full screen from my phone and I exit full screen at say time stamp 23:13, the video will either restart or play from time stamp 16:12. It is like the app has a mind of its own.
Doesn’t work
I’ve purchased yearly prescription. when I try to login, screen doesn’t move from the subscription page.I then tried monthly subscription to see if they have food work, it still doesn’t work. There is no phone number to call, there are no directions. I feel like I have been scammed.
Refund
Took $11.65 from my account and still asking me to buy a subscription. I need a refund please since there’s no way to report a problem in this stupid app.
Login with Apple ID is failing
Hey Great App but I am disappointed that after I subscribed and paid by my Apple ID. I am not apple to log in with my Apple ID to use it. I canceled the subscription since I am not able to login. Anyway to login ? This is very disappointing

I have really benefited a lot from NAK lectures. However, when designing the app, clearly time efficiency for the listeners is not of any importance and no money has been invested on it. I listen to it during CarPlay or someother activity but when I stop mid lecture when my activity ends, it has no clue where we stopped and listening history(continue where you left off) is 2 lectures behind frequently. Therefore, I have to listen to the same content again and again just trying to figure out where I left last time and with longer lectures that are an hour length I probably spend more time on this than actual content listening, with my short drives to work. With AI, users should not have to manually keep track of where I left off, just because developers are lazy and do not want to fix this simple issue, even the though so many people have contributed so much to Bayyinah. At this point having done initial lectures, it might just be more feasible for me to switch to an alternate source rather than doing Tafseer from deeper look and I will save half the time.
Recent update broke the app
Unable to get past the dialog that’s asking me to update when I already have. I like this app and I don’t like giving it two stars just because of this.
Audio tab not working

Must say the content is amazing, it has a great archive for all levels to study Quran and Arabic. Have been studying and benefiting for last 4 years.
They broke landscapes for iPad. How can someone in Tech miss it!! And other bugs, contacted customer care but same response every time, that team is working actively, has been months.

Amazing content, very bad app experience
Assalamuwalaikum, absolutely love the content. Ustadh Nouman is doing an amazing job bringing people closer to the book of Allah (SWT), Alhamdulillah. My love for the words of Allah (SWT) and the desire to learn Quranic Arabic increased tremendously, Barakallahfikum!
Unfortunately the app experience is not good at all. It seems nobody designed the app. Things are just randomly put together. My assumption is that nobody is doing any usability testing. Even a casual heuristic evaluation will reveal tons of issues. I think it would benefit if you consider hiring a good app development agency or an UX engineer and UI designer. Also from a development perspective it has a lot of bugs. A team of good designers and developers can transform the app experience.
Such amazing content deserves a better app experience. Jajakallahu Khairan for reading.

Download feature is not working properly either the video gets downloaded but doesn’t show up in download section or it shows up but app crashes once play button is pressed. Kindly work on this issue
CHARGED $254 for no reason!!!! Pls help!
Salam. I bought a monthly subscription for myself on November 24th and I liked it so much that I wanted to gift it to a friend. I was charged $119 for a gift subscription that the person didn’t receive. Then They made an account for themselves and I tried to make a purchase for them using my card and their login information and I was charged for 1 month membership and then for 1 year membership, Both of which did NOT work. Now I have $252 posted to my account without any of the subscriptions. I had a lot of hopes for this course and I wanted to help spread the knowledge and now I’m in a situation where I’m stuck and unable to get assistance even thought I tired a few times. Please help. I didn’t want to make this matter public or give a bad review but I tried using your help section on the app but it keeps telling me what I entered is invalid. I wanted this to be a lifelong journey of learning and bettering myself but now i feel like I’ve been cheated.
