Horrible App
There are functioning banking apps all over the world, from Wise (online) to Bank of America (US), even - and everything in between. The BBVA ES app is horrible. Literally the #1 thing people want to do when they open their app is to view their balance. To view your balance on this app, you log in (with a laughably weak password, since it limits passwords to like 6-7 characters which is insane), then you have to do a secondary SMS code verification before it will show your balance. Heaven forbid you want to look at your list of most recent charges. There’s a transactions section - which has Bizum and transfers. Literally the easiest things should be 1.) seeing your balance. 2.) quickly seeing your most recent charges. Somehow the app manages to make both of those a confusing, multi-step process that’s anything but straightforward. Don’t try to invent the wheel, BBVA - at this point, just copy one of your competitors because any app would be better than this one. Seriously, please invest in like minimal UX research. This app is the opposite of user friendly. Very frustrating.

Time and again biometric login works once. Next time around doesn’t accept your password, which is a biometric one. If there was a 0 star rating, that’s what I would give this app.

Una verdadera pesadilla de aplicación. La interfaz está tan recargada de iconos innecesarios que cuesta encontrar lo básico: consultar el saldo o hacer una simple transferencia se vuelve una odisea. Nada es intuitivo, los menús parecen puestos al azar y la experiencia general resulta frustrante. Visualmente es poco atractiva, con colores y elementos que saturan la vista más que ayudar. Da la sensación de que quisieron meter todas las funciones posibles sin pensar en el usuario. En resumen: complicada, lenta y mal diseñada. Un ejemplo de cómo no debe ser una app bancaria.

Horrible!! I bought a new IPhone & after a week of struggling w’ putting all information in the new phone ONLY BBVA APP refuses to allow me in. I’ve done EVERYTHING RIGHT over 12 times redoing the biometric sign in FACE ID & it REFUSES TO WORK PROPERLY!! So disappointed
Mobile Bank App
This must be the worst app I have ever used for a bank. Confusing and and can’t find anything, trying to get an account balance and transaction list is way to hard. Meanwhile all they try to do is sell you other services.

This app is rubbish
This app is rubbish I'm in the US and I bought a new iPhone and it just locked me out and then I couldn't find my password and ID and upload a selfie and the verification didn't even recognise me and I couldn't log in.
Limited transaction ability
Presume is no longer on the app and neither is the Pay Bill option. I can also no longer look at all the transactions I would like to make, including scheduling payments in advance. The app is almost unusable now.

Sept 2024. Irritating that when logging out I have to go thru step of rating. Here’s my rating.
BBVA input August 2024 19 It continues to be terrible. I have a question about a charge to my credit card and wanted to know what it is in case it’s fraudulent. After the recent update, I CANT INITIATE a conversation with the “Contigo Team”, I can only READ prior conversations. I can’t even RESPOND to previous conversations. It’s also BUGGY: I clicked on the explanation on what conversations are to see if there was a link there to start the inquiry, and the app halted. I had to sign in again. Finally, it’s irritating that, when signing off, I get another stupid advertisement, and have to click off again or the app remains open, which is both annoying and open to risk.

Dili değiştirmek imkansız, app in içindeki yardımcı robota nasıl dil değiştirebilirim diye yazıyorum dediği şeyleri yapmaya çalışırken mi perfil kısmında dediği ayar çıkmıyor ve ingilizce yapamıyorum. 2024 yılında ingilizce kullanamadığın app de app değildir arkadaş.
Terrible UI/Ux
This app looks to me like buying a wizzair flight - there’s more adds than actual services, and you can’t get rid of them. I find it terribly difficult to find features and it gives me a head ache every time I need to open it.

APP doesn’t work!
I could not update my information through the BBVA app as requested by the Bank. Had my access to my money blocked as a result!
Meanwhile, staff in branches cut back to the minimum resulting in hour long queues….Would recommend choosing another bank.

Asistencia presencial para solicitar cita presencial?
Se debe asistir presencialmente a la sede del banco para solicitar una cita futura con el asesor asignado, cuando en su lugar, el asesor asignado debería emplear ese tiempo para atender las necesidades del cliente… algo está roto y no funciona en ese proceso.
