Frustrating login
This app is not user friendly. When trying to edit the transfer schedule, the page doesn’t refresh and the only option is to confirm, which means double doing the transfer. Time and again biometric login works once. Next time around doesn’t accept your password, which is a biometric one. If there was a 0 star rating, that’s what I would give this app.

No entiendo 🤯
Una verdadera pesadilla de aplicación. La interfaz está tan recargada de iconos innecesarios que cuesta encontrar lo básico: consultar el saldo o hacer una simple transferencia se vuelve una odisea. Nada es intuitivo, los menús parecen puestos al azar y la experiencia general resulta frustrante. Visualmente es poco atractiva, con colores y elementos que saturan la vista más que ayudar. Da la sensación de que quisieron meter todas las funciones posibles sin pensar en el usuario. En resumen: complicada, lenta y mal diseñada. Un ejemplo de cómo no debe ser una app bancaria.

Apagué las notificaciones desde la app hace dias y me siguen llegando todo el tiempo. Es ridiculo.

This must be the worst app I have ever used for a bank. Confusing and and can’t find anything, trying to get an account balance and transaction list is way to hard. Meanwhile all they try to do is sell you other services.

This app is rubbish
This app is rubbish I'm in the US and I bought a new iPhone and it just locked me out and then I couldn't find my password and ID and upload a selfie and the verification didn't even recognise me and I couldn't log in.
Limited transaction ability
Presume is no longer on the app and neither is the Pay Bill option. I can also no longer look at all the transactions I would like to make, including scheduling payments in advance. The app is almost unusable now.

BBVA input August 2024 19 It continues to be terrible. I have a question about a charge to my credit card and wanted to know what it is in case it’s fraudulent. After the recent update, I CANT INITIATE a conversation with the “Contigo Team”, I can only READ prior conversations. I can’t even RESPOND to previous conversations. It’s also BUGGY: I clicked on the explanation on what conversations are to see if there was a link there to start the inquiry, and the app halted. I had to sign in again. Finally, it’s irritating that, when signing off, I get another stupid advertisement, and have to click off again or the app remains open, which is both annoying and open to risk.

Dili değiştirmek imkansız, app in içindeki yardımcı robota nasıl dil değiştirebilirim diye yazıyorum dediği şeyleri yapmaya çalışırken mi perfil kısmında dediği ayar çıkmıyor ve ingilizce yapamıyorum. 2024 yılında ingilizce kullanamadığın app de app değildir arkadaş.
Terrible UI/Ux
This app looks to me like buying a wizzair flight - there’s more adds than actual services, and you can’t get rid of them. I find it terribly difficult to find features and it gives me a head ache every time I need to open it.

APP doesn’t work!
I could not update my information through the BBVA app as requested by the Bank. Had my access to my money blocked as a result!
Meanwhile, staff in branches cut back to the minimum resulting in hour long queues….Would recommend choosing another bank.

Asistencia presencial para solicitar cita presencial?
Se debe asistir presencialmente a la sede del banco para solicitar una cita futura con el asesor asignado, cuando en su lugar, el asesor asignado debería emplear ese tiempo para atender las necesidades del cliente… algo está roto y no funciona en ese proceso.

The app locked me out of my account
The app allowed me to update password but then doesn't allow me to log in with it anymore because it is longer than 6 symbols.
Robo + Falta de respeto
La comisiones trimestrales del banco son absolutamente abusivas para los servicios precarios que ofrecen. En la app puedes hacer visita previa con un gestor quien nunca te llama. La cita no queda registrada en la app.
Terrible app, terrible bank
This is the worst banking app I’ve ever used, and the worst bank I’ve ever banked with. I’ve lived in 8 countries in the Americas, Europe and Africa, so I have a lot of banking experiences to compare with BBVA. They spam customers with emails about products (lines of credit, mortgages, etc.) but when ALL their ATMs and digital services are down, which has happened twice this year, they are silent. The app is not user friendly and the interface is clunky and old-fashioned.
Finally, and this is the worst part, the bank staff are super rude with massive bad attitudes. And they only serve customers in person from 8-11am! Only 3 hours! Their client service is just atrocious.
I once was traveling outside of the EU and they blocked my card to “prevent fraud” in the middle of my trip-even tho I had warned them I was traveling (and had already been traveling for some weeks!) I called and verified my information, but because I couldn’t receive an SMS on my Spanish number since I was out of the EU, my card remained blocked for the remainder of my vacation, which was a huge inconvenience.
BBVA erroneously believes that measures like this prevent fraud, when in reality they just make for a terrible user experience.

I’m stuck and can’t do any transfers
I can’t receive sms needed for authentication of any operation, the app will not allow me to change my number even, Fix this glitch or technical issue please!!!! It’s urgent

Para confirmar operaciones ellos aplican un sistema de seguridad mediante mensaje de texto a un teléfono celular español por lo tanto si sales fuera de España y por cualquier circunstancia pierdes ese número de teléfono tu cuenta personal deja de ser accesible para ti, ya no podrás hacer transacciones ni ver tus saldos de cuenta…tienes un número pin tienes el fingerprint tienes un email todo ello asociado a tu cuenta pero además tienes que confirmar con un mensaje de texto 😐 😤 no todo son ventajas.
This App is horrible as BBVA Is
If you are not living in Spain and have no “validated” phone which means a phone totally controlled by BBVA ( forget your privacy ). They will ask to install a BBVA keyboard which will give them total control of the phone, all your passwords, everything you type it will belong to them. So , if don’t have validated phone and number in Spain by office located in Spain you will not longer have access to your account. They gave me access for short time without validated phone ,but when I started to claim the return of money charged illegally by (Clasula Suelo)

FaceID don’t work
I’m trying to activated the FaceID but is not working, need to fix it.

Esta versión en IOS no permite ingresar el usuario, con el sistema operativo androide puedo ingresar usuario y contraseña, solucionar el problema
La aplicación es mala y el banco es peor
Les recomiendo que busquen otro banco. Aparte de una application mala, donde no tienen ni la opción de la doble identificación, hay que esperar horas para que te atiendan en las sucursales y sus productos no son competitivos. Aparte de tener comisiones desorbitadas. Les pongo una estrella porque no tiene media estrella.
Proceso de alta cliente erróneo
No funciona bien el proceso de alta de cliente. No deja descargar la documentación del proceso, solo la muestra, ni luego se recibe por email. Y cuando acaba el proceso no hay un botón de finalizar, se corta la videollamada y se queda en esa pantalla.

Esta app es un chiste. Muy mala, pues lo único q uno quisiera es acceder a sus cuentas a través de ella, pero eso no es posible.
Yo tengo cuentas en y las Apps de American express y de Citibank y en ambas no solo puedo ver mis cuentas sino también operar con ellas, haciendo transferencias y todo otro tipo de operaciones.

Difficult for non-Spanish speakers.
I’m an expat and my Spanish is limited so I understand that certain aspects are going to be difficult, however the language settings need to be updated. The English translation can be bizarre at times and non-existent at others.

La app(y la web) bbva no te deja tener contraseñas seguras son muy cortas y con pocos caracteres , no le veo sentido a que lo capen por defecto a poca seguridad.
